• MAEHAMA (7/5): 温泉が旅館の強いバフになっている。 - 温泉が良い。特に露天風呂は特別感や清潔感ある。 （朝夜交代制） 朝限定のコーヒーも良かった。 全体的にくたびれた様子だが、部屋のお菓子の美味さやスタッフの良い対応などで和らぐ。 格安さも相まって、次に泊まるときも選ぶと思う。 サントリー含めキリンビールの自動販売機新紙幣対応がまだのようなのでお酒やお菓子は、先に熱川駅での購入をおすすめ。（両替もタイミング次第ではできないようだ）
• Lukas (4/5): nicht weiterzuempfehlen - Zimmergröße und Aussicht waren gut. Das Onsen war schön Alles ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. es ist abgenutzt, verostet, teilweise dreckig und fleckig an vielen Stellen auf dem Boden, den Fenstern, den Sitzmöbeln etc.eine Renovierung wäre dringend notwendig
• Chenhao (10/5): 海景绝美，服务温暖，完美的避世之旅。海の景色もサービスも最高、心温まる最高の休日でした。 - 住了三晚，体验挺不错的！前台的婆婆超级友善，虽然我只能听懂简单的日语，但沟通完全没问题，办理入住非常顺利。还有一位老爷爷也特别亲切，这几天出门和去车站都是他开车接送，真的很感谢。 温泉是亮点！特别喜欢那个有四个独立小池子的露天风吕，既保证了私人空间，又能大家一起享受美景。正对着海平线，景色绝美！ 酒店设施看得出有些年头了，但是可以感觉到保养的都还不错，该翻新的也都翻新过了，一点不影响体验。 虽然房间里没有Wi-Fi，但手机信号是有的。其实我觉得来这种传统的温泉旅馆，就应该暂时放下网络，安安静静地享受大海和温泉。是还会回住的酒店。 3泊しましたが、すごく良かったです！フロントのおばあちゃんが本当に優しくて、私は簡単な日本語しか話せませんが、チェックインもスムーズにできて助かりました。送迎のおじいちゃんもすごく親切で、駅や出かける時の送り迎え、本当にありがとうございました。 温泉はとにかく最高です！特に4つに仕切られた露天風呂が気に入りました。プライベート感があるのに、みんなで景色を楽しめるのがいいですね。目の前が水平線で、眺めは本当に絶景でした！ 建物自体は少し年季が入っていますが、手入れがしっかりされているし、リフォームもされているので全然気になりませんでした。 部屋にWi-Fiはないですが、スマホの電波は入ります。こういう伝統的な旅館では、ネットを忘れて海と温泉をゆっくり楽しむのが一番だと思います。また泊まりに行きたいです。

• 正樹 (4/5): 家族向け、ローコスト旅行。 - 部屋からの景色。 リフォームされてるところは綺麗。 部屋が広い。 Wi-Fiが部屋で使えない 食事の予約がbooking.comサイト予約だと非常にわかりにくい。メッセージをいただいたが、追加問い合わせしないとわからない。 しかも食事追加する場合、朝晩2食で16,000円/人。ありえないくらい高い。 追加で予約しようとしたが、予約いっぱいで、と断られた。 建物古いので、フロントの匂いが気になる。部屋も少しカビ臭い感じ。 2階の大浴場は廊下やバルコニーに残置物が多く、非常に残念。 フロントは外国人か高齢者しかいない。コミュニケーションが必要最低限。要は質が低い。 一回のショップは11月なのに浮き輪を売ってるのもセンスないなと。 周辺の飲食店が充実してない。 サウナは温度が低い。 水風呂ぬるい。排水溝がないからか、浴槽内ごザラザラして気持ち悪い。清掃してるの？と思った。 風呂場のロッカーどうやって鍵閉めるんだろう。鍵穴あるのに鍵はない。 露天風呂から景色いいのに、電線が気になる。もったいない。 ある意味、いい思い出になりました。 フロントの待機場所、もっと綺麗にして充実させてほしい。夜は寒かったし。クッション汚いのあるし。 部屋の椅子もタバコの穴そのまま。 でもWi-Fiはここしか使えないし、残念。
• Anders (8/5): - Situated by the Pacific Ocean, with very friendly personal. A comfortable semi Japanese room. I would like that the spacious windows giving a generous view of the ocean from the bed could be washed free from salt. At breakfast time tho lobby area offered a very good coffee. Could this offer be extended to the afternoon? The dinner was a bit too expensive, but several nearby restaurants give good offers.

