- Jane (9/5): - Very comfortable, clean room. Great servers at supper and at breakfast. Supper dish (spinach-ricotta ravioli) wasn't hot. Server wanted to bring it back to the kitchen but I was very hungry so said no! Just wanted the chef to know it should be hot next time he/she sends it out!

- Tabatha386 (10/5): Exceptional - Exceptional hotel! Very welcoming atmosphere and from upon entering, to the pool, the hot tub and the room, everything was extremely clean and well maintained. Great location to get everywhere. The room cost is very reasonable, and you definitely get your monies worth. The restaurant is a must go to, and I highly recommend the chicken linguine carbonara! Could not recommend the hotel more!

- DRG092022 (10/5): Great for a staycation. - My wife and I are seniors and we enjoy this hotel for short staycations during low season times. I am a rewards member and prices always seem reasonable for the amenities available and quality of the room and hotel generally. The pool area is the main draw for us with an "easy enter" pool temperature and comfortable "hot bath" hot tub. Private change rooms have rinse off showers and there are always lots of towels. You can get a nice, free, coffee (various types) from a lobby machine to enjoy while on a lounger on the pool deck. The pool deck has a rubberized, non slip surface, which is quite unique and very much appreciated. We always have a dinner in the in-house restaurant which has a lovely decor. The menu has lots of choices and there are daily, 3 course specials. The food has always been good, service excellent and prices are always reasonable. Ample parking is free. If you don't mind getting some exercise, (we do) it's a 20 minute flat walk to the downtown and a little less to the Festival Theatre area.

- bm228 (8/5): Nice Hotel in Stratford - Spent a couple nights here visiting Stratford for the first time .. about a 20 Minute walk to the downtown area. Or a few minute drive. Hotel is very nice clean large restaurant and lobby bar inside . Our room was a suite large had two closets large bathroom with a jetted tub and shower a wet bar fridge microwave. Sitting area with a fireplace.. large TV bed was a queen would of like to have a king bed . Pool was ok had a hot tub as well. Free parking and coffee . Breakfast wasn’t included. A very nice hotel in Stratford.

The same food you would get at some hotels for free. The toilet was way too low to the floor and no bar next to it. Tub was great with bars all around.

- Lynn (9/5): We will continue to return to the Arden Park for our annual trips to the Stratford Festival. - Room was well cleaned and maintained, bar service was excellent - especially enjoyed the friendly, easy-going manner of Curtis , and Nora in the dining room I would greatly appreciate a DC fast charger for my electric vehicle which is not a Tesla. I had to venture down the road to charge my car, and therefore had a meal at a nearby restaurant rather than being able to enjoy the dining room or other amenities of the hotel while charging my car on-site.

The restaurant was really great and answered all our dietary questions regarding all8 No microwave in the room so could not heat anything. For the cost of the hotel, I think a free breakfast should be offered.
- Haleigh (1/5): - Nothing I was there for a hospital stay and my water was orange the tub didn’t work and all afternoon and from 730 am all tha we could hear was a loud construction noise we couldn’t even hear each other talk in the room infant we called down to front desk 4 times asking them why at 730 in the am and they told us they were handling it every time and no one did anything so we ended up leaving by 9 I paid 250 for our first night and then 300 for the second will never go there or recommend this place to anyone I fact I’m going to post every where on social media not to go there and waste of money the staff was extremely rude as well, tried to leave me with no water in the room to bathe I had 4 small kids with me

- Gaynor (10/5): Fantastic hotel, wonderful staff and amazing restaurant - Fantastic staff couldn't do enough for you. Fantastic rooms and great facilities and restaurant. No kettle available. Being English we love tea and only a coffee machine in the room. Whilst we could go downstairs to get hot water not that convenient for elderly people. Good idea to have a spare kettle at reception.

Wish the room had a microwave though. In house restaurant is full menu, tasty, with good service. Gym & pool that I didn't use, so can't comment. Very nice hotel, so just go & stay- and relax... all is well!

- Robert (8/5): Nice place to spend a couple of days away. - Staff were friendly and able to extend our stay for an extra night due to weather conditions in spite of being very busy due to a hockey tournament that weekend. It was convenient having a restaurant on site that had a variety of food, was adequately staffed, clean and comfortable.
- chris (10/5): Great visit in Stratford - Large, comfortable suite with microwave and fridge. Able to have meals in room at nice dining table. Close enough to walk downtown and along the river. All of the staff were very helpful. Would have been nice if breakfast were included

This isn’t about the property per se, but there was a hockey team staying there and the kids were running and playing loudly in the hallways until after 11:00PM. A simple sign asking for respect or talking to the parents on check in may help alleviate this.

The Room Was Again Very Clean and Well Prepared By The Hotel Staff To Their Hotel Standards. Rooms are quiet, Bathroom is Clean. I Stayed in a room with a King-size bed, Which Is Comfortable. The B/W The Arden is my 1st Preference When I Go To See The Festival Performances. The In-House Restaurant Serves Excellent Meals and Desserts. Use The Local Taxi Services To/From The Theatres; These Have Always Been Right On TIme During Peak Transit TImes Before and After The Performances. There is nothing I didn't like here.
