Кухня оснащена большим количеством техники. В моей квартире окна спальни выходили во двор, что обеспечивало отдых в тишине. Отель расположен в шаговой доступности к любому транспорту и местам притяжения туристов. Особо могу отметить благожелательность к клиентам. Без лишних разговоров и оплаты, меня вселили на 6 часов раньше установленного времени. А провожая презентовали подарочек, Спасибо. Здесь прокомментирую минусы других постояльцев т.к. мы все читаем отзывы. 1. - на - даёт Плюс, это я о лестницах, горках и усталости преодолевая их, а в итоге это фитнест трекинг. Горцы живут долго потому что каждый день делают эту тренировку. 2. Вид из окна. Да на втором этаже он отсутствует. Но выше и чуть дороже, пожалуйста любуйтесь если это важно для Вас. 3. Шум стройки. Да старый квартал перестраивается, но строго в рабочее время. Когда турист уже бегает по городу и ему дела нет до этого дальнего шума. А вечером - тишина.

- Zafar (4/5): С детьми и багажом не подойдет - Просторный номер и чистое белье и больше ничего Месторасположение, отель находится на середине холма, необходимо к нему подниматься по очень крутой лестнице, и вообще неудачное расположение, надо все время спускаться с горы и подниматься в гору. Завтраков нет совсем, мыла и шампуни тоже нет. Гостиница в лучших традициях советского пансионата…

- majid (9/5): A memorable stay in a stylish residence in a peaceful setting with full facilities. - The receptionist Mr. Gurban's behavior was very professional and polite. He helped us a lot and was like a good friend to us. The area where the hotel is located was very quiet and peaceful, and the hotel facilities were excellent. The hotel facilities are excellent and suitable for long stays. The main problem for us, who were on the ground floor, was the hotel's Wi-Fi, which was not good at all and we couldn't use it and only used the SIM card internet. I don't know about the other floors, but we, who were on the ground floor, couldn't connect to the hotel's Wi-Fi for even a few minutes. Another thing you should definitely pay attention to is the steep slope of the street leading to the hotel. And lastly: some kitchen appliances need to be replaced, for example, the automatic shut-off button on the electric kettle in our room was broken.

- Zeynep (10/5): Überragend - Wir hatten die Suite mit Meerblick und waren überwältigt von unserem Ausblick. Aus unserem Riesen großen Terrasse konnten wir direkt auf den Jungfernturm blicken. Die geräumige Suite mit einem riesengroßen Schlafzimmer, Küche und Bad waren sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Betten waren super bequem. In der Küche gab es eine Kühl und Gefrierkombi, Spülmaschine, Herd, Mikrowelle, Toaster, Wasser und Teekocher und eine Waschmaschine. Es waren genügend Küchenutensilien vorhanden die man täglich braucht. Von Taxim Platz aus mussten wir nur wenige Minuten runterlaufen. Morgens sind wir immer Richtung Findikli Tram Station runtergelaufen. Abends haben wir uns meistens bis zum Taxim Platz mit dem Taxi fahren lassen weil für uns die Steigung und die Treppen doch etwas beschwerlich waren. Für jüngere und sportliche Leute ist das jedoch kein Problem. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wir haben wirklich nichts worüber wir uns beschweren können.

- Elena (10/5): - Очень большие апартаменты. На тихой улице, но рядом с Истиклялем, до которого 5 минут пешком прогулочным шагом. Очень чисто, тихо и комфортно. До этого мы жили в отеле, где есть слышимость из соседних номеров и коридора. Удобная кровать и подушки. Молодой человек на ресепшн Мехмет отзывчивый, приятный и коммуникабельный. С удовольствием отвечал на наши вопросы и старался во всем помочь, за что ему особая благодарность!
- Andrey (10/5): - Чисто, и опрятно (да кто то писал номер не новый, ну да не всем же гостиницам и отелям быть новыми) есть функциональная кухня, можно полноценно приготовить еду. Удобное расположение. До центра Стамбула 5-7 мин пешком. Когда уезжали подарили приятный презент - полотенце с лого. И главный момент заселили раньше и доплату не взяли, хотя я предложил доплатить. Очень приятное впечатление оставило проживание в отеле. Есть балконы со стульчиками и столом , тоже прикольно. В целом все было ок

- Sharon (10/5): Wonderful hotel, and scenic location, with great staff - The apartment was spacious and beautifully decorated. The shower was the largest shower we’ve had since we’ve been traveling through Europe in Asia. The dishwasher was an extra nice touch. There was two zone air-conditioning so I could sleep in comfort while still having a comfortable living room experience. The balcony was clean and the view was amazing. I highly recommend others stay in this facility. I should also add, that when we arrived the hotel server came outside to greet us because it was a little difficult to find. I was in constant communication with the manager as we were heading towards the hotel, so I felt very well taken care of. Also, this building has an elevator, which makes it extra nice for a long day of travel. I cannot think of anything I don’t like about this facility.

