• Shaw (10/5): - The staff were great. Especially one gentleman who helped me with the swim cap (I didn't understand they are mandatory due to a language barrier when someone told me). This staff person helped me out and didn't make me feel bad for not understanding. That meant a lot. The facilities are great!
• Philip (9/5): Really enjoyed our stay! - Great hot springs and friendly staff. Dinner was excellent Shame there's no option for twin beds. Breakfast was poor, especially for those who prefer western style.

• 孟如 (1/5): 奉勸大家別踩雷，服務品質爛爆，服務人員還要客人自己檢討行程時間 - 訂房時完全沒有註明露天溫泉池的使用時間，偏偏在入住時近9：00，櫃檯卻說因無夜班值班人員，所以溫泉池只開放到10：00？？洪小姐為了下班請客人離池的態度也很差勁，旅館為了節省人力成本無夜班值班人員，如果住宿旅客遇到突發狀況需要有人員處理呢？隔天退房時跟前台反應應該要在訂房時註明，竟然是叫我自己掌控旅遊時間跟她毫無關係？？雖然喜歡溫泉品質，但住宿費持續提高，服務品質卻越來越低劣，真的是拖累國旅素質（附上混濁的溫泉池照片）

• JEN-CHIN (8/5): 住宿地點離玉里市區開車約15分鐘，公路在整修，速度可能更慢，因此如果要去市區晚餐，時間要自行拿捏。溫泉的水質個人覺得比瑞穗還好，算是居住這裡的一大優點。如果要在房間浴室內使用熱水洗手.洗臉.洗澡較不方 - 住宿地點離玉里市區開車約15分鐘，公路在整修，速度可能更慢，因此如果要去市區晚餐，時間要自行拿捏。溫泉的水質個人覺得比瑞穗還好，算是居住這裡的一大優點。如果要在房間浴室內使用熱水洗手.洗臉.洗澡較不方便，因為熱水來自溫泉水，透過管路輸送要等一些時間。其餘附設的公共泡湯設施，都還不錯。 附近飲食稍嫌不足，要到市區較不方便。

• stmic999 (9/5): - 第一次來玉里安通，這裡戶外泡溫泉設施好多好棒，10幾池不同的，也有spa，三溫暖，泡腳池，一大早起床就看到阿伯在打掃庭園，努力清潔池子，把水全部放乾曝曬，之後再放水進去。我住過好幾家6,7星級高級溫泉大飯店都沒有這麼重視清潔乾淨，太好了，我喜歡！要給那位阿伯加薪鼓勵一下， 早上退房時大廳有2隻友善的貓咪來迎賓送客，還有親切的櫃檯小姐，下次再見了

• Mike (8/5): 泡湯設施超棒的 - 至少十年沒去了, 發現泡湯設施改好多, 很棒, 而且老少咸宜, 露天, 空氣清新, 且樹上的花瓣還會落到露天溫泉池裡, 超有FU的; 剛好現在又是稻穀飽滿的季節, 飯店附近就是玉里, 富里, 池上, 到處都是綠油油的整面整面的稻田, 如詩如畫, 很開心能夠住在離如詩如畫景緻那麼進那麼方便的飯店!
• Verified traveler (8/5): のんびり温泉で過ごせます - 玉里駅からのタクシーは250元約15分ほど。 お風呂は外と内湯、家族風呂、部屋風呂があります。水着着用は外と内。 しかしおそらく部屋風呂が一番居心地が良いです。浴槽も広く、天然温泉に浸かりながら好きな音楽を聴いたり、好きな飲み物など持ちながらのんびりできます。 宿は山の麓なので周りには買うところがありません。玉里の街で好きな飲み物やおつまみを買って行くのが良いと思います。 夜は虫の声が心地よいです。 部屋は滞在に必要なものは一通りあります。 残念なところ 部屋の浴槽は入った側は段差があり、入るときは怖くないですが、出るときは出た側に段差がない上に体が濡れているので滑らないように気をつけなければならない。浴槽の蛇口も下にあるので入りながらの湯量調節は少し手間。 浴槽から出るときだけ気をつければあとはのんびりとした温泉ライフが楽しめると思います。

