- Tamara (10/5): - Excellent location, friendly staff. It fully met our expectations. The hotel doesn't have an elevator and there are no rooms on the first floor; it was not an issue for us, but keep it in mind if you need it.
- Konstantin (4/5): На один раз - Был приятно удивлён звонком накануне, у меня уточнили детали по заезду и выслушали мои пожелания. Хороший подход к гостям. При заезде из двух забронированных номеров, удалось вселиться в один, второй был готов к обозначенному времени заезда. Отель на фото выглядит лучше, чем в реалиях. В остальном же - типичная уставшая трешка с причитающемся ей особенностями: 1. Бумажные двери и отсутствие звукоизоляции. Все что происходит в коридоре-вы отлично слышите в своей комнате. 2. Дверные замки оборудованы системой сигнализирующей о незакрытии двери. С противным писком. Отличная фишка. Но один минус- поскольку служебное помещение находилось неподалёку- горничные не утруждали себя своевременным закрытием дверей. Жутко раздражает. 3. В отеле отсутствует лифт. Преодоление лестничных пролетов будет тем ещё квестом если у вас тяжелый багаж. 4. Окна полулюксов выходят во внутренний двор - колодец над крышей кухни. Здесь же осуществляется разгрузка товара. Как вы думаете какое для неё самое подходящее время по мнению администрации? Как оказалось по опыту- около полуночи. Все ночи, силясь уснуть, «наслаждался» грохотом разгрузочных работ. С учетом акустики делает резонанс сего действа ещё звучнее. 5. Завтраки проходят в маленьком помещении кафе. При заезде предупредили что на завтрак выделяют 30’,тк отель на 40 номеров и все гости не поместятся, просили обозначить точное время для его приема и резервации столика. В рабочий день я согласен с таким подходом, но в выходной - перебор

Из минусов - шторы в номере не закрывают окна полностью, остаются большие щели, через которые проникает свет. Казалось бы мелочь, а ведь это важно для качественного сна. В номере нет холодильника. Халаты платные.
- Olga (10/5): Милый отзывчивый персонал - В Питере не первый раз... Отель выбирал из-за позднего отъезда))) Не хотела с ребенком скитаться в последний день! О выборе не пожалела ни разу. Местоположение из отелей в которых проживала ранее не самое лучшее, но обслуживание и сам номер просто великолепно! Достаточно хорошие завтраки и плюс, что можно попить чай бесплатно в баре с 17 до 18! К тому же еще в номере была кофе машина к ней кофе и пакетики с чаем, вечерами баловали себя чаепитием с пирожными))) В ванной полный набор - халат, тапочки для душа и комнаты, гели, шампуни, лосьоны, кондиционеры, щетки зубные, паста, бритвенный станок и т.д., т.е. все что может понадобится!Номер очень удобный, жаль было уезжать... Теперь в Питер, только в этот отель)))

Дружелюбный и приветливый персонал. Отличная шумоизоляция. Приличные завтраки. Чистота не вызывает вопросов. Даже непонятно почему у отеля только три звезды, заслуживает большего. Кстати, останавливались во второй раз. Только положительные эмоции. Однозначно рекомендуем.

The room was clean and comfortable, with a bathroom that suited all our needs. The breakfast served every morning was varied and very good. The hotel is located near several metro stations. The breakfast buffet is very good and varied. This buffet is a great way to start the day before going out to museums. - Unfortunately, this hotel is located near a discotheque which is very noisy. So you should bring earplugs to have a good night’s sleep.

Centrally located, just a 15 min walk from many of the main sights and less than 5 minutes from a metro stop, but we hardly used public transport at all in our 5 day stay as it was a short stroll to most places we wished to see. Also some good bars and restaurants nearby. Only drawback was the lack of a lift, but plenty of help with luggage. We would happily stay here again on our next trip to St Petersburg.

- Parhaum (8/5): Recommend on Balance - Pros: Location was very good in terms of walkability to major attractions, metro, restaurants, and grocery stores. Service was excellent and very professional. My single room was clean, comfortable, and definitely spacious enough for one person. Price point was incredible. Cons: The noise in my room from neighboring bars was almost unbearable. Very loud music and powerful vibrations until about 2 AM on the weekdays and about 4:30 AM on Fri/Sat. WiFi was down for about 2.5 days of my 4 day stay. No elevator so trekking up the stairs to the fourth floor was a minor annoyance. Overall: I really liked this hotel and was happy I found it. As you can see, there were many more pros than cons. And to be fair, I didn’t lodge a complaint about the room noise, so maybe they would have moved me if I did. I’d recommend staying here, just be sure to consider the caveats above.

Stanze ampie e dotate di molti comfort: macchinetta del caffè con cialde fornite gratuitamente dall’hotel, frigo minibar e amplissima dotazione di articoli da bagno in omaggio. Staff gentile e disponibile. Un dato negativo: le colazioni a sacco il giorno della partenza (un tramezzino pieno di maionese e un’arancia).

- Andrew (8/5): A fantastic way to start our Russian adventure. - This was a great place to start our first stay in Russia although my initial thoughts were what have we done as we drove up the road in the taxi. On entering the hotel you are greeted to a modern reception and a friendly greeting. Check in was professional and quick. There were 3 in our party in 2 rooms which I requested close together and sure enough they were only 4 rooms apart on the same floor. Any issues the staff dealt with quickly from showing me how to get the Wi-fi on my phone to fixing an issue with the shower in our room within 5 mins of me reporting it. The location of the Kraft is excellent. It is within walking distance of many of the main sites in St Petersburg and close to one of the main Metro stations in the city. There are some great bars and restaurants around the hotel and we never felt uncomfortable walking around the area at any time of the day. Opposite the hotel is a bar called Bloody Mary Bar which is a must if you want to sample some interesting vodka shots. Checking out was easy and quick and the taxi ordered for 6:30am was there waiting.

