Guest Reviews
- Melanie (10/5): - We loved everything about this property. Will be staying again
- Eric (10/5): - Breakfast was very good, rooms extremely clean and I love that you supply Dove brand soaps and lotions not the cheap off brands that make you itchy. Service at the desk was amazing at checkin and checkout
- Jenni (9/5): Excellent hotel - location was close enough to everything - Location was excellent, staff were excellent. Love the guest laundry. Breakfast was great and the 5.30 drinks and nibbles is a great idea Bit noisy from freeway noise - would depend on where you were situated in the hotel as to how much noise you would have
- Tammy (8/5): - Staff was very nice and helpful
- Rodney (9/5): Nice hotel with excellent breakfast - clean, comfortable, real plates, cutlery and coffee pot, nice breakfast with strawberries and blueberries, pleasant staff and powered shoe cleaner at reception
- Nicole (8/5): - Cleanliness
- zigelhofer (9/5): Great stay - Love my room and the staff A bit to pricy
- Maria (10/5): - Everything was great . Breakfast was good. And fresh.
- Angela (6/5): - Horrible breakfast. Not very clean. The bathroom handle was disgusting and the furniture is super run down. Weird food smell in the halls and the elevator is super run down. Not worth $425 for 3 days.
Staff and front desk was very nice and helpful.
- Stacie (10/5): - Everything was perfect except the mattress- it was so hard!!!
- Jeffrey John (10/5): - Best hotel and staff I’ve ever had at a hotel stay! And I’ve stayed at plenty of different chain hotel brands! Best by far!! Thank you
- Belinda (10/5): - Great staff, breakfast and clean
- Marguerite (10/5): - Bed fairly comfortable. Breakfast pretty good. Convenient to Stockyards and Arlington and airport. Room fairly quiet being close to interstate. No complaints!
- Jake (8/5): - The bathroom was not as clean as it should have been. It's apparent that this is an older property and the condition is commensurate with its age (but rather well taken care of I may add). The biggest negative is the pricing for this property. It is not worth the amount charged per night compared to other properties with similar amenities.
- Rhea (8/5): It was okay. - It was average. What you would expect of a hotel. But the bathroom was moldy.
- Sara (9/5): Overall was a nice stay and would stay again. - Property was very nice and clean! The bed was a little hard.
- Rafael (10/5): - I liked the friendliness and professionalism of the Front Desk staff. The queen bed suite was well appointed and clean. Someone was a leader in a church a big conference.
- Murilo (8/5): - Recommended
- Nadosha (10/5): Exceptional -
- Natalie (9/5): Superb - Breakfast was good, hotel was clean and staff was friendly I can't think of anything
- Britten (6/5): - Great area! Lovely staff!
- Aaron (9/5): Superb -
- Marina (8/5): - The room needed some repairs. The noise outside of the room was pretty loud.
- Victoria (8/5): I’m a fan of Staybridge suites. Stay was pleasant except for that muggy smell when I walk in . Seems - My room has a stale smell when I walked in.
- Damian (10/5): - Good
- Carlos (10/5): - Great service, very clean hotel/room
- Branden (10/5): - Loved my stay!!!
- Jeff (10/5): - The staff had a professional air about them that provided a quality experience. Notable greatly at the free breakfast good hosts
- Eryn (10/5): - We will definitely be coming back. Beautiful room, beautiful hotel.
- Ashlie (10/5): - The room was very clean and well stocked. Staff was all very friendly. The food at breakfast was delicious. Would definitely stay here again
- Pamela (10/5): - Nice and quiet! Comfy bed and great location!
- Edith (10/5): - Everything was great from when we arrived until we left.
- Verified traveler (6/5): So-so... - I did my research on hotels before my trip, and chose this one based on 2 essentials: extra bed (rollaway) and good breakfast.
The breakfast really was nice, we had waffles, there was a yogurt bar with fruit and oat toppings, eggs and sausage, milk, juice choices, coffee bar, and even sodas.
At check-in, i asked for a rollaway, and was told they didn't have them (and that the sofa bed WAS the extra bed, even though it wasn't advertisedthat way). The reason we booked the room with a queen bed and sofa bed, was because in the description of amenities, it specifically stated they had free rollaways/extra bed, so our teen daughter and son could each have a bed to themselves, and husband and i in the main bed... but me and daughter had to share a bed, while husband and son slept on the sofa bed. Very disappointing.
Other than that, the staff was friendly, and things were pretty clean (except under the sofa bed, it could've been vacuumed). Bathroom was VERY tight, and we're all smaller people... no privacy area to get dressed, and lighting on vanity was quite dim. Separated tile sticking up in front of the shower, and scratches on end table...i really wouldn't think 3 star hotel.
Overall, i am upset that we didn't get an extra bed that was advertised we could not only get, but get for free, and the rate was high for what we ended up with. I've stayed at lower hotels (price and rating) with much more comfort, and I'm usually not very difficult to please.
