- Irina (8/5): - В отеле останавливаемся не в первый раз - удачное местоположение, если запланирован Петергоф. Из минусов - не открываются окна. Чудесный воздух в пригороде, но дышать в номере абсолютно нечем. Возможно, это относится не ко всем номерам. Завтраки в пластиковых коробках на время карантина оставляют желать лучшего. очень скудно, детям есть было нечего. Веранду со столами на завтрак не открывают. Где завтракать с активными детьми - не оч понятно. Но, в целом, все хорошо. Приятный спа-центр, чистые номера, ресепшн действительно желает помочь и очень старается. На мой взгляд, вопрос именно в высшем менеджменте, который не организовал некоторые процессы в это сложное время.

- Anastasia (10/5): Top-Notch Hotel! - I have stayed here a few times now, closer to family. The Hotel location is perfect! Right across from the Peterhof Palace and stores all over. The bus is right ouside if you want to jump on and head to the city. The hotel is clean and modern. The staff is so nice and cute too! Breakfast was great but stays the same the whole time. This is my one and only go to Hotel in Peterhof!

- Irina (2/5): Отель-разочарование - Отель на 4 звезды не тянет, максимум 3 звезды... дешевенький интерьер, уровень обслуживания очень низкий, неприветливый персонал. В номере было слышно музыкальное сопровождение банкета, кровать очень жесткая и неудобная, в номере холодно (сплит-система только шумела, но тепло не давала, батарея под окном была слегка теплая). Завтраки отвратительные, очень скудный ассортимент из дешевых невкусных продуктов. По цене слегка уступает аналогичным вариантам международного уровня, по качеству исполнения - дешевый вариант сомнительного СПА-отеля. Не советую. Единственный плюс - напротив отеля главный вход в Петергофф и в соседнем здании небольшой ресторанчик с очень вкусной кухней на старорусский манер и по приятным ценам.
- Zaneta (10/5): Отличное месторасположение и приятный персонал. - Отличное расположение. Кровати невероятно удобные. Наши окна выходили на внутренний двор. Вид конечно не ахти, но было очень тихо ночью, никаких посторонних шумов с улицы. Хороший завтрак. Приятное обслуживание.

Персонал вежлив и внимателен, номер супер.Завтрак очень достойный и всё это вблизи достопримечательностей. Отличный банный комплекс, что тоже радует и дополнительный бонус для отеля. Рекомендуем, не пожалеете)

- Kit Man (10/5): Worth to stay a night here while visiting Peterhof - Relaxing resort in a lovely environment. A large park and pond at the back of the hotel for early morning jogging. Access to the Peterhof Palace early enough to avoid crowds. The hotel room is clean and neat tidy. The Spa is recommended.

- Julien (8/5): Bien situé - Hotel propre et service correct. On m'a donné une chambre qui s'est avérée être déjà occupée. Pour s'excuser, une bouteille de vin a été livrée dans ma chambre dans la soirée avec un petit mot d'excuses, charmante attention. Le restaurant pour le diner était bon et le service souriant. Le PDJ par contre était peu qualitatif et la salle plutôt froide. Chambre confortable.

- Verified traveler (8/5): - Small but neat hotel in the centre of Peterhof, very convenient if you want to visit the parks but don't want to drive to and from the same day. The rooms are quite spacious and generally well furnished. All the typical amenities are there, even a bathtub. Bathrobe and slippers are provided for visiting the sauna — unfortunately this is only possible during set hours (up until 18.00) and henceforth is only possible by paying. This particular point was extremely annoying, actually. The goal typically would be to go out for walks and visit the spa in the evening. Not possible... unless you want to pay. I think this is a major failing of this hotel and shows a lack of understanding of what people want. Breakfast was okay at best. The pool room was a nice thing to have in the hotel, pity they didn't go all the way to set it up like a library — the wallpaper was rather distracting. A little style could go a long way there. Parking is paid but there's plenty of streets right next to the hotel where you can park for free. We didn't try the hotel's restaurant since there are good venues available nearby.

