They give you a coupon for a free cup of coffee at their truck in front but it wasn't open by the time I needed to leave. It was a little loud and the curtains didn't keep out the light.

Good restaurants nearby and full breakfast restaurant on site. EV charging on site (important because the nearest supercharger is far away.) The rooms aren’t anything super exciting but they are comfortable. No access to hot water for tea in the room. There is a microwave to warm water in the lodge. EV charging is very, very slow

- Anni (9/5): The best Corvallis has to offer at a reasonable price. - The staff were very nice and accommodating. The whole place was clean and comfortable. It was VERY pet friendly but so clean that you wouldn't know that pets had been there. For the nights that I booked through booking.com, they gave me a discounted breakfast and coffee but I had to book one night directly and for that one they gave me a free full breakfast at the next door diner and a coffee which was really nice. My mom lives in Corvallis so over the years I've stayed at about every pet-friendly hotel in town and this is far and away the best one. They had a microwave in the lobby and the front desk staff had an electric kettle for hot water but I just wish that my room had a mini-fridge since I was collecting a lot of leftovers from restaurants while I was there.

- Lee (8/5): Comfortable and good value with great staff. - The Apartment was excellent! Comfortable for me and my sister - she liked the bunk bed and I sprawled on the big bed. The kitchen was nicely equipped. The record player was fun as were other retro touches. Their morning coffee is excellent. We always stay at the Hotel Corvallis now when we go visit our mother. I hate to give them a downside for anything, since they are great hosts, but it's a converted motel with cinder block walls which make it hard to heat in the winter; if you're on the first floor you might get someone's car lights in your window; and there's only stairs for the upper levels.

The flooring in the hotel rooms was linoleum, which became consistently wet whenever we came in from the rain or after showering. This caused the room to feel extremely humid and uncomfortable during our stay. Additionally, the hotel advertises electric vehicle charging; however, the only option available was a Tesla hub charger, which is not compatible with non-Tesla vehicles. This was misleading and inconvenient.

- Q2440LSphiln (10/5): Stealth Boutique With Great Staff. - Hotel Corvallis is a stealth boutique hotel: a reasonably-priced, unassuming mid century hotel, remodeled and funky, with redone rooms equipped with upscale fixtures and the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in. I stay at the Hotel Corvallis on business. I can walk to my appointments—saving parking fees—and come back to my super-quiet room. The hotel was built before paper thin walls became a thing. It’s quiet. Really quiet. The rooms are spotless, the staff friendly and the atmosphere is homey Love it.

- Karen (7/5): Excellent location - The property was clean, well-maintained, and safe. The location is great for walking and exploring downtown. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. We booked through Booking.com, so we did not receive the free breakfast or free coffee, but there were plenty of breakfast/coffee shops within walking distance so this was not a problem. The WiFi didn't work, and we had to use a 1-800 number to call someone off-site to help. Their suggestion was to remove our firewall and give them access to our devices so they could manually set up the WiFi. This seemed super sketchy so we declined. There was no mini fridge, microwave, or coffee maker in the room. This is a minor inconvenience, but with so many good places to eat in Corvallis, having a fridge to store leftovers would have been nice.

I love the coffee and tea cart outside and the room service they do! Great dinning near by, and felt like a safe area at night walking alone. I also appreciated it was pet friendly because I was in town to get my puppy spayed, and she felt comfortable there. My main issue was just the really loud AC/heating unit. It was pretty chilly so I wanted to keep it on, but it was just way too rattly and noisy. I know its an old motel, but my main issue was just how loud the building sounds were.

- Chad (4/5): Nice, but not great. Please fix your homeless problem. - Older hotel that has been updated nicely to a modern feel, but very basic. The location is conveniently located not far from downtown Corvallis. We've stayed here a few times, and the last time was disappointing. The communications system they use is not good, they messed up our deposit for $100 (which is that really necessary?), and there was homeless people sleeping in their car outside our room. They do have EV charging via Tesla, but it's not ideal because you can't leave your car charge overnight because of potential idle charges. If you provide EV charging, you should be able to just leave it plugged in overnight until early morning. With level 2 charging, no one is going to want to get up at 3am to unplug their car.
- Scenic779779 (10/5): Perfect and Retro Vibe - This hotel is so adorable, clean and has a perfect location. Newer owners remodeled and it has a retro vibe like Palm Springs. You can walk to so many great restaurants like Block 15 and The Caves! Will come back every time we visit Corvallis.

The rooms are clean and fresh and the bed are very comfortable. I love the vibe that Hotel Corvallis has and you can't beat the convenience to everything!!! A++++ Thank you!!

- Johana (7/5): Not a hotel- but a decent motel. Great staff. - Central location and good price point. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Appreciate all pet-friendly motels. Limited amenities in the room: no coffee maker, no fridge, TV only works sometimes. The location is central but adjacent to a busy gas station. Pet friendly but had zero pet areas and surrounding area doesn’t feel super safe. If you are bringing a pet, you’ll be located on the first floor, so bring your ear plugs and sleep mask if you’re a light sleeper. :)

- Rozana (8/5): Worth the money!! - The room I got was an apartment with a kitchenette that allowed us to cook with a dining area and living room. So it was spacious and roomy. The location was also near dining spots and a Safeway. The room was on the 3rd floor though (no lifts) so having to lug huge luggage was a challenge although staff was very nice to offer to help bring them up.

- Jennifer (8/5): It was a nice comfortable stay at Hotel Corvallis. It was is close proximity to Reser Stadium. - The Hotel was very close to Reser Staduim. We could not get the room temp stable. Not necessarily fault of the hotel. It was a muggy weekend when we stayed. Just wish the AC/fan was able to keep the room temperature stable.

Employees friendly and sweet. Coffee onsite and breakfast in the restaurant up front was pretty good too. Had the skillet. Room VERY CLEAN. Retro deco is cute. Nothing!

- Peavey (8/5): - I liked these old motels that have been renovated. My teenage daughter and friends liked it. They took lots of pictures and liked the diner and coffee shop at the location. It is also close to campus and to downtown. I would stay here again. You can tell it is an older location, so the walls are thin. Also, it is hard to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night without waking everyone else up in the room. The bathroom walls are glass.

The map decor, the mid century modern stylings, but my favorites are the dimmer light, accessory lamps at the side of the bed, slippers to not wear shoes inside, full length mirror, clothes hangers, luggage rack, extra cozy blanket, and a bathroom to die for!!! Retro and super stylish. The coffee stand and Tommy's vouchers were a sweet touch! Will return and will recommend to all my fellow travels!

- Davis (1/5): Overpriced, uncomfortable, heater/fan extremely loud, noisy, tacky, and underwhelming - Reasonably close to Reser Stadium. Overpriced and underwhelming. We stayed during a Beaver football weekend and were shocked to see the base room rate jump to $368/night plus fees — a steep price for what felt like a budget motel experience. The bed was uncomfortable, the heater/fan was so loud we had to turn it off and endure a cold night, and the heater remote didn’t work. Furnishings were dated and tacky, the sliding bathroom door was stuck, and overall noise levels were high. While the room wasn’t dirty, it was clearly low quality. The building itself looked worn and outdated. A $100 security deposit was charged upfront, with no clear explanation. For the cost, the value simply wasn’t there.

- Evelyn (8/5): Great location, nice rooms - The location of the hotel and the modern design of the rooms were great. No fault of the hotel, but unfortunately, the Saturday night we stayed at the hotel coincided with a large wedding group staying at the hotel too. They were very loud and hung out on the exterior hallways and parking lot in the middle of the multiple buildings that comprise the hotel. Consider asking if there’s a large group event coinciding with your stay.
