Kerstin (5/5): Mäßiges Hotel in schöner Stadt. - Eric an der Rezeption war nett und hilfsbereit. Die Lage war nah am See und ca. 20 min Fußweg zur historischen Stadt. Wir durften die Fahrräder benutzen. 5 Punkte weil der Preis wirklich erschwinglich ist. Die Einrichtung ist völlig veraltert. Die Dusche ist kalt. Die Betten sind durchgelegen. Der Kühlschrank war unhygienisch. Die alte Klimaanlage funktionierte zwischendurch nicht. Wir haben kurz nach der Abfahrt festgestellt, dass wir unser Ladegerät fürs Handy und den Adapter liegen gelassen haben. Es war nicht mehr auffindbar… wir nehmen an, jemand konnte es gut gebrauchen… das war sehr ärgerlich!

Melanny (10/5): Hotel cómodo. - Los muchachos que nos atendieron muy amables. Salimos de noche y llegamos en la madrugada y aún así nos abrieron muy atentamente muchas gracias. Había parqueo que eso es un gran plus!! Tienen bicicletas disponibles lo que pudimos hacer un ride precioso en toda la calzada. El desayuno muy completo frutas y gallo pinto. Muy amables!!! La habitación bien espaciosa con todos los amenities que uno ocupa. Gracias!! En la noche el A/C hacía un ruido raro pero funcionaba al 100%.

Chambre certes un peu petite mais confortable. Loin du bruit, de la musique et un plus avec les hamacs à l'étage. Le petit déjeuner est complet. Michael (10/5): Pretty good - Great staff, good breakfast, and fairly quiet. Just remember that this is a 3 star hotel in Nicaragua. They don't serve breakfast until sometime after 7:30. 8:00 usually worked out well. It is middle of March, so it is off-season and almost no one else was there.

Lisanne (6/5): (Veel) te duur voor wat je krijgt - Het hotel heeft een heerlijk dakterras waar je kunt uitwaaien of in de hangmat kunt ontspannen. Het personeel is vriendelijk en attent. De locatie aan het water is rustig en op loopafstand van het gezellige centrum. De kamers roken heel sterk naar anti-insectenmiddel. Tot zo sterk dat je er een beetje misselijk van werd. De koelkast op een vd kamers zat schimmel in (de andere kamer had geen koelkast). Het tweepersoonsbed zou tussen 151 en 180 zijn, maar was 140 cm (dus wat krapjes). En eigenlijk was het gewoon best duur voor wat we terugkregen.

Beds weren’t great. I don’t like footboards ( but I’m 6’2”) and the mattresses were rather hard for my taste.

The hammocks upstairs are super comfy. The included breakfast was excellent, safe parking for rental car. I liked that we were right across from the lake, it was only a 10 minute walk to the centre of Granada. The day staff are super friendly & helpful.

Rebecca (8/5): Charming authentic Nicaraguan hotel with the best location! - Property is clean, authentic and charming. They have bikes available to use which were awesome to use. The staff is incredible and do everything possible to help you. WiFi worked perfectly and the air conditioning did too! Hammocks to lounge upstairs were so fun and nice to use. Location is amazing. Right along the boardwalk and the main tourist street. You can easily find food and parks and quite a lively night life! We were here during Christmastime and Granada had a festival happening with lights and live music. So charming! Be prepared for the authentic and rustic nature of the property. There are no blankets, just sheets, and the beds are very firm. Due to the humidity, there can be musky smells. The club next door does play music but can be mitigated with white noise or ear plugs easily. Deep sleepers won’t even notice.

Had a tv and aircon. I think it is in need of renovation- replastering and painting. Our room had grubby walls, and dimmer lighting than we are used to. Otherwise a very pleasant and comfortable stay.

The bed was comfortable and the place is located right next to the boardwalk. There is private gated parking if you have a car. I feel like Granada is so beautiful and there’s so many unique and beautiful stays that this hotel by comparison is nothing special. The hotel staff were accommodating, but it was pretty vacant when we were there and staffs presence wasn’t really felt.

Jacoline (9/5): Value for money - Super host who is excited to attend to his guests. This hotel is good value for money with aircon, small gym, free bicycles, and a full breakfast. The breakfast included coffee, juice, fruit, and típico Nicaraguan breakfast. It's right by the lake with restaurants nearby. Taxis to the center square cost 30 córdobas or it's an easy 15-minute evening walk. There are restaurants close to the hotel. I would recommend this hotel.

Bruce (8/5): Very good - It was good value for the price . Dont expect great things but good value . It had aircon but no hot water
Kathryn (9/5): Superb - Lovely room, friendly staff and great breakfast. Air conditioning was a real bonus.
