• Madinabonu (10/5): Was a good stay, to get the airport shuttle call the hotel once you land and they send someone to pick you up! - I like how close it was to the airport! I didn’t use the facilities there but I’d say it’s worth the money especially since there’s no breakfast available (I don’t really care for breakfast anyways.) Was there for a couple days so I can’t say what was bad! But I felt safe and secure!

• erik (7/5): ​Don't toss the feast for one bad bite. - When checking in the girl was sassy, but the woman the next day was the complete opposite and completely changed my views on my stay so I decided to stay another night. Because of her ill be rebooking with them. The girl that checked me in.

• Verified traveler (4/5): I should have inspected the room upon arrival - The lady at check-in was excellent, and the gentleman at checkout did not ask about my stay and seemed surprised that I had issues and after mentioning the third one started writing them down. The room itself was nicely laid out, very well stocked with pans and dishes for an extended stay and appeared to be an excellent value for the price. I was extremely impressed to the point that I shot a video and sent it back to my family. However, when I woke up in the morning, after waking up a couple of times overnight to the sounds of kids running around in the room upstairs, the real fun began. It was then that I noticed there was no coffee maker. There were packets of coffee and mugs and sugar, etc. but nothing with which to make coffee. I looked in every cabinet and frankly even looked in the refrigerator. There was free coffee in the lobby, so I brought back 2 cups. Later when I needed to warm one up the microwave struggled to do so. After 20 seconds or so, I think it was actually cooler. The light over the vanity barely lit itself up, and the other light was not that bright so I used the flashlight on my phone to check my shaving. They gave me the room closest to the elevator lobby, and it might have been the runt of the litter and I just had bad luck. Had I noticed these things the night before, I could’ve switched rooms and perhaps not had any of the problems other than the paper thin floor.

But it's a good hotel, with adequate facilities and very friendly staff, but I wouldn't recommend it for a family trip. They need to implement an alcohol restriction policy. We were traveling with a family with small children, and there were many people drinking alcohol all day in the pool area. At 4 a.m., drunk people fought in the barbecue area in front of the pool. I couldn't sleep because of the screaming. Police, firefighters, and ambulances arrived. My children also couldn't sleep and were scared.

• Shannon (10/5): FAMILY VACATION HOTEL - This Hotel was about 20 minutes to 25 minutes from everything that we had planned it's actually a 7 minute drive from the airport which we loved there are a lot of restaurants and shops nearby. There is a Walmart that is 6 minutes a way and we enjoyed having a hotel that close to everything we needed. The rooms were clean and the thing I like most about the hotel is the laundry is free
• Refugio (10/5): Great Hotel - Theres no breakfast here geared more as an extended stay hotel. Only clean every 7 days but property was very clean rooms where spacious. They have security so less likely your windows get busted out.

• Sandra J (6/5): - The hotel gave us only three towels and three plates and the room only had two chairs for dining and we had four guests in our room when I asked if we could get extra chairs they told me where I could go get them and take them to my room but I'm a guest I'm not supposed to do that. The curtain in our room was so dirty there was huge things on it I saw a few stains on our bed mattress And outside our window we did not have a nice view we saw a big tree and some type of shed One of the burners on our stove the front one didn't work and one of the outlets in the kitchen didn't work on the website it says they have Netflix in every room that's a lie they said they only have DVD players they can let you borrow I borrowed one and it didn't even work I asked them if they could have somebody come hook it up for us cuz maybe we didn't know how to hook up the DVD player and they never came they left one of My guess on hold on the phone forever and never came back to him! I understand this hotel is cheap but come on they're still certain things that are required of a hotel when they have gas stay there was trash in the hallways If you looked on the wall there were some spots by the baseboards that like it was scratched over the paint was peeling.

• verobeachfern (4/5): - After driving 9 hours, all I needed before a morning flight was a clean room. There is no breakfast here etc which is fine. But the room was not clean. I am attaching photos of some of the mystery stains. The walls and floors were all marked up and there was a strange odor. Also, why is a picture missing and a weird hole in the wall? The worst was next to the toilet, a splatter right where the TP hangs. The other was various marks and stains in the bedding. My son refused to sleep in the bedding and slept on top fully clothed. I was too exhausted to try to figure out a new room but book at your own risk.
