Rocio (7/5): - La ubicación es excelente, muy cerca De la Torre Galata y de la parada de metro. El personal muy amable y atento. La habitación muy básica, pero calidad-precio bien y bastante limpia. Nos costó encontrarlo al no estar identificado con su nombre actual, dimos varias vueltas hasta dar con el sitio. La habitación que nos asignaron estaba en un sótano con unas escaleras de acceso complicado para ir con equipaje pesado o tener alguna dificultad.

Toen we dit aankaartten, werd ons geadviseerd beter naar de foto's van de kamer te kijken, hoewel de algemene foto's een ander beeld gaven. Vervolgens werd ons verzoek om restitutie afgewezen en kregen we een zolderkamer zonder gordijnen. Hierdoor bleek er 's ochtends een man vanaf een dak naar binnen te kijken. De hygiëne liet te wensen over; er was bloed op het beddengoed en haar van anderen aanwezig. De naam van het hotel komt eveneens niet overeen..
Oleh (1/5): Completely unfair and frustrating. I wouldn’t recommend staying here. - - Very disappointing experience. Before I even arrived, the hotel marked me as a “no-show” and charged my card, even though my stay hadn’t started yet. Because of this mistake, I was unable to check in when I got there. No proper explanation or solution was offered. I would strongly advise others to avoid this place. Save yourself the stress, frustration, and potential loss of money.

Paula (1/5): Es como irte de viaje y que un amigo te deje un trastero para dormir. Vergonzoso. - Lo mejor desde luego es la ubicación. Se puede ir a todo andando y es muy cómodo. Pero es lo único bueno que tiene, seguramente haya opciones mil veces mejores en la misma ubicación. Durante nuestro viaje en Turquia estuvimos en varias zonas y hoteles, todo mucho más económicos, amplios y cómodos 1- Reservé una habitación de 14m2, y nos dieron una habitación que como mucho tendria alrededor de 4 m2. Un autentico zulo, si abrías la maleta no podías andar por la habitación. Era tan pequeña que la cama estaba encajada en las paredes, de forma que solo podías acceder por un lado. 2. Las habitaciones se encuentran en un callejón oscuro con un edificio diferente a donde está la recepción, por lo que eso es libre albedrío. Gente gritando, entrando y saliendo todo el rato, muchisimo ruido, intentan entrar en tu habitación por la noche, vamos de terror. 3. Olvídate de las vistas, como están en un callejón lo único que veras es una pared de ladrillo, es tan estrecho que no verás nada más. 4. No ha ascensor, por lo que prepárate para subir y bajar escaleras 5. El personal del hotel, como esta en otro edifico, no le ves ni tienes ningún tipo de contacto con él 6. La puerta del edifico esta abierta (y repito no hay seguridad ni recepción ni nadie) por lo que puede entrar todo el mundo, sensación de inseguridad constante 7. Más allá de la cama y el baño, no hay más servicios. En todos los hoteles que estuvimos en turquia había bufet en el desayuno, minibar en la habitación con agua, maquina de té o café. Aquí olvídate. 8. Las fotos no tienen NADA que ver con la realidad, es una autentica estafa. Lo reserve pensando que la imagen de las fotos es lo que me iba a encontrar y fui totalmente engañada. Son otras habitaciones.

Ksenia (7/5): Ausreichende Schlafmöglichkeit und super Lage. - Die zentrale Lage ist unschlagbar für dieses Geld. Da man eh die Stadt besichtigen möchte, reicht das super kleine Zimmer aus! Es war wirklich wirklich klein - aber meiner Meinung nach sauer! Und wir waren nur zum schlafen und duschen dort. Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Ein weiterer Spiegel wäre eventuell ganz hilfreich.

Mohammed (9/5): Comfortable, affordable, great location, and other factors make it one of the best hotels there. - New decorations with luxury items. The furniture was brand new and comfortable. The location is the best in Istanbul, it’s close to Galata tower 7 mins walk. Local facilities and shops like SOK and restaurants are very close to you there. The transportation of all kinds are around, specially the metro link and local buses. The hotel is in the heart of Istanbul attractions like Taksim, Eminönü and other areas, all of them can be reached easily by walking, depending on the destination you want to go.