- David (10/5): Sehr gutes Hotel mit Top Preis Leistungsverhältnis - Das New Peterhof ist ein modernes Hotel mit 3 Geschossen. Auffällig ist die sehr geräumige Lobby. Das Hotel liegt gegenüber von der Sommerpalast der russischen Zaren und neben das Hotel liegt eine wünderschöne Kirche mit Zwiebelkuppeln. Vor der Hotel ist eine Bushaltestelle und mit der Bus kann mann in kurze Zeit nach St. Petersburg fahren. Das Hotel kann insgesamt für einen Besuch in Peterhof empfohlen werden. Service Personal ist super freundlich. Auch eignet es sich gut als Standort für Ausflüge, z.B. nach Zarskoye Selo oder Gattchina. Abstriche sind nur beim Frühstück zu machen. Vom Frühstück im Hotel waren wir sehr enttäuscht. Die Qualität war für ein 4-Sterne-Hotel ausgesprochen dürftig. Im Untergeschoß des Hotels befinden sich ein angenehm beheizter großer Pool und ein Whirlpool Auch ein Hamam ist vorhanden. Negativ ist anzumerken, dass Zugang für Hotelgäste nur in der Zeit von 7:30 - 16:00 Uhr kostenlos ist.

- Andrei (10/5): - Отель понрпвился. Были небольшие сложности при въезде, но это скорее проблемы российского законодательства. Проблема была решена за 5 минут. В остальном претензий нет. Номер стандарт с видом на озеро и собор. Правда собор временно в строительных лесах. Тихо, спать приятно. Санузел в порядке. Минус: окна витринные, не открываются. Но система климат-контроля работает хорошо. Есть холодильник, фен и сейф. В корридоре гладильная доска с утюгом. Завтрак соответствует крупному четырёхзвездочному отелю. В общем претензий нет. Понравилось.

- Neringa (10/5): All good, just no kettle in the room - I stayed there for 4 nights on a work trip. The hotel is situated next to a lake/pond and almost right across the entrance to the Peterhof park with palace. The room is spacious and bathroom is very nice. No problem with wifi. I missed a possibility to make tea or coffee in the room, which has become standard in most hotels I stay at on work trips - there is no kettle etc in the room. So I ended up going to the restaurant for tea/coffee if it wasn't breakfast time. For breakfast there's a reasonable choice of food for eastern and western European tastes, only my colleague did not manage to find butter (for toast) :) The restaurant in the hotel has good food and staff were friendly. There is also a choice of a few restaurants/cafes within a walking distance.

Так же всё ,что заявлено в описании отеля соответствует. Отличный бассейн. Замечательный, чистый, комфортный, красивый, с достаточно комфортной для плавания температурой воды. Хороший, разнообразный завтрак в ресторане. Приятный, доброжелательный персонал. Так же есть парковка.

- jacob (8/5): Short stay in St. Peter - Great hotel but only if you are going to visit local attractions like the Peterhof palace. If you plan any activity in the center of st Pete better stay elsewhere since it's quite far. Other then that excellent hotel and staff.

Also near bus stop, in case someone needs to go downtown. Hotel is fairly new, clean and staff is very friendly. Spa is amazing! Highly recommended.
- TATYANA (10/5): Для тех, кто хочет погулять по пригородам Питера - Очень удобный отель для осмотра достопримечательностей, можно пешком гулять, можно общественным транспортом воспользоваться. А вечером еще и в спа сходить, поплавать, отдохнуть. Но! Любителям настоящей русской бани не понравится, холодновато (( Завтраки отличные. Ужинали в ресторане отеля, все понравилось, порции большие, живая музыка.

