• Verified traveler (10/5): - Hôtel-villa situé en dehors de la ville, au vert, dans la nature. Peut-être un peu difficile à trouver mais les taxis vous y mènent sans soucis. Très bon accueil par les gérants ainsi que le personnel très serviable et souriant. Piscine impeccable, permettant de se rafraîchir toute la journée! Prix raisonnables, mais attention, la concurrence est rude aux alentours...
• Marie-Pierre (8/5): Très bon séjour. - Hôtel très agréable, chambres très bien équipées, spacieuses, propres et décorées avec goût. Personnel adorable. Belle piscine. Rapport qualité/prix imbattable ! Un seul bémol : l'hôtel est loin du centre, on doit donc prendre un taxi pour sortir.
• Verified traveler (10/5): - I was only at the hotel for a short time, but what I saw of it was great. My room was quite large and very nice, there was lots of hot water, the tiles were not slippery in the shower when wet (have hurt myself before w/ slippery tiles) and the bed was one of the most comfortable I have had during my stay in Vietnam and elsewhere. And the sunrise was absolutely beautiful!!! What I didn't like was how far out of town the hotel was. I got there around 7 pm. I would have had to take a taxi to town for dinner and then back again when I just wanted to have somewhere near to go. I have no problem walking, in fact prefer it, but this was too far. Also, not a fan of the toilet and shower in one enclosed room.
• 12katrinat (10/5): Quiet and serene - Beautiful surrounds, large modern rooms which were cleaned everyday. Beautiful pool and gardens. We stayed for 5 nights and had the place to ourselves. Only a couple of dollars in a taxi to the old Hoi An Town, they also have free bikes you can use to ride to town or to the beach which was only 10 minutes by bike away. Breakfast was included, it was freshly made to your order and plentiful. The owners and their staff are kind and gentle people who go out of their way to help. Their reception manager Hien went out of her way to point us in the right direction with tailors and restaurants to try. A fantastic restful holiday, we will be back again.

• Kezzacov (10/5): Wonderful Stay - FANTASTIC!!!! Lovely villa, friendly staff & quiet location out of busy Hoi An with only a $4-$5 AUD taxi into the Old Town. Big thank you to Manh for the wonderful vietnamese food served around the pool and the lovely Hien for the warm welcome, looking after us so well, taking the time to chat to us, booking restaurants & trips & great advice. Bikes are available for guest use anytime & the countryside is very easy riding & scenic only being 5 mins from Hoi An or 10 mins from An Bang beach. Relaxing & quiet, perfect for couples! Missing the fresh passionfruit juice, freshly cooked breaky by the pool, the green mango & beef salad (so good) and the beautiful smiling staff. Thank you to Manh, Hien, Thuy & Son for a memorable stay & looking after us so well. Will definitely be back!
• MortiDK (10/5): Beautiful, just beautiful - This was my fifth time in Hoi An, and my third time in the Green Boutique Villa. The first 2 times in Hoi An I stayed in the centre, but as Hoi An has become a popular (and noisy) place I have moved outside of the town which is absolutely no problem. No, it is a bonus You live in a quiet countryside place between the centre of Hoi An and the Cua Dai Beach. With the hotels free bicycles you can reach both destinations in just 10 minutes. Or you can rent a quality motorbike for about $6 per day. Or ask the Hotel to order a Taxi which is not expensive. There are small shops and bars close to the Hotel. This time I stayed here for 19 nights, so I know all the good and bad about the Villa. Did I say bad? There is no bad thing about it. No matter what category of room you book, you will get a large well equipped room, a nice hard bed (double or twin), a beautiful bathroom with quality amenties and a small terrace or balcony. All rooms close to the pool which even on hot days is refreshing. You order the breakfast from a menu. Everything is cooked fresh. Try the banana pancake. So yummy. Fruit juice is fredh and not from a brick. The Hotel is spotless clean. As The Villa has only 10 rooms the service is very personal. Staff and owners are extremely friendly and hardworking. The owner Manh is a fantastic chef and cooks lovely food to competitive prices. I always book direct with the Hotel. They are 100 % trustworthy and very correct in any way. This is really a special Hotel for me, and I hope you will enjoy it as much as I do.
• H7154ODlukem (10/5): A class above - I stayed in a hotel in town which was fine but wanted to stay somewhere more peaceful so found this place for a comparable price. But the service/quality of the rooms and atmosphere was not at all comparable. In the UK you would pay 5 times the amount for a hotel this classy. Rooms are so well designed and full of light. The pool is great but most of all the staff are sweet and friendly and always want to help out what is best for you. I am so happy I found this place was my favourite thing about Hoi An in the end.
• FZ3902 (10/5): nice location - it was a really nice stay at green garden boutique villa. it is ruled by a lovely family & the manager guy is a really good guy. the rooms are big, very clean and comfortable with minibar prices like in a supermarket. the pool was really clean. they give bicycles for free and its about five minutes to the ancient town and about 10-15 minutes to the beach - we really can recommend the garden villa !

