- Elena (8/5): - Персоналът е страхотен! Стаите са хубави. Храната е вкусна! Цялостно хотелът е добър. Съотношение цена-качество е перфектно. Минусът, поне за нас, са леглата. Доста са неудобни. И малко по-малкия басейн. За капацитета на хотела би трябвало да е по-голям.

- Michael (8/5): Nettes Hotel etwas außerhalb des Ortszentrums - Nette Unterkunft mit kostenlosem Parkplatz. Vom Balkon hatte ich seitlichem Bergblick. Von der Straße vorm Hotel hatte man sehr schöne Bergblicke in südliche und nördliche Richtung. Leider konnte das Hotelzimmer nicht richtig abgeschlossen werden.

- Gergana Nakeva (8/5): - Хотела е много добър, с добро местоположение. Не е на шумно място, същевременно е близо до центъра. Голямо удобство е частния паркинг. Стаята беше приятно топла, уютна и чиста. Имаше тераса с масичка и столове, където можехме да изпушим по цигара, тъй като никъде в хотела не се пуши. Басейна беше топъл,не горещ. Приятна температура. Джакузито си беше както трябва 👍. Закуската - прясно приготвени, разнообразни и в достатъчно количество храни. Няма нещо,което не ни хареса.

Персонала мил и усмихнат В стаята ваната течеше, търсех тапа за ваната да я напълним, но щом протече ми стана ясно, че за това няма тапа. Два дена седеше локва около сифона. Бяхме на таванска стая ужасно подтискащо с тази имитация на тераса. Спато миришеше ужасно на мухъл около басейна и джакузито. В сауната беше студено.

- Виктория (8/5): - Храната беше вкусна и разнообразна. Персонала мил и лъчезарен. Дворчето е слънчево и много приятно. Има удобства като детски кът, фризьор, фитнес, голям паркинг. Също така, възможността да отседнеш с куче, дори по-голямо, за нас е голям плюс. Басейна и джакузито сякаш са малки за капацитета на хотела.

- Gillian (8/5): This hotel was very nice, but it was too far from the town centre - I booked this hotel for my son. The hotel was very nice but he had travelled with a group of friends and they were all staying in a different part of the resort. It was quite far away. As a result of this, he did not spend much time in the hotel. Everything in the hotel was good but he did not realise that he had chosen a hotel which was such a long walk from his friends. The result of this was that he did not make use of the hotel facilities.
- Александър (5/5): Не бих повторил ! - Хотелската стая на пръв поглед беше добре. Но тавана беше със спукана мазилка стената също. Мокета беше целия в петна и дупки от изгорено. В банята течеше тавана и се беше просмукала вода под мазилката (скоро ще падне). Вечерята оскъдна и не си заслужава парите. По хубаво да се излезне до съседните селца изобилие от хубави ресторанти и кръчми на достъпни цени. Басейна разполагаше с шезлонги за макс 10-20 човека. За 4 звезден хотел очаквах повече но явно те не означават нищо…

Apa caldă e buna pentru o zi de vara. Nu dupa o zi pe pirtie. Concluzie: la inaugurare era de 4 * dar acum cu îngăduință il pot incadra la 3. Dacă mai vin ? NU