- ANGELA (10/5): - Very nice and clean! Staff was very helpful and offered suggestions when asked where we could get Shrimp Fried Rice in the area.
- Justin (10/5): - Safe and quiet. Good hotel for a short stay
- Nickolette (6/5): - Beds were super uncomfortable pillows were super flat. When we walked in and headed towards the elevator, all you could smell was weed went up to our floor got off the elevator and continued to smell weed.
- Rebecca (10/5): It was a great stay and great hospitality. - What I liked about the property was how nice the hotel room was and the location. What I didn’t like about the property was getting an unbounded visit from maintenance needing to come into my hotel room to get a fire extinguisher.
- Lonnie (10/5): It was Good!!! - Very clean and cozy looking when we entered, clean smell!! Bed wasn’t as comfy but it was good stay. I will stay here again when I come back up!
- Anabelle (10/5): - I really enjoyed my stay in Staybridge Suites. It needs a little updating, but it was clean, comfortable and the service was amazing. Will stay there again!
- Alecia (10/5): - I would definitely stay here again. Everything about the hotel was perfect.
- Jason (10/5): - Check in was easy and the staff was pleasant. Room was nice and clean. But it was noisy. We were next to the stairs and around 6am on Saturday we could hear every footstep.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Wonderful Stay!
- Amanda (9/5): Superb -
- Stephen (10/5): Friendly staff, comfy bed, welcoming lobby. Will stay again. -
- darrel (10/5): - Nearby freeway can be loud at times, but otherwise no complaints, nice place to stay.
- Justin (10/5): - The staff was wonderful and careing.
- Jessica (8/5): - Great family stay
- Ronald (10/5): Nice clean hotel - Excellent experience management is stellar.
Breakfast area was clean & stayed stocked
- JASON (6/5): - It was loud at night and early in the AM.
- Paula (6/5): - Our room clearly had a smoke in our room or in the ventilation to our room. It smelled smokey in check in and got wise through the day and really bad in the night - horrible. It smells like a heavy smoker was in our room!
- Dory (8/5): Very good -
- Braden (10/5): - Stayed for 4 nights staff was always kind and curious room was kept clean and breakfast was good traffic noise from the hwy on Friday and Saturday night was a little load but that is out of anyone’s control
- Miranda (10/5): - Easy check in, clerk was nice, very walkable
- Jon (10/5): - Front desk staff were amazing! Fantastic stay. 10/10 would stay again.
- Charles (10/5): - The absolute best accommodations I've ever been to in all my years.
- Barbara (10/5): - Great property ! And super friendly staff , breakfast was so good ! We will stay again ! Love it !
- Ashlei (10/5): Great stay - Super comfy room! Well appointed and comfortable.
- Frank (6/5): Pleasant -
- Terri (7/5): Overall decent stay! I’d stay again. - Everything around it! Need carpet updated. Kind of smelled.
- Katrina (10/5): - Very clean!
Breakfast options were top notch!
Even had fresh tomatoes and blueberries!!
- Dale (10/5): Exceptional - Always great
- Juan Alberto Cantu (10/5): - Great staff
- Shannon (10/5): - A lot of noise from the highway
- Regina (8/5): Our stay was amazing. We love all staybridge properties. This location is our go to when visiting Fort Worth - Excellent location.
- Jesus (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jarmisha (3/5): Poor -
- David (8/5): - It was okay
- Erin (10/5): Family stay - Everything was great. The only thing I noticed was I think the person who had the room before toasted an onion or everything bagel and it has left a smell that hasn’t left yet after two nights. Outdoor pool was fun.
- Maria (10/5): - Very cute and comfortable one queen bed and sofa bed studio for me and my two young adult kids. Modern furniture/decor and kitchenette. Clean and bright tub shower with a nice even water pressure.
A variety of breakfast options: two types of very good scones, yogurt to serve on your bowl with fresh fruit toppings, waffles, hot oatmeal with toppings, etc. That Saturday morning they had sweet potato hush browns, cheese omelettes, and sausage links. They had salsa (Pace type) and shredded cheese next to the omelettes, and some hot bottled sauces. A staff member told me they change the hot items every day, sometimes it’s going to be scrambled eggs, bacon, biscuits and gravy, white or red potato hush browns, etc.
The unique thing about this hotel is that they have a social 3 days a week during which they provide a different hot dish in the cafeteria like nachos, chili, meatballs in different sauces, etc, and even wine, from 5:30-7 pm.
The only two things that were not quite as good were the pillows, kind of flat, but I LOVED THE SHEETS!!! They felt cool and smooth. The second thing, when the elevator doors opened in the 4th floor it smelled like someone had been smoking something illegal in the state of TX, however, our room smelled clean!!!
I hope my lengthy review will be helpful to someone else in deciding whether or not to stay at this hotel.
As for me, I’m looking for another excuse to come to the area so I can stay at the Staybridge again!