- BBJourney (2/5): Good location, must be aware of your belongings! - The hotel is well located in the city and convenient to go for nightlife. The room is clean, and the breakfast is good. However, there is no lift at this hotel, so please make sure that you will get the floor that you need. Last but not least, my friend's room was rummaged, and his money was stolen. Hotel staff could help only let us write the request letter to get the CCTV, and finally told us that only housekeeper got into his room. The hotel staff insisted that the housekeeper would never steal anything, so there is no responsibility from the hotel. Moreover, some of my friends got rude words from the staff.

- Manny (6/5): Good Budget Hotel - Enjoyed our stay in St Petersburg. Found that the position of the Kravt Hotel good. Convenient and walking distance to metro, shops, restaurant, sites etc. Nice part of town They don't tell you about the stairs! 4 story hotel but NO LIFT. Staff will take your suitcases up and down but you will need to take yourself up the stairs, up to 4 flights. And if you happen to be on the 4th floor, the hot water takes a while to come through

Opposite Vietmanese resturant and the cake shop at left corner are with good tadte and price. Ee are surprised by the hotel's gift for my wife's birthday.

- Verified traveler (6/5): not bad not good - well the area is not the best but its close to the good area, the breakfast no scrambles eggs? its 2016 maybe its classic hotel but no elevator, i was in the 3rd floor with my mom, she is 67 years old and we have 4 luggage i had to carry all myself when we check out cuz our fligh was 6 am and they never make the wake up call i asked for , lucky my self my alarm works.
- Briana (8/5): Nice hotel near the centre - A little difficult to find, but a very pleasant stay in this St Petersburg hotel once we got settled in. Just a fifteen minute walk to a number of attractions in the centre, and great hotel service and accommodation.
- Johannes (6/5): Very far from Airport cost 7500 Rubels for taxi. - The bathroom is very cramped. The toilet was loose and put underneath the wash basin. Almost impossible to do your business.

- Elizabeth (4/5): St. Petersburg Hotel - Staff most excellent. The food good. However...No Elevator. The Room had no hot water until after 7 am . No electric hot pot in room. No small refrigerator in room. The View out Room 309 was of falling down buildings and graffiti
- Patty (6/5): Good value for location, no king bed guarantee - Hotel Kravt was fine.The location is good and compared to other hotels in the area, price is good. Breakfast is included is good. Dining room is small so most mornings before tours leave (usually 10) it's crowded. Best to go earlier than 9. Walking distance (20 min) to Church of Spilled Blood, Summer Garden and shorter to metro or canals. The downside of this hotel is that you are not likely to get a king bed. In our family we had 3 rooms, only one was given the king bed. Unfortunately, front desk was not helpful. Even with a request to move the next day or two with check outs we were not accommodated. Other down side of the hotel is that walls are thin and since they do not have ac, you have to have your window open and there is a lot of noise on the street and in the alley. They have no elevator, which I was fine with, but others did not like. The bell boy will take your bags for you, which is nice. Finally, the address is off. Be aware that your taxi driver or Uber will not know this hotel. The address as posted on the paperwork is on the main street, but you have to go up to the light and around the corner to get to the front door. The hotel should add the description of how to find the door. Also, the hotel recommended a guide Maximilian, but even after at least 5 attempts to coordinate with him, he did not respond. They would only rec him. Trip Advisor helped me to find a great guide where the hotel was not helpful.
- Matti (6/5): New experience again. - Small hotel 4 floor without lift,rooms at fourth floor very simple and small without any wall decoration .Bed ok and badroom too.2nd broblem that in the morning no water in toilet.....after complaiment stuff said its areal problem !?? breakfast simple and dining room very small and difficult to find place.
- Leo (8/5): Nice hotel in the center of the city - Centrally located brand new hotel. Love the location. You can walk to the Nevsky and to the metro in a few minutes. Rooms are clean and nice. There are a few things I noticed which could be addressed by the management. In the bathroom the shower bucket is not adjustable and unless you are carefully you will flood the floor. Double beds for some reason have twin blankets.

- Houston (10/5): Convenience to everything - Staffs are helpful especially Ekatrina and Psenia are perfect staffs. They can help you about your needs. They deserve their job. Rest assured this hotel you will be satisfied for 101percent. Everything is close to shopping center, Nevsky prospek and some tourist places. It's just a walking distance. There is no need to take a taxi. The hotel is perfect and the breakfast buffet is very good. You never find any negative from this hotel. Everything is perfect. Takenote beforehand just be careful with the taxi drivers. We were cheated. We were charged of 900rubles instead of paying 150rubles. If you like to take a taxi just ask the front desk and they will help you. Rest assured you are in good hands. Get a taxi from the hotel for airport transfer back and forth. You will get a good deal from them instead of paying 3000 - 3500 rubles from the taxi driver at the airport. Don't deal with those drivers. Over pricing. Always be careful to the Russian taxi drivers. They are number one of cheaters. Thanks Kravt hotel for the warm accomodation. The staffs speaks English.
- Fraser (10/5): Superb! - Hotel has recently been refurbished to a high standard with rooms and public areas in excellent condition. Staff very helpful with taxis etc. Reasonable English spoken - better than my Russian! Great location, a short walk from Nevskiy Prospekt but quiet at night.
