- YEH (4/5): 原來這就是那魯灣大酒店的住宿品質，別說什麼樣的價格就有什麼樣的住宿品質，你們打著那魯灣的品牌，卻給出比民宿還要差的住宿表現。 - 員工態度對應是該嘉獎鼓勵的，整體來說就是員工服務品質是最佳的。 1、電視觀看MOD時好時壞，大概看不到10分鐘就斷線了，有線網路的品質還能這樣也不簡單。 2、電視後方插頭一分多，就算功率是允許中的負載，但用最便宜的一分多插座，連保險絲都沒有，還裸露在外，整個房間最顯眼的就是那個插座了。 3、浴室內外門都不好開關，乾濕分離門更是可關不好開，還要一個手勢位置才開的起來，與其把馬桶換成免治馬桶，不如將基本設施維護好才比較實際吧。 花園飯店開業僅13年就可以變成這樣，真的不簡單。