• julielB7359UP (10/5): Best place we’ve stayed in Vietnam - Love this little boutique! We stayed for two nights. They are beautiful clean, spacious rooms with all the extra touches. It is a short taxi into town or a bike ride on the complimentary bicycles. This is better than staying in the very busy mix of Hoi An. The breakfast was great and we even had room service which was very good. The staff are very friendly and can’t do enough for you. There is a pool on the courtyard too. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else!

• Julie (10/5): Little tropical paradise outside the frantic town - The staff at this hotel were so friendly and helpful. It’s a tropical little setting with a pool in the middle of the complex. It was out of the old ancient town but it was a short cycle into town on their complimentary bikes. There are only about 10 rooms, they are spacious, have a great airflow as well as A/C. The food was great and room service is also available. I would definitely go back to this place. It is the best place we have stayed in Vietnam so far.
• shirleyland (10/5): Exceed expectation, perfect stay - We traveled as a large group with 10 kids (horrible?!), and we rented the whole villa for 3 days. Everyone of us do enjoy our stay. The villa is beautiful and peaceful in natural surroundings. The host Mahn is a fabulous chef and we enjoy every meal he made for us. The hostess has very good command of English and responds to email enquirers instantly all the time. The reception girl - Moon is always helpful. Thank you all for providing outstanding service to our large group and make our stay memorable!

• darrena715 (10/5): Booked for 2 weeks ended up staying 3 weeks - Amazing Hotel/villa, perfect location just a stones throw away from the Hustle and bustle. They offer you free bicycles to get around or can organise you taxis or even a little scooter to get around, there are lots of local restaurants around but you have to find them... The rooms are extremely comfortable and the staff are exceptional, they are happy to help or recommend anything you need! The little restaurant provides an amazing menu with delicious food! Had the best time here.
• DonnaM170 (8/5): Peaceful and relax hotel - This hotel is not near the old town but this hotel is located at a peaceful area, walk around is not much people comparing with old town, Have a fish pond in front of hotel main door. If you want to go out , you can by taxi or bicycles. Hotel is near the Cui Dai Beach, take 20mins by bike. Hotel breakfast is on the MENU list, but you can order unlimited times. Swimming pool is not too big and not so deep. It would available for the kids. As the bath tub no curtain provided, cause much water lick out from the tub.
• Verified traveler (10/5): Wonderful stay. - We had an amazing stay at Green Boutique Villa. Rooms are open both to the poolside and to the garden in the backyard, which is great. The owner family took excellent care of us and made us feel very welcome. Especially thanks to Moon for her wonderful support and care! Recommend to rent a scooter for the entire stay to get to the city center (12 mins), the beach (8 mins) or explore the amazing countryside and the seafood restaurants. Driving was easy and felt safe, we downloaded Google offline maps to get around. Can also recommend to have dinner at the hotel, price is similar as outside and the food was really excellent! Super fast wifi in the rooms. We hope to have a chance to come back soon.

• phuongn2 (8/5): A nice stay there - It is located at a peaceful village. It is little difficult for who come here at the first time. It's just 10míns from the hotel to the old quarter by bike. The staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is included with the room price. It is so so. You can ask for more if needed, it's ok. We got a room that has pool and garden view. The pool is clean and not crowded when we used.
• zauberwald (10/5): Beautiful cleane, relaxing Place with amazing staff - We stayed at the Green Boutique Villa, a beautiful, quiet, little 10 room resort, for 3 weeks in febuary and enjoyed every minute of it . The host and the staff are amazing always smiling and nothing was to much trouble for them. The breakfasts where delicious and plentiful and we enjoyed our lunches and dinners which where cooked by the owner who is a wonderful cook . Our room was big and very clean and opened up to the pool . The bed was big and comfortable . The showers are big and there was an endless supply of hot water. We had the room on the ground floor next to the pool pump but we didn't hear anything even with the back sliding door open all night. Hoi An was easily reached by taxi and cheap. One day we walked back to the villa from Hoi An it took us a good hour. The wifi was exelent so I was able to watch my Australien Netflix in Vietnam. Good value for money . We will definitely be back. Stay here , you won't regret it.

