- Sidd (7/5): Alright place to sleep - The bathroom and the sleeping area is pretty spacious. The TV is alright it didn't have any static. It is a good place to sleep as the bed is hard but ok. It is close to markets. They have termites and it's not very clean. When you have a shower the drain would be blocked. The pillow is pretty hard.

Hotel employees attended to our needs the best way they could. 1. Some Grab drivers had difficulty getting into the area where the hotel is situated. 2. No toilet paper. The aircon leaks when it gets really cold. Some small insects were in the bathroom. 3. Some noise from the street can be heard at night.

- Bobby (2/5): Not recommend this hotel due to huge differences compared to the marketing photos. - Room food services are very affordable and taste is okay. Room is very different compared to the marketing photos. My first room has a broken toilet that I cannot sit on, staff changed the room for me. Room has a bad smell, and has a variety of bugs, even more if you bring food in. Aircon is right above the head of the bed and is very noisy. I have to turn it off while sleeping. What's worse, the aircon dropped quite a lot black things like a small ball when I'm outside. Luckily didn't happen when I was sleeping.

- Albenzar (4/5): Unexpected Disappointment - Disappointed, the ambiance and comfort zone wasn't good. reception service need to undergo training due to luck of endorsement to the next staff on duty. check-out time must be the prescribed time. ( I am not happy with the services, specially the cleanliness, the food containers like dirty trays and dishes should have the specific trolleys. during my stay they just put/drop it on the floor.)

- Manzoor (4/5): Uncomfortable Noisy hotel - Toilet and shower not functioning properly. I complain two times one, nothing happen without promise. Was too noisy. I have to yell a staff who was using Radio for communication to shut the radio at 7 am so my son could sleep. Found cockroach in toilet area which I have to kill. It remain noisy until 2 am.
- Wael (2/5): Aweful Hotel in a reaally dirty area - First the room didnt look anything like the photos and when i complained they say I booked standard room I said i booked according to the picutre i saw they said they dont have any other types of room available now, Second that hotel is more of a Fu**andGo hotel, People usually a man and a sex worker go there book a room for a few hours finish thier businesses and leave, The surronding area is so dirty full of rats, cocoroaches and homeless people, it smells so bad, room has no windows so you dont actually know if it light or dark outside

- Verified traveler (4/5): Can be a great stay if improved.. - Lobby looks alright and welcoming. The girls in the reception are friendly and helpful. WiFi did not work for my almost two week stay and I told them several times... Lightning in the room I had was weak and too white/cold. Cleaners need to be trained and equipped better to clean, they don't clean the room or toilet properly; They're not using gloves for the toilet, they're not using different and proper rags for main room and toilet. The toilet seats are cleaned quickly with a tooth brush.. They're not wet wiping surfaces with a clean rag, just a quick dry wipe of the table in the main room. At least there was hot water. Room service was in general good and quick, but the menu could be improved. The chicken sandwich didnt even contain a table spoon of chicken. I asked them to get me a taxi at a certain time in advance, but they didn't request one until that time which delayed me 20min to my next destination.

- wayne (6/5): Hotel next to Mosque, ANNOYING. - It should be noted that this hotel is adjacent to a Mosque. Had I known that I would NOT have stayed here. Being "Called to Prayer" at 4 am, 5 am 6 am 7 am, noon, up until 7 pm at night by the Wailing, EXTREMELY LOUD was NOT my idea of peaceful enjoyment of the accommodations. On the other hand, the staff was friendly and very accommodating. The interior of the hotel including the rooms was good. Breakfast included was delivered to the room within minutes of a call to the front desk. Sadly, I would NOT go back to this hotel as it was not comfortable being woken up by the Wailing of the Mosque next door.