• Verified traveler (4/5): 2回目はないです。。。 - 予約したが1年も前から廃墟になっていて宿泊できないとチェックインの際に言われて異なる部屋に通された。写真の部屋に泊まれると思ってわざわざ東京から出向いたのに実在しない部屋に泊まらされてた。しかも室内の裸で入れる温泉が到着した日しか入れず翌日はチェックアウトまで温泉の清掃の為、入浴できないと言われた。温泉リゾートなのにそんなことありますか？食事も質素でした。

• Verified traveler (8/5): 適合泡湯放鬆的好地方 - 溫泉水質純淨，水龍頭流出的冷水也是溫溫滑滑的天然泉。環境幽靜，貓咪友善且親人。房間乾淨床與被柔軟舒服很好睡，隔音尚可，早餐尚可。周邊古蹪、花園、登山步道希望能整理的更完善，登山步道找很久才找到，可惜穿的拖鞋會滑怕老人家摔倒沒有走
• Su-Chen (6/5): - 初入住的房閰鎖頭鬆動(似乎許久未被發現),住房人員快速協助更換房間，但忘了入住的需求是一大床，有點小遺憾。 傳統早餐菜色及份量足夠，但是要求住客自助回收碗盤，卻要"順便做廚餘分類"，讓我與國外友人有點驚訝! 溫泉水質很好，旅館內部管理需重新檢視。

• Verified traveler (8/5): 源泉かけ流しの温泉ホテル - フロントに日本語を話す人はいませんでしたが、お風呂を管理する従業員の方が日本語が少し話せました。日本が好きで、18回も訪日しているんだとか。山の中の温泉ホテルで夕食はホテルのレストランを使うか、玉里の街で済ませるかの二択です。朝食はパン、白米とお粥、野菜中心のおかずで、品数は決して多くはないですが、美味しくいただけました。肝心の温泉ですが、外湯（水着着用）と内湯（裸湯）があり、ほんのりと硫黄臭がする、無色透明の弱アルカリ泉でした。部屋の風呂にも同じ温泉が引かれています。部屋の水回りは少々さび付いており、ちょっと草臥れてきているのかなとは思いますが、それほど不快なものではありません。家族で行くと、日本の温泉旅館に比べて格安で宿泊できますので、家族連れには良い選択肢だと思います。

• Huey (8/5): Adequate hotspring hotel - The hotel is among a cluster in the hotspring area. The staff is friendly and check in was quick. The two rooms I booked differ in quality - I think one was recently refurbished and it shows. I opted for dinner in the hotel restaurant as I didn't want to drive to Yuli. Surprisingly, the food was ok. Breakfast is Taiwanese styled and was also ok. Bear in mind, this is a hotspring hotel and you should expect sulphur smell in the room. The outdoor pool was ok although the adjoining pool temperature difference was too marked.

• Takashi (10/5): 温泉 - レンタカーで台湾一周の途中で宿泊しました。台東から花蓮に抜ける海岸沿いの道路から少しそれて温泉を楽しみました。部屋にも大きな浴槽が設置されていて温泉を楽しむことができますが、共同風呂を利用しました。内風呂と外風呂があり、外風呂は中庭にプールのように設置されているため、水着が必要になります。日帰り客もいるようでした。フロントでは日本語は通じませんでしたが、日本語を話せるスタッフもいらっしゃいます。

Restaurant was good (when open which is not every day) and breakfast buffet was a good spread. Nice walking trail /back roads just up the road east of the hotel and free bike rental makes it relatively easy to get around

• Verified traveler (8/5): Older rooms, but you come here for the hot springs - This hotel has nice common areas and hot spring facilities. The room we stayed in was older as was its bathroom, but the beds were fine and the room was clean. The breakfast is targeted toward Asian tastes (congee, nato, etc), but there was also white toast with jam and steamed buns (mantou). Skip the free coffee and go for the tea. Some of the front desk staff spoke a little English, others did not, but all were gracious and helpful.
