- Verified traveler (10/5): 原木屋區環境清幽，園區很大又舒適 - 原木屋區內部挑高無壓迫感，燈光較暗但舒適，隔音也良好，雖然離會館的餐廳較遠，不過散步一下享受園區也不錯。

- Verified traveler (10/5): 美中不足可以更好 - 房間整體很棒，但有一些燈壞掉了，如照湖面的、照戶外藝術品的等等，另外晚餐及早餐都要走很遠才能吃到，如果早餐可以以套餐形式送來房間會更好。園區很多自然景觀及步道，但看上去感覺缺乏維護，稍顯髒亂也不美觀，也許正逢秋季，植物大多處於落葉狀態，但雜草及樹枝修剪感覺一樣是可以做好的，很多年前來住過一次，那時園區的維護相當好，這次來住差強人意，希望可以更好。

- HSIUCHUAN (8/5): 浴室會積水&餐廳服務人員的精神 - 淋浴時地上的水流慢，會有積水現象，必須洗洗停停的待水流䀆再開水沖⋯⋯。 (2)早餐接待人員基本服務還可以唯一就是少了笑容及親切感讓人覺得冷冷的。

- MINGCHE (8/5): 安靜的園區 - 我們是住小木屋，入園時天色已晚，開車去小木屋時晚上的指標較不是那麼的清楚，早餐的選擇性比較少，不過整個環境是滿安靜的，在住宿登記時可以加購園區小火車跟游湖搭船卷，整體感覺還可接受
