• YouJung (10/5): 가족 여행을 위한 최고의 호텔 - 위치도 타이베이 메인역 바로 근처이고 주변에 맛집들도 많았습니다. 시먼딩도 멀지는 않는데 날씨가 더워서 택시타고 이동하기는 했어요. 직원분들도 모두 친절하시고 일층의 Snack Bar도 정말 좋았습니다. 과자도 다 맛있고 더울때 잠시 호텔에 들어와서 먹은 아이스크림은 정말 꿀맛이었어요. 지하의 안마의자도 시원했고 객실에 있는 마사지기는 정말 최고입니다. 방도 넓고 깨끗하고 부모님도 정말 만족하셨습니다. 3-4명이 함께 묵을 장소가 잘 없는데 이 곳이 정말 딱 맞는 장소였어요. 타이베이에 다시 오게 된다면 꼭 다시 와서 묵고 싶을 정도로 좋았습니다. 없어요.

• Eric (9/5): Sehr gutes Hotel in perfekter Lage - Sehr gutes Hotel, mitten in Taipei. In Laufweite findet man viele Sehenswürdigkeiten und gute Restaurants. Das Hotel ist mit allem ausgestattet was es braucht, vor allem die kostenlosen Snacks im Erdgeschoss sind sehr auskömmlich. Der Service ist stets freundlich und zuvorkommend. Alles super!

• Marijke (9/5): Uitstekend verblijf in zeer klantvriendelijk hotel - Uitstekend hotel waar we vier nachten verbleven bij de start van onze fietsreis door Taiwan. Zeer klantvriendelijke receptie! Onbeperkt gratis snacks zoals frisdrank, yoghurt, water, koffie, softijs, noodlesoep, koekjes en snoepjes. Wij hadden een luxe kamer met raam, inloopdouche, Japans toilet en bankje. Prima bed! Hele schone kamer. Geen geluidsoverlast, het was muisstil in het hotel. Op loopafstand van het Main Station en de MRT naar het vliegveld. Ook op loopafstand van de leuke wijk Ximending. 7-11 en FamilyMart op 1 minuut lopen. Wij hebben genoten in dit hotel! Fietsen mochten in de lobby staan. Nauwelijks uitzicht vanuit het raam (deels blinde muur), maar je bent dan ook midden in de stad. Toch is daglicht op de kamer fijn.

• Patricia (10/5): This hotel has it all - Great location close to Taipei Main Station. Double room for family of 4 was unusually spacious. Beds were comfortable. Loved the free laundry and snacks. Wish there was more than one washer/dryer.
• Daniel (10/5): - Direkt im Wanhua District gelegen, Longchan temple in 30min zu Fuß einfach zu erreichen und auf dem Weg gibt's ne Menge zu sehen. Gute Lage direkt neben einem kleinen Tempel. Gibt alles auf Englisch zu verstehen per Website aufs Handy beim einchecken. Getrenntes WLAN pro Zimmer, Klima, Modern und war bei meiner Buchung ein super Preis. Freies Wasser, Fertiggerichte, Kaffee, Softeis smart zur Selbstbedienung eingerichtet. Zimmer war immer gemacht, sobald man den Button gedrückt hat, dass frei ist. Sehr effizient, guter Preis. Gerne wieder. Nichts auszusetzen.

• Razvan (8/5): - Good location and quite clean. The free snack bar was great. The room had a small damped smell and a little mold near the windows, which I guess it’s normal for Taipei and the humidity. The soundproofing was quite bad. I could hear the people next door talk and snore at night. Also every time someone from the hall entered or left the room a loud bang sound could be heard from the door.

Best thing was the location...it is walking distance to the express line from the airport, red land blue line stops and ximendeng area. Hotel was very clean and temp was fine...I went in March so it was not hot outside. There is a small food, fruit and clothing alley less than one block away as well a 7-11, bakery and many good restaurants. This was my first time to Taiwan so all of this made for a ln amazing first trip.