• F6468GFlucys (10/5): Wonderfully Relaxing! - We travelled as a family of 5 and stayed in two rooms which opened out directly to the pool. The pool was perfect in the hot weather - shady in the morning and afternoon. All the staff were friendly and helpful and the food served was the best we had in Vietnam. We loved walking and cycling around the beautiful countryside. The only downside was we had to take 7 seater taxis to go anywhere and that added up if you do a couple of trips out a day. Great value and a fantastic place to relax out of the city.
• SheriCrow84 (10/5): The BEST villa in Hoi an - We stayed at Green Boutique villa with friends and family who had made the trek to Vietnam for a wedding. The staff are incredible, Mr Mahn and his family ensured all our needs were catered for, and let me tell you sometimes we were so needy!! Weather it was mending a piece of clothing, making purchases for us, waking up at all ours to ensure we were taken care of or cooking the most delicious food for our group the staff took it in their stride and delivered fantastic service, nothing was too hard for them. This was my second time staying at Green boutique and I hope they'll have me back for a 3rd 😏 The rooms are lovely. They're spacious, clean and tidy! Even though it's a little out of town I can guarantee you the service is worth the 10 minute scooter ride! Thank you Mr Mahn, your family and your staff, you all made our trip so enjoyable 😊
• rosef564 (10/5): group stay - my partner and i recently stayed here as part of a wedding group. from start to finish we were looked after and nothing was too much trouble. the rooms are spacious and comfortable and the food was delicious! nice big swimming pool and just enough distance away from the hustle and bustle. a great stay all around very good value for money, thankyou so much for having us :)
• 604dij (10/5): Best service I've ever experienced - I recently stayed at the Green Boutique Viila as a part of a large group of family and friends. I have to say, I have never experienced anything like it. The service was simply unbelievable. Owner operators Mahn and his wife and the lovely MeMoon provided outstanding service for what was a very large and sometimes demanding group of people. Nothing was too hard for them and they catered to our every need. The food made by Mahn was top notch! He is a fabulous chef and every meal was freshly made with fresh ingredients (even when there were 15 or more of us ordering at once). We all came home a little fatter! I can highly recommend staying at the villa. The rooms are comfortable and clean and all the staff very polite and always ready to help.

So friendly, helpful and honest. Just out of town, but close enough to the action. It's quiet and peaceful. Only 10 rooms in total. Clean and comfortable. Thank you GBV, you out did yourselves and all our guests left incredibly happy.

The green boutique villa is new,clean,comfortable with the most wonderful friendly helpful staff.Moon is an absolute delight. • Verified traveler (10/5): Light and Airy Villas - We loved the 2 weeks we spent at Green Boutique Villas, from the delightful Ms Moon and Ms Hien greeting us at every opportunity with friendly and polite conversation to Ms Nga cooking us a delicious breakfast daily. The rooms are a good size and very modern and have a balcony on each side, making a very light and open room. The pool was a good size and in the centre of the Villas. We hired a scooter for 12 days as we got a good rate for a long term hire, but you could cycle on the free bicycles into town or the beach easily. We love being just a little out of the wonderful town that is Hoi An and coming home to a tranquil oasis. We would definitely stay at this Villa again.
• Astrid (10/5): Un hôtel très agréable - Un très bel hôtel avec une dizaine de chambres donnant toutes sur la piscine. Le personnel est aux petits soins et n'hésite pas à donner des précieux conseils. L'hôtel est très calme car un peu excentré de la ville, cependant il est possible d'emprunter des vélos qui sont à disposition ainsi que des scooters qu'on peut louer pour moins de 5$/jour. Un lieu parfait pour séjourner quelques jours à Hoi An.
• Amalie (8/5): A Paradise 10min from city center - This is one of few places I want to revisit. Beautiful, clean, kind and hardworking staff, extremely affordable, romantic, peacefull.. what more is there to add? They have good price on motorbike rental & free bicycle rental. The only reason why I don´t rate it Excellent is because there was some ant problems in our room, we didnt mind untill the last day they were all over my boyfriends suitcase. And we both had a little stomache problem after our last dinner there. But these could happen wher ever. We´re def. staying here again next time in Hoi An.
• Verified traveler (10/5): Absolute recommendation - Excellent value for your money. Room, pool and service are top. Feels like a 4 star hotel. I can recommend eating there often, the food is at an excellent price and the quality is superb, even compared to traditional restaurants in town. The location is a bit remote BUT the environment is peaceful, quiet and you are in the city with a bike within 15min.

• mark (10/5): Relaxing retreat - This was the perfect hotel after the madness of Hanoi, very relaxing and set in beautiful grounds it has a lovely clean pool and is generally very clean (is a new hotel). No car/bike horns to be heard here. The hotel is a few km out of the centre of hoi an but free bikes are supplied and the 15-20 min cycle into the centre of hoi an is very pleasant. Cui dai beach is 15 min cycle and an bang beach is 30 min cycle. The staff are excellent at the hotel, very friendly and keen to help you enjoy your stay. Our only minor problem was sometimes there was a slight delay in the hot water for the shower but the positives much outweigh the negatives here. Thanks for a lovely stay!
• esther (8/5): Charming hotel Hue - Quietly located between the rice paddies, but just a 15 min cycle from the City center. Great value for money, friendly staff. Lovely pool and a serene garden. Perfect to recharge from all that travelling.