Неплохое обслуживание и чистота в номере. Не хватает освещенности (в номере темновато). Зимой может быть холодно, потребуется дополнительный обогреватель. Зато есть замечательная спа-зона с бассейном, двумя саунами и хамамом! Завтраки неплохие, ресторан - дороговато. Администрации стоит рассмотреть возможность типа питания - полупансион, как в соседнем отеле.
- Yulia (10/5): Приятно провели время! - Отель, больше бизнес, но мы с мужем решили отметить годовщину свадьбы и остались очень довольны.Чистота идеальная, белье белоснежное, на ресепшене очень доброжелательный персонал. Спа решили оплатить отдельно и посетить в удобное для нас время.Очень понравилась аромасауна, температура везде была хорошая, бассейн тоже неплох, хлоркой не пахло.И самое классное, что мы там были практически одни! Ресторан duck & drake тоже оставил хорошее впечатление : еда вкусная, вино хорошее и цены не запредельные, вполне приемлемые : за два горячих блюда, бокал вина и пива : 2000 р. Тушеная капуста, по словам мужа, он брал нюрнбергские колбаски, лучшая, что он ел.Так что повару 10 баллов за капусту :) Местоположение отеля тоже очень удачное, есть где погулять и полюбоваться парками и фонтанами. Завтрак обычный , голодным не останешься : два вида каш, сыр, омлет, творог. Очень вкусные круасаны и кофе. Китайцы были, но не в большом количестве, неудобства не доставили. Подводя итог,скажу, что я бы сюда с удовольствием приехала ещё.
- Dziyana (6/5): Отель на ночь - Найти хороший отель в Петергофе - это большая проблема. Данный отель построен достаточно недавно, имеет удобное расположение. Был номер с видом на пруд. На этом все. Из минусов - окна не открываются, кондиционеры шумные и работают очень слабо. Не представляю как там летом, но на закрытии фонтанов в номере было душновато. Очень скромный интерьер. Непродуманная ванная комната. Слышно соседей. Плохие завтраки (небольшой выбор и готовят невкусно). В здании также есть паб, тоже среднего качества. Публика разношерстная. SPA комплекс не посещали, оценить не сможем.

- Ellen (4/5): Awful experience at New Peterhof Hotel - All I can say is beware. This hotel knows nothing about service, which is pretty disgraceful given that it has four stars. My Expedia booking referenced free use of the spa, but on arrival the hotel attempted to restrict free use to the hours of 7:30-10am. Of course breakfast is served during that time, so who wants to use a spa at that hour. They proposed that I pay to use it at other hours and I flatly refused. Eventually they honored the terms of my Expedia booking but I really had to fight for it - but which time I felt like checking out before even checking in. The spa is nice (but was empty) so why all this fuss about access to the place. They offered me a free drink at the time of check in but when I went to use the coupon at the bar they told me it was no good for wine. Apparently I was worth only a soda or coffee, which I actually found offensive. The climate control in the room was poor and an engineer had to be called twice to fix it. There was also a hair in my tub on arrival, so I can't say much for the housekeeping. The breakfast was awful (lots of cheap fare, like eggs, bread and dairy, but very little in the way of meats and no smoked fish, which in Russia is unheard of in a 4 star hotel). The ATM/cash point in the hotel was broken, which proved to be a huge inconvenience (banks not easily found in the area). Oh, and there was that infamous wake up call, followed by wake up knock, by room service at 11pm, which woke me out of a dead sleep. I didn't order food.
- Alena (2/5): Not compliance of quality of hotel to the price - Guests can use the pool and saunas free of charge only from 7:30 to 10:00 morning. Breakfasts poor and not tasty, are not present desserts as it was earlier. Ware with became in time do not clean. The cook during a breakfast takes products hands without gloves, was dressed in dirty clothes, without cap, insanitary conditions. The cappuccino enters the cost of a breakfast, both coffee machine were broken. The third coffee machine did disgusting drink. Waiters could bring it from hotel bar, but refused to do it. We remained without morning coffee. In rooms very stuffy and badly smells. Windows do not open. From constantly working conditioner all of us fell ill. The hotel needs to change cooks during a breakfast and time for use the pool and saunas. We many times staid in this hotel earlier and were happy. The last visit left unpleasant impression.