• Jay Why (9/5): Nice stay - Excellent reception staff who actually smiled and acknowledged us upon seeing our faces cross their threshold. They provided insight for food options in the neighbourhood and helped us receive lost items being sent from our previous hotel. The location was excellent, being close to MRT and far enough away from the busy Ximending shopping area so as to be quieter for the evenings. The bed was elevated to allow us to slide suitcases if necessary to open up space to walk around the small room. There was a 24h cafe space that had all sorts of free items (soft serve ice cream with waffle cones, ramen noodles, juices, coffee and pre-packaged nibbles). The walls of our washroom were tinted glass so the entire room would be lit up if you turned on the light to use the toilet or shower. If you have someone sharing the room, this was somewhat disruptive so bring a sleeping mask. There was a bit of a musty odour but this seemed to be an issue in almost all the places we stayed in during our 2 weeks in Taiwan.

• Rebekah (7/5): Good location, decent for a shorter stay - Good size room in a great location near main station/MRT/Ximending. Housekeeping system was good and they did a great job. Apart from when events were on nearby it was very quiet which was great. The free laundry was much appreciated. Of all of the hotels we stayed in in Taiwan I feel like the staff here weren't the friendliest. Check in felt awkward and the facilties weren't fully explained - luckily I spotted the QR code at reception which explained everything. You only get one pillow each on the bed which wasn't great if you just wanted to relax on the bed. There is only one small lift which did get frustrating at times. The water machine is only on the bottom floor in the snack/dining area, not on each floor like other hotels. The ice cream machine was out of order for our whole stay. The TV uses a cursor so was a bit annoying to use, it also logged you out of Netflix every time you turned the TV off. The shower/bathroom setup wasn't our favourite. We didn't spot any umbrellas in the foyer but we didn't really need them. Overall it was overpriced for what we paid but we did not book that far out so had limited options. If I was only staying for a few nights I think this hotel is fine, but I wouldn't rush to stay again for a longer stay.

• Sandy (9/5): Super für eine Städtereise - Zentrale Lage, gute Ausstattung, kostenfreie Snackbar und Self- Laundry, bequemes Bett, Massagegerät auf dem Zimmer 😊 Eigentlich nichts, nur In unserem Zimmer war es ziemlich stickig, sobald die Klimaanlage aus war, das öffnen des Fensters hat daran leider auch nichts geändert .

Reception staff were very cheerful and helpful and the selection of free snacks, coffee and ice cream was very good. We were able to leave bags there while we were away for a few days, Nothing. It was very good.

• David (9/5): Fabulous location - The location is perfect being 10 minutes from the central train station and in a neighborhood with lots of restaurants. The staff , particularly Tiffany are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean, bed comfortable and great shower. We had the deluxe room and I’m glad we spent the extra. The regular rooms seemed quite small.

• Eyan (10/5): Great location, amenities, and staff all at a reasonable price - Especially for the price, this property was amazing. The staff was incredibly nice, the rooms were great and super comfortable. The free snacks and drinks, and free laundry were an unexpected perk. It was also conveniently located, I will definitely stay here again. The only issue was rather slow WiFi, even loading a simple webpage was very slow at times.

Best staff - got to hotel earlier than the check-in time, they did not allow early check-in which is understandable but then I got back to hotel (after check-in time) my luggage were already shifted to my room. Thank you for that!!! Best location - walking distance to metro station and easy to locate. Basically near everything - shops, food places, Ximending. • HONG HANH (9/5): - Exccelent location, it very near Ximending (10' walk), Taipei Main Station (15' walk); local market, restaurants & convenience stores are around the hotel but it's not noisy. Snacks, coffee, tea, softdrink, fresh icecream,... are always available in dining room, this make customers feeling good relax. Rooms, bathrooms are clean with new towels everyday. Although the price of this hotel is rather high but I think it's worth.