- Ahlas (1/5): - I would like to express my disappointment with my recent stay at your hotel from [check-in date] to [check-out date]. One of the main reasons I chose your hotel was the promise of a room with a sea view, as stated in the booking description on your website. However, I was surprised to find that the room only overlooked the back street of the hotel, with no sea view at all. This was highly disappointing and felt misleading. Moreover, we faced serious difficulties reaching the hotel due to excavation work on the street leading to the entrance. It was impossible to access the hotel by car, and we were forced to choose between walking approximately one kilometer through the construction site, or climbing nearly 800 steps—a path that was extremely difficult and posed a real danger to the children accompanying us. I expected a higher level of comfort and transparency when booking with your hotel. I kindly request a clear explanation for these issues and appropriate compensation for the inconvenience and risk we experienced.

I showed my booking at reception and after long try they changed my room with partial Seaview. Please make sure you get the room you booked. Interiors looks luxurious. Very good impression at whole. Door locks and other accessories are a bit dull, need a repair or renovation. Yet, it doesn't make great disappointment. - Mirzo (7/5): Nice spot, spacious rooms, close to centre of European Istanbul - There were a lot of positives - the location, the size of the apartments, and the relative inexpensiveness of the price. There are a few great places to see nearby, and we enjoyed walking and exploring the neighbourhood Service was not great, people were not very accommodating. We asked for a few simple things that they did not accommodate, including providing a fresh bottle of water once we decided to extend our stay, and allowing us to check out one hour later than the stated times. These requests were small, and it was disappointing when the staff did not place any care, given that we extended our stay by two additional days.

Pesonal was unobtrusive, calm cozi home association. Very satisfied staying. It doesn't related to staying and have matters only for disabled or old people. There are a lot of very stip stairs around facilities.

The location is excellent, as taking the ferry directly leads you to Taksim Square, where the city center is. If you take the stairs path, you will reach Karaköy and the waterfront, as well as Galata Tower. The accommodation has many advantages, but there is one sole drawback: in order to reach it, one must either climb over 70 flights of stairs or walk along a very steep slope. The non-German-speaking staff was not as friendly. For example, they only greeted my husband first after he greeted them. I find that unfortunate! This is something you could work on. On the other hand, the Turkish-speaking staff (the Turks) were very nice."

The location is great and very close to Taksim square or to Kabas dock. The suite apartments are located at the end of a dead end alley (Ulker st) and most taxis don't like to come all the way to the end of the dead end alley.

I would like to give very honest feedback about our experience during our stay in Lir Residence as we travelled with our family including 3 children age from 12 to 15 and it was a nightmare staying in this apartment. The pictures are absolutely deceiving. The location of this property is extremely poor. No elderly person or anyone with knee issues can climb up to this property. There were at at least 60-70 very dangerous steps on the stairs to climb after you walk up the 30+ degree of hill. When heading towards taksim square you have to climb upto 45+ degree of hill. They are selling this picture where one can look at Bosphorus river through the window but unfortunately upon arrival they don't offer this room to their customers. The facilities in the rooms were extremely poor, the cleaning was worst, the bathrooms were leaking, sink was clogged and there was no hot water in the shower, their air conditioning doesn't work, we had to move our room for 3 times in our 12 days stay including once at 3am in the morning due to extremely poor air conditioning. in the second their boiler was not working and the staff was expecting us to fix their faulty boiler. We were five people in the suite and every other day we had to constantly ask the reception to change our towels and remove the bins. They never cleaned the floor during our entire stay. In addition to everything the member of their main staff called Ramazan was extremely rude and arrogant with no customer service skills at all. After all above that we patiently suffered for 12 days, their staff Ramzan had the audacity to call us on our last day to tell us that we must leave the room by 12pm sharp despite my request for a late check out at 1:30pm. I went down to reception to request him again but he wouldn't listen and he raised his voice at me where I had to put him back to his place. He was a bully and they like to intimidate their customers.
- Mohammed (5/5): Turkey overall is amazing but we had a bad experiment with the location - The property it self was clean , comfy and wverything as is in the pics The location to reach is very hard , They should be transparent regarding the location , the building is surrounded by very very very high stairs , that make reaching the residence as impossible unless you use the stairs , the thing that makes me and my family are completely exhausted evey day , there is only ine single narrow street that has no access almost for cars and u have to use the stairs way or another , thus we were really upset that they should be transparent and show that in booking or through the pics
