• kathleen (9/5): Excellent - La cadre est très agréable, avec une belle vue sur les montagnes d’Arequipa et une petite court commune très jolie. L’emplacement est idéal pour visiter la ville. Les chambres sont très spacieuses ainsi que la salle de bain. Le personnel a été très arrangeant pour nous préparer un petit déjeuner partant tôt le matin pour une excursion. L’hôtel est très bien sécurisé.
• Jose (5/5): aceptable - esta bien ubicado, en el mismo centro de la ciudad, dentro del casco histórico no funcionaba la televisión, me dijeron que habían canales por cable, pero como el internet era intermitente, no había señal, igualmente me dijeron que había Netflix pero la app no estaba instalada y pedía instalación , ademas se escuchaba la música de las discotecas hasta altas horas de la noche

• Franziska (8/5): Super Unterkunft für einen Aufenthalt in Arequipa - Das Personal ist super freundlich. Wir waren sehr früh da, da bereites um 9 Uhr mit dem Nachtbus angekommen und durften gleich das Zimmer beziehen. Die Lage ist super. Man ist überall Fußläufig. Die Bettdecke ist richtig schwer und das Frühstück ok. Der Kaffee war leider ungenießbar.
• Sonila (5/5): Clean place, great location but all else was subpar - Location and cleanliness It was pretty basic. Breakfast was in this tiny dark room where access to the small food that was available was difficult (in an enclave in the wall, where you had to wait for other people to walk back through the tables to access). They did not even offer milk for the coffee, and this latter was terrible. I asked a question about trips and was just told to read the pamphlets at the stand. The staff seemed very not interested in helping. I asked for some hot water for tea one evening and the person seemed very bothered and put out. I would not recommend unless you are in a lurch. I am sure there is better value for money in other hostels.

• Agne (10/5): - The staff was very kind and helpful, allowing us to check in early, to store our luggage and being flexible with breakfast (we left early for a hike so we took our breakfast another day instead). Location is very convenient, 5 mins walk to the main square. We had a great time and would highly recommend it.

• Ame_line (10/5): Joli hotel - C'est un joli hôtel, le batiment est faite en pierre traditionnel volcanique. Le personnel est très sympathique et les chambres étaient nettoyées chaque jour. Peu de bruit dans les chambres. Au debut nous avons eu un lit 2 places pas confortable du tout (qui rebondissait !) : nous avons rapidement pu changer de chambre pour le même prix, pas de souci.

It was also clean and very convenient for the Plaza de Armas etc There is a problem in that there is a nightclub opposite which played very loud music until after 4am in the morning.on both nights we were there. Sleeping is therfore difficult even with earplugs. We stayed on Saturday and Sunday nights

• Brian (8/5): Great place, except for the nightclub nearby! - We enjoyed our 3 nights at this hotel from a Thursday - Sunday. But on the Friday night, the music from the club across the street made sleeping impossible... until 3:00 am!! It was horrible! We were VERY excited on the Saturday when we walked by and some bylaw officials were shutting it down for the night. Not sure if this is a long-term thing or just a one-night penalty of some soft but at least we got to sleep before heading to Colca Canyon. If the club was not across the street, the location and room would have been rated as a 5 star.

• Alexander (10/5): Excelente Calidad/precio y ubicación - A 3 calles de la Plaza Mayor (Plaza de Armas), en la calle Jerusalén que tiene acceso reducido de vehículos. Casona antigua con reformas modernas que hace el sitio perfecto para estar en Arequipa, conocer la ciudad. Buen servicio de desayuno y limpieza diarios, siguiendo los protocolos COVID-19. Altamente recomendable.

• Caridad (10/5): - My stay at La Casa de Margott was excellent and exceeded my expectations. From start to finish it was a very pleasant experience. Staff members (specially Elizabeth) were super helpful, kind and nice. Very attentive and accommodating to any guest needs and/or questions. The place, both common areas and rooms are impecable, very well kept, nicely decorated and clean. They also pack the cutest breakfast bags and deliver them straight to your room door each morning for you, these are included in the room rate. Wifi and hot water were never an issue, they are available and uninterrupted 24/7. The hotel is conveniently located just a few blocks away from Arequipa’s main square and you have a couple restaurants and mini market on the same block as the hotel. You definitely get your money’s worth and I would highly recommend anybody visiting Arequipa to stay here! Gracias por una estadía increíble, pienso regresar de todas maneras! Felicitaciones por un servicio A1 y un lindo hotelito!