- Jo Ellen (2/5): - We were put in a handicap room that we didnt request. Our reservation was set up 2 months prior. The room was smelly and dingy like curtains were never cleaned.Carpet was stained in many places. The couches were torn . The bathroom vanity is damaged. We told the desk manager that we are not paying for damages. We would never recommend this hotel to anyone. So dissatisfied. Traffic noise was unbearable.
- Ukrix (8/5): Nice stay. - The room was quiet, the staff friendly. The breakfast was ok, but still not as good as the breakfast in the Staybridge Suites in Greenville, SC. The food during the social hour was good. Our room could have used some maintenance. I don't understand why the rooms don't get inspected more often since there is a facility guy on site. That would totally help to increase the experience of the stay.
- Lyra Bree (10/5): Great hotel! Would recommend ! - Great location, great service, great breakfast, great bed!
- Obiageli (6/5): Noise from highway - Customer service was ok, bathroom needs fixing and deep cleaning. The location of the hotel (close to highway ) makes it very noisy. I wasn't able to sleep from 4 am due to consistent noise from the highway.
If you're a light sleeper like myself, you might need to consider other options.
- Michael James (10/5): - .
- Rex (8/5): Very good -
- Jacy (10/5): - Quiet. Big variety of options for breakfast.
- Natasha (10/5): - Comfortable and nice. Room was clean and cozy.
- Tamara (10/5): - Loved the staff!
- Allen (6/5): - We were rooming on the 4th floor, when the elevator opened the whole hall smelled of weed - pretty disgusting. We later found that if we turned on the bathroom vent and closed the door, it kept the smell from entering our room. Notified the front desk but what really could they do…just sad that these weed vapors ruin it for everyone there. We’ll just have to pay more next time to stay at a nicer hotel…
- Katharine (6/5): - 1.People upstairs were noisy. So maybe when someone is 300lbs you put them on the ground floor! 2.People allowed to lounge and not eat in dining area, no place to sit and eat breakfast. 3.ottomans in room on wheels went to sit and they rolled away causing us to fall. very uncomfortable.
- Aileen (10/5): Exceptional -
- Melissa (10/5): Will stay again - We have no complaints with stay, rooms were spacious, clean, housekeeping was amazing!
- Juanetta (10/5): - I enjoyed everything about the property.
- Ted (8/5): - Great
- Gwyneth (8/5): - The first night we were placed next to a freeway. No sleep at all that night. The next 6 nights we were placed away from that area. It was alot quieter
- Alejandra (10/5): Exceptional -
- Tracey (10/5): It was awesome! - Everything was wonderful!!
- Lynette (10/5): - Todo muy bien, limpio organizado buen desayuno
- Richard (10/5): It was great and I got to see my friend that works in the kitchen been talking to her for - Breakfast has always been great here, Plenty of choices I liked everything, one of my favorite Places to stay.
- Taylor (6/5): - Every person we dealt with at the front desk was rude, couldn’t provide extra towels or an extra blanket, there was barely any water pressure in the shower and the water never got hot even though it was turned on hot as far as it would go. Chose the pay at property option on the hotels.com app but the hotel took the money out of my account before even leaving my home all the way in Houston to go on the trip to Fort Worth. Definitely was not worth the $400 that we spent to stay at this property for the weekend.
- Susan (8/5): Met expectations - Quick overnight stay close to freeway and food
- Kevin (8/5): Nice hotel, but noisy traffic - Staff was very nice and friendly. Room was very roomy. Love the extra space having a separate bedroom. Breakfast was very good, better than most. Only negative is the traffic noise from the highway all night long.
- Gary (2/5): - The room had a very distinctive stench. A very strong chemical smell. The bed was extremely uncomfortable! And clearly the room had been treated with some sort of chemicals because of smoking or water damage.
- Shanna (10/5): - Staff was very friendly. Excellent breakfast
- Ed (3/5): Underwhelming - Alarm chirped all night near our room. No water pressure in bathroom sink. Elevator dirty.
- Fidel (10/5): Low water pressure, comfortable bed. - Baseboards are very dirty. Water Pressure was low and didn’t get hot but only warm. Bed and couch were comfortable. Breakfast was okay. Great coffee, and you can use the indoor pool next door if you don’t want to use their outdoor pool.
- Robert (8/5): - Nice and clean. Easy access to Fort Worth.
- Stacey (10/5): Quality Service and Comfort - Customer service is a big one for me. It sets the tone for the entire experience. The desk attendant, Melissa, was professional, friendly, and proactively helpful. She interacted with us every time we passed through the lobby and made us feel welcomed and appreciated. Kudos to her. We received a complimentary upgrade, and the suite was well appointed and very clean. This was my first experience with Staybridge and it is definitely on the very short list of places I’m willing to stay when traveling. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality we received at your beautiful property.
- Jennifer (10/5): - Great staycation!
- Kathryn (10/5): Poop Patrol - Overall the experience was great. The only negative is the fact since it was pet friendly there were guest that do not pick up after there pets outside and it was not very pleasant. Made front desk aware and was never addressed. Could of had a better selection during breakfast also.
