• 菱 (1/5): 再也不會去住，有夠不乾淨。原本預定下週要再來住，直接取消 - 沒有 第一間房間免治馬桶無法使用，地板、浴室都有頭髮沒打掃乾淨 飯店安排換到第二間房間後，我巡視過後，發現沙發縫隙卡了一個用過的牙線棒，極度噁心，無法理解打掃乾淨的定義是什麼？ 除了牙線棒外，桌子、迷你吧的玻璃都充滿灰塵，床邊角落、床邊燈也都是灰塵，看起來久未使用 換到第三間房等待許久，飯店表示主管親自檢查後，才會請我過去房間，但也都還是在相同的地方充滿灰塵，無法理解主管真的有親自檢查嗎？ 反應以上地方有灰塵、浴室有頭髮後，主管表示：「自己做過這個行業之後發現灰塵累積的很快。」 所以不用在給客人之前確保最常使用的廁所沒有頭髮，桌上沒有灰塵嗎？

• Pauline (2/5): High Cost Low CP - Location In photos it looks like modern but in actual it is quite old. We wanted to switch to a different hotel but they reject since Booking.com reservation is 2 days. I understand hotels will be high rates during weekends but I please make sure the quality of hotels is as high as the rates. Some small hotels can be better than Foward Suites. Also the breakfast provided can only pick one item from sandwiches/burgers/Omelete +1 drink which is <100NT in value. Too bad.

• Angela (8/5): My First time in Taiwan - This was my first time visiting Taiwan. I am an American traveler and I did not have a good grasp of Mandarin. I relied heavily on my google translate. The staff was very helpful and friendly and went out of their way to assist me in anyway. There is a daily take-away breakfast which was great to start the day. The hotel is in an excellent location surrounded by lots of restaurants, the MRT, and shops. The hotel price is reasonable for its location (near the Grand Hotel, the Hilton, and Cham Cham Hotels). Also you can walk to the night market. The only problem with the hotel is that you can only check-in 8:30p and beyond.

• Peik Yen (8/5): Overall still not bad for the price I paid. - I had a pleasant stay at forward suites. The location is superb! The staff are friendly and helpful. From the design can tell it’s a very old hotel, but it’s still quite comfortable to stay. Breakfast included not bad as well. However, there are a few points that I would like to share. 1. Check in time is 8.30pm, if you book from hotels.com. You can still check in earlier if you are ok to pay extra. (guess it’s the hotel way of making extra bucks as they have those stay charge by hour). 2. The airport transfer stated doesn’t mean there is a free transportation to the airport. It just means they can help you call a cab, you have to pay for it. 3. The only hotel that asked me to leave the key at the counter whenever I am going out or having breakfast. Initially make me uncomfortable, but then again every hotel have a master key to access all room, so after that I am fine with it.