• Maki (7/5): 料理が素晴らしかった。 - 海水浴するのに近かったところ。 旅館にプールが付いていて、子供が海よりプールが好きだったので助かりました。 食事が大変美味しく豪華で、良かったです。 古い施設なので、洗面所とかは水はけが悪かったのと、窓が少し開いていて、夜波の音がうるさかった。朝、窓が開いていたことに気づいた。

• man nam (10/5): 下次還要再來 - 員工十分熱情，雖然上了年紀，但仍然充滿活力，用心對待每位客人，還有不同款式的浴衣可選擇。一泊二食，早餐和晚餐都十分豐富，簡直超出預期，竟然有燒鮑魚和龍蝦刺身。連住兩晚員工特別為我們準備不同的食物，溫泉寬敞乾淨，唯一缺點是住10樓浴室的花灑水壓不夠大，但可以去二樓的溫泉洗浴解決，很開心能住在這裏，性價比超高，特別適合自駕遊。大力推薦 水壓不是很大

• Henghua (8/5): Very good - Great onsen, great Kaiseki Ryori for everday's dinner. The hotel offers shuttle service to Izu-Atagawa station, although the distance is just 5min by walk, it's steep for people who carrying large luggage. Too close to the sea and the sound of wave makes it hard to fall sleep.
• Fei (9/5): Superb - I like it here. The room boasts incredibly beautiful scenery, facing the vast ocean, which is quite breathtaking. The carefully prepared food is also plentiful; the portions are so generous that we couldn't finish them all. The hot springs are also extremely comfortable. The only regret is that there is a strong smell of smoke in the room, even though it's a non-smoking room.Other than that, there's nothing to complain about. It's been a very enjoyable journey.
• Jialu (7/5): I love the sea view and onsen, and the kind staff. But I’m not sure if I recommend it to people if they keep their facil - - location: is right beside the beach. So it’s cozy to hear the wave in room. ( except the windy day would be a bit horrible…) and there’s a steep way up to the train station like a 6 minutes walk. But they have free shuttle when you check out. So it’s fine. - staff: super nice although they don’t speak English. I feel warm when talking to them. I’m grateful. - onsen: they have sea view onsen, which is amazing. - they don’t have WiFi in room. I think it’s unacceptable when it’s almost 2024… and I can hardly get bars in my room. I mean, it gets dark in 4:30pm, and there are no entertainment around, TV only has 4 channels. So I don’t feel enjoyable at night…. - they seems not prepared for the international market, no English signs, no English speakers… and if you order meal, I’m not sure if you could adapt to the fixed time and fixed meal if you’re a foreigner. - the facilities are old, old hairdryer, old ventilation with dust, old chair… well it could be a gimmick if you prefer traditional Japanese style tho. - They should provide some more merchandises in store while there’s no convenience stores nearby and you’ll starving if you check in late… could be nothing open around

• Man (9/5): Superb - The perfect sea view from room was wonderful. They put the bed near window so it almost feel like sleeping on the ocean. Room itself was spacious and the bed was really comfy. Staff were really helpful and friendly :D We rent a session of the private bath on rooftop which made one of the greatest highlights in our trip. The sea view was stunning and really worth paying extra money to try it out. You can tell the decorations and equipments were old and the shower in the public bath didn‘t work properly.
• Laurence (9/5): Superb - The hotel is located on the beachfront and the sea view from the room was wonderful. The front desk staff was very friendly, could speak reasonably well English and managed the check-in and check-out efficiently. The tatami room was very spacious and had everything, even a mosquito repellent plug-in device. The sound of the waves crushing onto the beach was really loud, even with the window closed, so I slept with earplugs.

• Ina (10/5): beautiful place, relaxing area with Onsen - The staff members were kind and tried to cope with any requests from us. Onsen service was nice (indoor and outdoor). It was close to the ocean and very quiet to stay. There was free morning coffee service. Picking up or dropping off service from Atagawa station was possible for free. Wifi weak but it did not affect the trip this time.

• Verified traveler (6/5): 格安でオーシャンビューの客室 - 熱川おおるりにも宿泊しましたが、総合的にこちらの方が良かったです。食材に大差はないものの、収容者数が少ないためバイキング会場がそれほど混み合わないし、開始時間に遅れてもそこそこ食材にもありつける。朝食時にジュースサーバーが使えるのも良い。自動おしぼり機でないのでストレスがない。子供には最初から子供用の椅子が用意してある心遣いがある・・・と、熱川おおるりとの比較でコメントしてみました。
• AKIRA (4/5): - 午後6時頃にホテル到着。予約が受け付けられていなかった。記載された電話番号は、鬼怒川温泉だった。しかし、ホテルは、気持ち良く宿泊を受け付けてくれた。
