No filters for the coffee machine which was a let down and there were previous guests belongings (vape pens etc) in some of the drawers so i feel like the cleaning between stays probably wasn’t in depth enough.

From the lobby to the room it smells like an old storage facility and the smell is being masked by all kinds of fragrances. The room was old, carpet needs to be changed. It just felt gross the entire experience, I could not stay here and had to leave

Die Zimmer sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen, die Bettwäsche war nicht komplett gereinigt und es fehlte uns an den üblichen Badeannehmlichkeiten wie: Seife, Duschmittel, Shampoo etc. Das Telefon im Zimmer hat über den ganzen Aufenthalt nicht funktioniert.

I was told the hotel was full and there was nothing they could do. Both beds were dirty and unmade, had to sleep in a chair. Not even a clean towel to dry my face.

• Jasmine (7/5): Minus the carpet the suite was nice the staff was helpful. - there were two different bathrooms in our suite which was really convenient for my boyfriend and I. We loved the Jacuzzi Tub and the Balcony views, the valet was cool when it was available for use. convenient rideshare pick up. The signature is a pretty good walking distance from the actual MGM and the strip even with comfortable shoes. They tell you valet is available for free but if it gets too crowded you’ll have to park in MGM self parking and walk all the way to the signature with your belongings that was our experience the second day. The carpet in the suite was disgusting they need to be cleaned or replaced. Also none of the restaurants on the property stay open late we had to leave off the property to get food late night.

• Anweiler (1/5): Extremely disappointed!!! - The location. It was not what it was advertised to be. The rooms were next one another but not connected with an internal door. The furniture is in real need of replacement. It smelled musty and was very uncomfortable. While the linens were nice, the pillows and mattress were not. The staff was not very friendly and when I asked for an hour later check out due to flight schedules they wanted to charge an additional $100. I asked for the manager and considering how much I paid for the room, he waived the fee.
• Crystal (7/5): I would stay again but book straight thru the website rather than Priceline or a 3rd party agency - Location and presentation Access to All MGM properties No housekeeping on property. It wasn’t an air bnb but in order to cook you had to go to the grocery store to buy food and spices, containers etc which ended up costing extra and what wasn’t eaten got thrown out since you can’t take it on the plane. I’m sure it was in some super fine print but should have been clearly stated

• Theron (10/5): Perfect place to stay in Vegas. - I’m a bodybuilder so I needed a kitchen and a fridge and microwave. It had everything! The space we had for the price we paid made me feel like I had the VIP treatment. My wife said this is where we are staying from now on. I even told a friend and they booked the same location and were beyond happy with everything about the room and hotel. It felt like home away from home!

• Charley (9/5): Great, well located, convenient and very helpful staff - These apartments are well located, well appointed and the staff provide an excellent service. Everything was seamless from the free valet parking to check-in and having to our bags bought to our apartment. The kitchen had everything we needed and the bathroom was huge and had a jacuzzi tub with his and hers vanity units. I would absolutely stay here again. Some of the appliances in the unit were quite old and our iron didn’t work, but that was a very minor issue.
• Brent (10/5): Great location, beautiful views, spacious room, excellent value for the price! - Loved the room, it was very spacious and the views from our 28th floor balcony in tower 3 was beautiful. The location was convenient and it was nice to be slightly off the strip. It is a short walk through the walkways to get to MGM but you can also walk directly out of the complex and up Harmon street and you are right there at Miracle Mile/Planet Hollywood. The room was stocked with everything you needed including extra towels so housekeeping was not needed. They only thing missing was body lotion and Kleenex but not a big deal. It was nice to have a refrigerator and there was an ice machine by the elevators on every floor. Check in information was confusing. We didn't receive an email about what to do or where to check in until a day after we arrived. We arrived before the standard check in time so we needed to pay an additional $55 to check in early. Since the suite we were in was privately owned, it was managed by a different company, not MGM and we had to call to get permission to arrive early. The front desk clerk was helpful in directing us on what to do. Only one pool was currently open so it got a bit crowded at times. Food and drinks are sold there but drink prices are expensive and you are not allowed to bring in any outside food or beverages. They do check bags to see.

We did have a little snag checking in because they keep saying the reservation was under the name of "James " and he needed to be present to check in. We worked through it when they realized he's the owner renting it the property 😊

RECOMMENED!!!!!!!!!! will be back no doubt There wasn't anything I that my wife didn't like about our stay as I stated before I recommend staying at this spot if you want to close to everything again if you want to close to the night life stay here.

• O (1/5): I will never come back to this hotel. - Loved the structure of the hotel. Parking situation was HORRIBLE! My wife needs walking assistance and valet after 9 pm was never available. I had to park my car in self parking and walk far to get back to my hotel. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had never again staying here.

• Simpson (1/5): traumatizing - we booked for the location. I booked two suites and was extremely disappointed they put us in separate towers. 1. They could not find our booking and were rude at the front desk. Told us to talk to Booking. com which we could not do. 2. initially gave us keys to an occupied room and we walked in on them. 2. Got to our room and it was disgusting: food, trash, bedding everywhere, balcony window open with lots of bugs flying /crawling around, bathrooms gross. hotel said they could do nothing because it was after 5:00 so we had to stay somewhere else! They couldn’t clean the room until the middle of next day so we couldn’t get ready for the wedding there. Never got to stay there and had to pay for rooms in another hotel. 3. Criminal that Booking.com didn’t step up in this extremely stressful situation and the hotel couldn’t help or wouldn’t. (James from the hotel tried but no one would help him either !!!)4. The other suite my brother stayed in had to have 7 light bulbs replaced and work done on the bathroom. 5. We expect our money back in full. We won’t be using this app or this hotel.

• Teresa (9/5): Over all we enjoyed our stay. - We have stayed here over the years. We have always enjoyed the location and the facilities. The units are needing some updating. We had a few minor problems and the maintenance was fast to get them fixed. Our last night there when we returned to park we were told that valet was full. We would have to park at the MGM, which was about 7/10 of a mile away. If each unit in the building has one parking space then why would our space have been taken by some other unit?

• Mohammed (5/5): For the simply reason of not be able to connect a device to the tv, I would not book at this hotel again. - Staff In this day and age there was not one usb port in the room and the fact that you could not connect an HDMI device into the tv.
• Olga (10/5): Exceptional - Spacious suites, we rented 2 for a large party of 8. The suites include small kitchen including fridge, microwave, stove & dishwasher as well as basic cooking and eating utensils. 2 full baths including 1 large jacuzzi tub. King sized bed plus 1 pull out sofa. I only wish they had the option of 2 queen beds as this would have made more comfortable for our parties but over all the rooms were very nice, clean and modern. Very close to major Las Vegas attractions and also connects to MGM grand hotel thru an inside covered walkway that lead straight to larger MGM hotel/casino.
• Caressa (8/5): overall, my stay was great. the property was clean, comfortable, spacious, and great views. if I ever come back to Las V - the view was amazing both ways from my room. I didn’t like that I was told to park at another facility because valet was full due to people inviting their friends over for parties so my daughter and I had to park elsewhere and walk back. I’m a paid guest here so I shouldn’t have had that issue. the next morning I complained because I had to leave the facility early so valet got me a taxi to take me to get my vehicle so that was okay but if they didn’t I would have to walk with my luggage and daughter at 4am.