The reception staff's presentation is frightening. And it happened to us that a taxi was requested for the airport and then canceled. The receptionists didn't communicate, and there was a problem. They wanted us to pay for a taxi service that wasn't used. They are very abusive. I'm very sorry, but I want you to know that your colleague was told that a taxi was no longer needed because a friend got a private one. If you weren't informed, it's not my fault. The lack of ethics is yours, apart from the fact that your hotel sector is horrible. the sector is too ugly Nothing horrible the sector is too ugly

Alexander (10/5): Exceptional - Charming little hotel on quiet street with great access to metro, tram, and several bus lines connecting to all the sights. Just a few blocks from Galata Tower and restaurants. Happy we stayed here and not in the more crowded touristy areas. Kind and helpful staff let us check in early and upgraded our room for free as it wasn't yet the busy season. Clean, comfortable, and felt really safe. We will stay here again if we return to Istambul. Honestly, nothing to complain about.

The location is perfect just few minutes walk to Galata tower. Unfortunately, we are in 4th floor with a narrow and quite steep and spiral stairs. Luckily, the staff carry our luggage to our room which we really appreciate.

The hotel is very clean, and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Our flight arrived late, but Mr. Soltan made our late-night check-in smooth and easy. Highly recommended!
Hamzeh (1/5): Very insolent staff --> read my full review for more details - Location was OK Staff behavior was insolent! --> If you want to avoid headache change your mind and book another hotel. 3 days after check-in they claimed that they didn't receive their money yet from Booking.com and requested me to clarify the payment situation with booking.com. Although my payment was done, and I knew this is not my problem, I wanted to help them. After contacting booking.com several times and spending couple of hours of my trip time in this issue, as their issue was not resolved (although booking.com was telling me that they have already received their money, but they were claiming that someone hacked the system and they are not the recipient of the money), in the last night they told they won't allow me to check-out until payment is done. As I didn't accept to pay two times, they told we should go to Police office! Can you believe it? Polic office for an already done payment with available proof! After visiting the police office, the police man told them that as the customer already paid, you cannot avoid his check-out. However, they still were insisting that I should pay, otherwise I cannot take my luggage and leave the hotel. At the end, I checked out without paying again, but they wasted several hours of my time in trip, stressed our group for something that I had absolutely nothing to do with and showed me how unprofessional and unreliable they are. Never ever visit this hotel and recommend it to no one!
Nadira (1/5): AVOID THEM, NEVER TRUST THEM - nothing WORST POSSIBLE TEAM - the morning person makes his buddy sleep at the hotel and forces me to have breakfast at his disgusting non-fresh buddy's hotel to get his commission on the breakfast. - you won't find a more arrogant person than the one who works in the afternoon. he coos with his wife during his shift. - at night, the guy thinks he's very important and super-intelligent, but you can't understand a sentence when he speaks in English. He only understands himself. I asked this team to receive a female friend in my room for an hour, and they refused. These are the same people who can't get through a service without their friends or wives squatting in the hotel reception. The reception is always full of their friends/family. When the friends disappear for just an hour, they turn on the soccer very loud or eat in the lobby. Lobby is not for the guest, thats for them. If you don't fall into the tourist trap, they'll hate you and won't say a word to you, but that's the basis of respect, not even a hello. I had the misfortune to forget my electric toothbrush, so I wrote to them quickly. Of course, they didn't even bother to reply and kept it to themselves. I don't think they've understood their roles, they behave like divas, it's the customers who serve them. Not to be trusted. I asked for their manager's contact details, of course they refused. The only decent person is the new Kurdistan employee, he's not yet corrupt.

There is another hotel named same but other is better location its close (walking distance of most turist attractions) this hotel is far, so needed to take uber at all time thus increased cost. and to deceive you more, it cost same as other that has better location. no water, no iron, needed to ask for toilet paper, breakfast not included 10 Euros and need to walk for 10 min to other hotel and menue is more continental so for that price can enjoy something better on local coffee shop. i usually never complain, just feel people need to be aware and hotels.com shouldn't even have this hotel on app. very disappointed

Omer (10/5): Exceptional - The hotel was at a good location and you could acces anything from it. We even had a metro station nearby and we could travel to any part of Istanbul at ease. We especially liked the receptionist Imam, he was very friendly and talkative and he understood us in English which was really hard to find in the city. He was very helpful to us and he seems like the best guy for that kind of job. We didn't like that a lot of times there was no water and sometimes we couldn't even shower. The water also wasn't clean for drinking and we bought bottled water to be safe.
