• 480betb (2/5): Completely unacceptable. Deceptive photos and unsanitary conditions. - Do not be fooled by the photos online; this property is in a state of total disarray and neglect. Upon arrival, the front desk wasn't even finished, just exposed studs and debris. The exterior of the property is littered with trash; there isn't a single patch of ground that isn't covered in refuse. The "cleanliness" inside is nonexistent. The carpets are visibly filthy and clearly haven't been vacuumed in ages, given the lack of pet policy enforcement (including cats running loose), I was genuinely concerned about fleas. The Room & Service: The Bed: Rock hard. I woke up in physical pain. Climate Control: The AC/Heat unit was completely broken. Check-out: This was the strangest part. I had to "check out" via a video screen to a remote call center. The agent was rude and refused to let me keep my key card, which is a bizarre policy I've never encountered at a professional establishment. This place is disgusting and potentially a health hazard. Avoid at all costs.

• Tristin (1/5): Will never go back. - I did not like anything about my stay. I never saw anyone. I got checked in by a remote worker on a video screen in the lobby. The place is under construction or something - definitely does not look like the photos they have online. It is a con - short and simple. Also, there was a cockroach in my room. It is rundown and they're trying to play it off like it isn't. Probably close to going out of business. The room is sparse. The Wi-Fi cut in and out for the TV. There was one outlet that worked. The lights in the room are flourescent and harsh. There are zero amenities here - it is turn and burn. The lights were flickering in the hallway. This is a one star hotel.

It was very clean considering it could have been very dusty. I just wish that there were coffee pots and refrigerators in the room. I've been coming here for many years. I wish they had better lighting. It's extremely bright and right over top of the beds. Very hard to sleep if someone has the light on.

• BABZUITE1 (6/5): Inadequate Lighting in parking lot is a safety issue - This may be weird but I did not stay at the RR Inn. I stayed at a nearby hotel but my walk route took me through their lot and I wanted to comment that the lighting in part of the parking lot area is non-existent and that area feels unsafe. I am hoping someone from hotel reads it and makes changes - OR - that a future guest may let them know of the issue
• helenepW1457PZ (2/5): Very Poor Security at this hotel - This is a remote check in Hotel. I only ever saw one staff member (he was lovely) however anyone can walk in at anytime. I felt very unsafe. Black plastic was hanging off the conference room windows and ladders leaning against the building. Vomit on the pavement outside my room window. The main floor floors were warped from water damage. The plumbing is exposed. I had to pay extra to move upstairs for safety reasons due to booking with hotels.com. I don't recommend this hotel

• New_friends_GR (6/5): Basic hotel... served its purpose for the night, but it wasn't great. - My spouse and I spent a Saturday night at this hotel in July 2025 after we visited a friend of ours in the area. We had been looking for a simple place to sleep for the night and didn't need anything fancy. This hotel was pretty basic and mediocre, but it served its purpose for the night. We arrived fairly late (maybe around 11 p.m. or so). The check-in process was fairly straightforward, and our room (#216) was adequate. It was spacious enough (and clean enough, I guess) but very bland... sort of reminded me of a dorm room. Haha! We did get an okay night's sleep, though. The hotel was reasonably quiet. The location of the hotel was okay... just off I-88. (We had spent the day up in the St. Charles area, and this was sort of on our route back home to Michigan. Not too difficult getting back on the road in the morning.) The one thing I did not like at all about the hotel was the virtual attendant who assisted guests via a kiosk/video screen. The front desk was not staffed on the Sunday morning when we went to check out, so my spouse spoke with a virtual attendant on a video screen to handle the check-out process. It was awfully creepy... not a positive experience for guests who would prefer an in-person attendant. I can't really speak to any of the amenities at all because we didn't use them. (For instance, we had breakfast elsewhere in the morning.) Overall, I'm not sure that the value of the hotel was worth the cost. As I mentioned, the hotel served its purpose for the night... but I wouldn't necessarily want to stay there again. My suggestion is to have the front desk staffed at all times with a live person... not a virtual attendant on a screen. BLAH.

