• Melissa (8/5): Great place to overnight on a road trip - The staff is very friendly and they accomodated my request for a room near the office. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Honestly, for the value, you’re not going to get a better room than this.

They could have had the room already warm since I had a reservation. It was very cold and the winter. A nice touch to know you care about your guests.

• Kristen (8/5): Good, clean for price. - We were having work done on house. Room was very clean. Bathroom on the small side but comfortable enough and very clean. If traffic sounds bother you you might have difficulty sleeping very close to highway over pass and there's a traffic light right out front. All in all good deal for the price.

Staff was friendly and prompt. Location was a little bit challenging but mostly due to road construction going on.

• Michael (6/5): Inexpensive Room, Head's Up - The room was neat, had basic accommodations (fridge, microwave, toiletries, etc). It was also charmingly vintage, with the bathroom's pink tile walls with built-in tissue dispenser. Where I was concerned included check-in, where it looked that all receipts for the day's customers were already printed and splayed out. Names were obscured somewhat, prices not. After check-in, I found my room with the door already opened. In short, I found the room met my needs and was comfortable, yet tiny lapses did not make me feel incredibly secure.

• Mel (1/5): Did not stay and called property within the hour after checking in and was promised a refund - I am 83 years old and was not about to climb a rusty stair case out doors to the 2nd floor, so my wife who is younger went and looked at the room. While apparently clean it left a lot to be desired. It was around the back of the property and we didn’t feel safe there. Also the door was ill fitting and a lot of light was showing all around the door. We left without going back to the front desk and started searching for better accommodations. Since Corning was having a marathon being held that weekend most places were sold out do we weren’t sure we weren’t stuck with this place. We found better accommodation 20 miles away and called to cancel the budget inn motel. The manager or owner said he would call bookings.com and arrange a refund. We have not received such refund email. Please email us notification that a refund was put on my credit card. Thank you for your attention in this matter I answered in wrong box. There was nothing we liked about the property. There were all sorts of people hanging out the back that might be nice but left my wife and myself concerned

• Leonid (4/5): Bed decent! Otherwise not so much. Choose another - Bed was okay, I slept well and that's important! Big TV (not important to me). No breakfast. No ice machine working. Poor lighting in room, nothing by bed. Assume clean enough but couldn't see well. Stayed elsewhere in the general area on other occasions, next night a place for much less money, and they were easily much better choices. I'm not picky, and I rent at least 20 nights a year, every year for the last few, and this is one of the weakest in years.

Room was recently renovated with laminate floor. Bed was comfortable with nice pillows. Bathroom was also renovated. It seemed to have some long term tenants in some of the rooms. A few dead bugs on the floor. Looked like some sort of beetles. The chairs with the table were stained badly. Room was on the smaller side.

They didn't try charging me for a service dog, which is ILLEGAL to charge for anyway. 1. A/C filters-dirty (I cleaned!. (I moved stuff) 3. The TV was easy to operate, except that the inputs weren't easy at all to access 4. The bathroom was the size of a children's closet(3' Xi 15ft)

The room visibly was dirty, dust everywhere, the bedding was dirty and we were scared to even lie down. We were there for 15 minuted and had to move out and find another hotel in the middle of the night. We smelled like cigarettes after this. We texted the app and asked for a refund, but were ignored.

• Cambria (4/5): - Floor in room was extremely dirty and needed swept, had multiple dead bugs all over floor and hair. Hair on bed sheets pillows and blankets. No vending machine or anything like that to get a drink or snack, the TV only worked on one channel, was woke up at 3 am to guest arguing outside in parking lot really loud. My door had about half once gap once shut. You can fully see outside through the Gap and it felt very very unsafe I did not sleep well at all due to that and most importantly out of everything it was a great price great place to go if you need a fast room but what really needs attention brought to is the other guest I guess I should say the different ethnicities because the moment I went outside to get some of my stuff there was a Mexican man that started walking towards me instantly asking me if I was there by myself and it was very creepy so I said no that I have my husband with me and then he backed away 20 minutes later I went back out and there was a different man than the same thing started walking towards right to me asking me if I was there by myself made me feel very very uncomfortable and unsafe
• Ashley (8/5): Affordable, comfortable, convenient - The price was great. It looks newly updated which was nice. The bed was also comfy. We literally just needed a place to sleep for the night and this worked perfect. Slight odor upon entry, nothing major just not sure exactly what it was.
