Bathroom was great - although toilets down stairs not up. clean and welcoming accommodation. The bed was awful. It was very hard and you couldn't sleep on it. We Slept on the lounge as it was softer than the bed. This was the only disappointing part of what otherwise would have been top class accommodation. It is hard to give a great rating when you cant get sleep.

Close to Richmond so an easy drive into town explore or grab a meal. Was really fantastic but if I was to be really 'picky' I would say that the only feedback I would provide is that the bunk beds were a bit 'squeeky' when moving in bed.

- bicoques (10/5): - De toute notre séjour en Australie, ce fut la plus jolie et lune des plus propres des maisons louée. Très spacieuse et lumineuse avec une vue sur le vignoble et le pâturage. En plus suffisamment retirée pour le calme et un repos. L'accueil par le propriétaire, des vins de son vignoble mise à notre disposition dans la maison à prix réduit. La litterie fournit était propre. La laveuse à linge fonctionne bien et du savon à linge était fournit. Également un étendoir à linge. La cuisine est très bien équipée et tout l'espace nécessaire pour s'installer. L'indication pour se rendre et comment prendre possession de la maison était claire. La disponibilité du propriétaire facilement rejoignable par WatsApp ainsi qu'un Wi-Fi fonctionnel à 100%. Nous avons particulièrement aimé l'heure d'arrivée plus tôt que dans la plupart des autres établissements. La propreté en profondeur. Comme par exemple, les dessous des divants, la baignoire, le dessus des meubles, des traces de doigts sur les portes d'armoires, etc. Mais rien de très désagréable. Pour un séjour de 4 nuits, nous aurions aimé avoir plus de produits nettoyant comme du savon a vaisselle, récurant pour la baignoire, une serviette à main supplémentaire et certaines bouteilles comme le savon à main et gel douche étaient vides ou presque vides.

- Amy (10/5): Fantastic Cottage and location - The Pinot Cottage was such a beautiful spot to stay for 5 nights while we explored the Hobart area. Everything was in good condition, comfortable and well looked after. The views were pretty. Its a great location to base yourself for exploring. Self checkin was great. I would highly reccommend this beautiful cottage as a place to stay. Hobart Zoo and Aquarium is less than 5 min drive down the road and a must do.

My daughter really enjoyed our stay on the estate. The accommodation would be truly exceptional with some upgraded furniture and a bit more thorough cleaning. The owners were very kind and accommodating when we informed them of our delayed check-out due to rental car issues — we’re very grateful for their understanding and hospitality.

No toilet upstairs but a massive amount of storage area for hanging and storing clothes under the eaves that wasn't really necessary - would've been 10/10 if I didn't have to walk downstairs to pee!

My sister loved the fireplace. No throw rugs to snuggle by the fire with. As I was travelling with my sister, both rooms were needed and the bed in the second room was very uncomfortable and my sister had to sleep on the couch which was very comfy. There was no small heater to take the morning chill off the air after the fire went out overnight. No outside bin to throw our rubbish into, had to leave it in the kitchen, which felt wrong.

Located only 30 minutes away from Hobart, it maintains the perfect balance of being close to the city and surrounding areas, while being immersed in the picture-perfect landscapes of the country. The fireplace and spa bath are the cherry on top, and are a perfect way to unwind after spending a day exploring the city. We were truly sad to leave and wish we could have stayed longer.

Es ist in einer ruhigen Weingegend angesiedelt. 🙁 Wir wollten den BBQ benutzen, dieser war aber derart schmutzig, dass wir unser Stück Fleisch in der Pfanne gebraten haben. Schade dass beim Schlafzimmer kein Badezimmer vorhanden ist, wer ab und zu in der Nacht raus muss hat nicht gerade Freude die Treppen hinunter und wieder hinauf.

It is at 25 min drive to Hobart airport, and at about the same distance from the central part of Hobart. It is a very airy house. It is equipped with everything necessary and we enjoyed our shot stay in a very rainy day. A slight negative is that both toilets are downstairs, while the main bathroom is upstair.

And we recommend trying their in-house wines. The listing says tv and streaming services but it was difficult to get reception so we gave up. Not a huge thing if you dont care about tv but if you like to relax and watch something after a busy day sightseeing. it would make a difference.

- Joan (10/5): We stayed 6 days and used it to see a lot of North, South and East coast of Tasmania - The views were fantastic - waking up to seeing those views was incredible. The facilities was extremely well planned and easy to use. Not having an upstairs toilet was a bit of a downer for us oldies - who often get up at night. Also the walls of the building were a bit thin and you could hear what was going on in the bedrooms. But putting that aside - I really enjoyed the stay there and would stay again.

- Malcolm (9/5): Good hideaway for couple retreat. - Loved the location , the bird life and close to Richmond Wifi is slow but didn't go there for that
- Lloyda (9/5): Superb - Great location. Beautiful rural outlook and yet very close to Hobart and other places of interest. Well set up for self catering. Warm and comfortable. Main bedroom upstairs and no upstairs bathroom. Would be a problem for older less able bodies.
