Please pay attention and increase the water discharge that comes out. thank you

They gave us flower petal wich i need to add for like 100 idr. But that worth of the price. The breakfast was okay. Not a lot of choice. The only problem with this hotel are the staff cant speak english properly. It might became consideration for management due to cikarang are one of the expatriat place

mr_ji177 (8/5): Thumbs up - Transited at this hotel for a night while avoiding the jam on the toll. Am surprised with the quality & service of this hotel. Rooms are clean & comfortable. Staffs are helpful too. Overall it's a recommended hotel at this price point in cikarang area.

スーさん (8/5): フレンドリーなレセプション - 初めて利用しました。ホテルは清潔で、気持ちよく過ごせました。残念だったのは、シャワーの湯温が低く、ACが効いていると風邪を引きそうだったことと、2名で予約しましたのですが、アメニティーグッズも1名分しか用意されていなかった。ただ、従業員は皆さん笑顔で、とてもフレンドリーな方ばかりでした。
joemccormack (10/5): Training School visit - Once again the Prime Biz proved to be a good location for my visit to the area. The Manager and his staff are very attentive and nothing is too much trouble. The drivers are also very professional and get you there without much bother The menu has a very good selection for all world travellers and the Bintang is a nice way to round the evening off. Verified traveler (10/5): - Driver failed to turn left to entrance from jalan Cibarusah since signboard is difficult to find.. Room is clean enough and comfortable stay for me. I didn’t experienced breakfast and any other services. I just sleep.
NiaHans (8/5): I love this hotel - The location actually not too strategic for those who work in Lippo Cikarang or Jababeka, but for me, it is not a big deal. With clean rooms and comfortable bed & pillows, plus serene ambience, I can have some quality sleep. Aircon, hot shower, WiFi & TV Channels were good. Breakfast quite good, but the pool was poor. The staffs are always nice & friendly. This hotel remains as my favorite hotel in Cikarang.
Kwek (8/5): Great layover - Check in and check out prompt. Friendly staff and the prooerty is in good and clean condition. Exception the pillow, bed linen and towels have an unpleasent odor. Wall having ants (unable to upload phoyo). Everything else is rather good.
