• Caroline (8/5): Overall, I would give an eight out of 10 I would stay there again, but obviously get up earlier for breakfast and hopef - Beautiful inside and out convenient shopping and highway Pubic hair on the bathroom floor no Kleenex in the Kleenex box. Shampoo bottle was almost empty. Staff were on their phones numerous times when we went down to ask for stuff. And when reading reviews, it said there was unlimited breakfast never run out not true. Got down there 930 almost everything was gone. Tables were covered and greasy leftover food and sticky. Staff couldn’t be found. Had to go to front desk had to wipe the table down ourselves. Come to find out the girl that was working in the kitchen was sitting at one of the tables thumbing through her phone and they were already out of cinnamon apple waffles and she told me she couldn’t get me anymore And then proceeded to sit and stare at me and my family while we ate our lunch very rude. Oh and also the pool was so cold that our two and three year-old grandchildren could barely leave and stand to be in it. They were shivering so bad.

There were clumps of hair everywhere around the pool, old bandaids laying around, and mounds of dirt sitting at the bottom of the pool and hot tub.

• Joe (8/5): Great stay other than the noise - The hotel is in a great location and near many restaurants and shopping stores. Our stay was great other than being on the second floor in Rm 225 to be exact, right outside the lounge/breakfast area. Our door had a 2 inch gap that you could see out and sound traveled right through it ever hour of the night. Ended up placing a bath towel in front of the door to deaden the sound.

This includes everything from the tree frog outside our door, to neighbor above stomping at 330am to staff walking hallways talking. Truly a construction mistake for such a beautiful hotel.

• Nicholas (6/5): - Well, I stayed at this hotel. The upgrade that I paid for was a whirlpool room with a balcony view. The balcony was not able to be used because it was jammed blocked the whole time we were there and the whirlpool was clogged and when we tried to talk to the people upfront they said, take it up with Expedia
• Nicholas (6/5): - The room that I booked was an upgrade for two days. The balcony was jammed so we didn’t get to use it for the two days that we were there and the whirlpool was clogged. It would not drain. If those two things didn’t happen, I would give this an excellent reading, but it did happen so I give it a 3 1/2 stars out of five. Expedia though helped me out and compensated me so I give Expedia five stars at a five stars.
• Heather (8/5): - Nice place, good breakfast, noisy guests. Rowdy boys in the pool that broke pool toys, got everything wet, super loud, not careful around younger kids. Disappointed in that experience, but room was nice and cool. Staff helped when we needed stuff. Overall, we enjoyed the overnight stay. Would go again.

• Zachary (8/5): Nice weekend stay - The hotel was nice and accommodating for a family to stay at. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. The continental breakfast was great and had lots of options. The pool was nice but seemed overly chlorinated. The bathroom could of used some additional cleaning as there seemed to be mold on the ceiling and around the shower. We also were not informed that our room would not get cleaned unless upon request at the time of check in so that is maybe something that should mention prior or at the time you check in.

• Teresa (6/5): - When we checked in there was an old dirty wash cloth hanging from the shower head. Our toilet filled so slowly that we need to add water to flush. The pool area was nice, especially for my 2 year old granddaughter but chlorine burned our eyes and the water was very cold.

Wasn’t to please with that but I would stay again just need to pay attention more to certain details about rooms. $262 is a lot to spend on a room with little amenities and the one reason you rented that specific room is dirty