There was no cleaning of our room per request to CSR on video screen on our second (back-to-back) reservations. After the 1st reservation my husband was advised to get his own towels (self-service) and that we couldn’t receive room service because we had to request upon check-in. We did ask for room service upon the 2nd reservation (3rd night stay) and never received it. The Main issues expoerienced: 1. No clean towels, we had to contact the front desk twice and the front desk had to deliver to them to our room, 2. No room service, or cleaning of our room for the entire stay, 3. We ran completely out of TP, but front desk staff delivered after 20 mins., 4. No sheets for 3rd night, front desk staff delivered and I had to make my own bed. 5. Was upgraded to a room that was on first floor which was a kitchenette with no eating utensils, or pots/pans and had to pay extra fir it. The room had numerous blemishes on the bathroom floor, etc. and the shower curtain bar was extremely rusted, 6. We were told that wet towels we have used were to be returned to the kaudryroom, for cleaning, by us. It really just felt like we were staying in a hostel. :-( Plus: 1. A free cold bottle of water upon the upgrade, 2. Offered a % off future stay which we declined because we don’t wish to come back, 3. A very efficiet check-in process with a video conference system, 4. snack

The connection was terrible and the 'call' to check in took way longer than it needed to. I booked a room for 7 days, and as it turned out one more day was needed. The facility would not let me extend the stay for another day without another security deposit, credit charge and signature - by me, in person. That is simply irritating, especially since it entailed a 2 hour round trip.

We pulled up and a person was peeing in the parking lot, there were black tarps taped up in the whole front right side of the hotel, it was very run down, alot of trash outside felt not very safe. Then when you go to check in you find a kiosk robot with a person talking to you via the computer to try to check you in. It took about 30 mins just to check in, only to finally find our room and our key card didnt work so i had to wait in line another hour to get a new card with the robot. If your broke and dont have the option for a better place.... id honestly choose my car for the night over it.

• Laura (10/5): - This property for us was one of the cheaper options so I wasn’t expecting much. As for the hotel, It is very, very clean and the air conditioner worked awesome. The area is less than desired. There really isn’t much of a lobby. It appears to be a very old property But what I needed it for it was fine. Would I stay here again? I don’t know! The area was very shady.

• La (8/5): Very good - They was not breakfast included like says in website. It's wasn't easy for us to get food the first day ,but managed, ordered food. The cleanliness, and the place.
• Wesley (10/5): - Staff was very professional and accommodating. Overall property was clean, however back entrance was a pit. Sorry. Overall... happy with the experience.
• Amanda (1/5): I will never go back and they should refund my money because their website pictures are deceiving. - No mini fridge, breakfast, microwave, lights were sensory in room and would come on in the middle of the night, no pool, shower door leaked out into the floor

• Alexandra (2/5): Never again! - This must have been the dirtiest hotel I stayed in for years! Pubes in the shower, socks black after walking on the floor for literally a few minutes, sticky switches which haven’t been cleaned in who knows how long, switch for the extractor fan actually missing. In the morning I also noticed what seems like blood on the pillow, under the pillow case, so definitely not mine. Too grossed out to check what that stain actually is. So glad I didn’t notice it before I went to sleep, otherwise I think I’d have slept in the car! That’s just my room. In my in-laws room, in addition to the pubes in the bath, the shower head was not working and they had mouse trap in the room placed below a hole in the wall. Advertised with breakfast but none available - not that I would have had any in this place anyway for the fear of contracting something. If I could give 0, I would.
• Connie (2/5): - It was terrible from the start when we didn’t get the rooms we booked. One of the rooms was practically bare, there was no vanity to put toiletries and the light socket was 5 feet away from the bed and there were no lamps on the night stand or any chairs to sit on. The other room had no lid on the toilet and no bars or hooks to hang towels, etc on. There were no tissues in either room and one had no coffee pot or hair dryer. There was also no place to put luggage. They were the worst hotel rooms that we have ever stayed in. We will never go back or recommend this hotel to anyone. It was absolutely terrible!!!!

• Julieza (6/5): - The staff was phenomenal! Very kind and caring and tentative! They offer a virtual agent for check out if the present staff are busy helping other guests. The downside of our stay was the room. The desk chair we were provided was completely broken and unusable! The shampoo and conditioner dispensers in the shower were empty.
