Guest Reviews
- Claire (2/5): - Hotel closed 2 years ago but you are still taking bookings & charging us!!!
- Nallathamby (2/5): - This Property is permanently closed. I couldn't check in—total mess.
- Christina (2/5): - This is not fit for travelers. It had a lot of drug addicts and prostitutes on the property some looked like they lived there and i believe a few of them worked there. My room was not ready upon checking in it looked like somebody just had sex in the bed. It looled nothing lile the pictures. I complained about this to the lady checking us in she said she had to talk to her manager which took two days and when i finally talked to her she agreed to refund me $100. I was going to go wit this agreement simce i already stay about 4 days at this point but then one morning a gight broke out in front of the building and a person was stabbed which caused police to run all over the place. I voiced my concern to the front desk again a different lady this time and she was very rude and refused to give me a refund but tried to force me to check out. It was a very horrible experience for my first time in Vegas. I do not recommend this place at all stay far away.
- marco (2/5): - The hack my credit card and used somewhere else
- Cameron (2/5): - This property is a total scam and bait and switch. The pictures are NOT accurate. The descriptions are not accurate. BEWARE! Seriously, just stay somewhere else, we checked in and said we were going to get our bags and just went to a different hotel.
- Jacob (4/5): Avoid - Very dirty with old half smoked joints left in the room and constant smell of marijuana and tobacco. It was super noisy and the blankets had burns and stains that I don’t want to know what they were. I’ve stayed in a lot of hostels but this one stood out in all the wrong ways.
- juan (2/5): - Horrible this place the rooms do not have a bathroom you have to go to another place to bathe and relieve yourself the place stinks pure cigarette if you can do not go near it and very expensive
- Hannah (2/5): - Multiple men were standing around directly at the entrance shouting and waving threatening hands at our car. Parking situation was awful. We weren’t able to get in to check in because there was too many people yelling at us
- Hailey (2/5): - Looking to save money while you stay in Vegas? Look ANYWHERE else. This is not a safe, sanitary, or smart place to stay. Very loud in the halls all night, poor and disorganized customer service, false advertising online, unsafe neighborhood. Don’t do it.
- Hunter (4/5): - As a female, I instantly did not feel safe when I arrived at this property. Photos are very misleading.
- Julia (2/5): - Establishment was not what was pictured. Its much more run down and dated. Its cheap but not worth it. The area isnt good. High homeless population and those suffering from drug usage. Loud guests. Communal bathroom. ONLY STAIRS. no handicap entrance that I saw. No assistance from the staff. I stayed in my room for 45mins to find alternate housing for the night and checked out. I didnt feel safe, AT ALL. Or even leaving my belongings in my room, if I needed to leave the building. no where near the strip.
- Kirk (6/5): Cheap Stay shared bathroom - Not great but cheap price. People arguing in the hallway until 1:30 am
- Gesertsetseg (2/5): - Terrible everything
- atahualpa (4/5): Unsafe - The place felt unsafe, people were screaming outside our door day and night, we felt like we were going to get robbed.
- Seycoria (2/5): Very Damgerous - Horrible stay dangerous neighborhood prostitution everywhere hookers banging on door all night. No towels or toilet paper
- Kimberly (2/5): - HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE... NO TV, NO INTERNET, NO HOT RUNNING WATER, RAMDOM PEOPLE KNOCKING ON MY DOOR ALL HOURS OF THE NIGHT, THIS DUMP HAD THE NERVE TO WANT $85 A NIGHT LOL WHAT A JOKE
- Christopher (2/5): - This place sits on top of a night club so music plays all night. Had a person yelling and screaming at the people staying there and then assaulted one person. Cops were there for three hours and never caught the person. I wouldn't recommend this place to no one. In fact, I would recommend removing this place as a place to stay.
- Yisel (10/5): - Great staff.
- Tushar (2/5): - Never book, it’s so terrible that after looking this hostel, I had to book another hotel.
- Daniel (4/5): - The phrase "you get what you pay for" comes to mind regarding this location. Only sometimes, you get less than that. I stayed at this location specifically on a budget purpose, so knew ammenities would be minimal. Still, I was dissapointed to experience the least hospitable hostel Ive ever been to. The lack of a personal bathroom, fridge, microwave, wifi option, and other things was expected. What wasnt expected was the ash-stained pillows and burn-hole covered bed sheets in my no-smoke room, lack of ENTRANCE into the building without having to wander down a sketchy back-alley to key-open a back door, or how the STAFF were not simply lazy (actively heard complaining about having to do normal daily tasks), but also actively caused noise issues all 3 nights I was there. The main propriator there would continually yell casual conversations down the hall all rooms were located in, up to the time she went to bed about 1am. There is NO noise protection through the shoddy doors, so could not sleep until this selfish, thoughtless c*nt of a hostess eventually decided to shut up each night. Lastly, on the morning I was to check out to leave to make my flight, the office was still not open at 6:45am. None of the 3 numbers displayed if something was needed answered, no other info (including hours) were given. I then spent about 40 minutes waiting/ walking around looking until I found someone who told me a worker's room number, who I then had to wake up and have them check myself out.
- Donald (8/5): So thumbs up - People r super friendly
- Michele (4/5): Horrible service - I called ahead of time to ask if my room had a small fridge. The person on the phone said it did. However, the personnel took about 45 minutes to take it to my room. I arrived late at night and had to wait for the fridge because I had food that would go bad otherwise. Also, I asked for ice and the owner refused to give me any even though another staff member told me initially that there was ice available in the first floor. Very poor service.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - DON,T LET THIS PIC FOOL YOU ITS AT THE END OF THE STRIP
WHERE IT IS VERY SHADY THERE IS NO BREAKFAST WITH YOUR STAY. I DI
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Stairs were narrow and steep. The lady that checked us in is very nice and and went out of her way to help make me and my disabled brother comfortable.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - When the Uber driver told me that we had arrived at Bread & Breakfast hostel, I asked him, are you sure? The place looked like an abandon building with trash around it, poor structure appearance and homeless people sleeping near. I had difficulty finding the entrance to the premises. The owner a Chinese guy didn't speak English and It was very difficult to be understood. When I did the paperwork
I was told to pay $80 more if I wanted it to have a private bathroom. It was later dropped to $40. The air conditioning had such a high noise that the first night I had to use earplugs. I complained about it and I was promised another room for the rest of my 4 days stay. Although the noise was corrected the unit didn't cool the area and I was never change to a better room. The employees was the only
good thing the place had. The maid and the handyman (Steve) were very friendly and helpful.
I really don't recommend this place to anyone, it is overpriced and it's not worth it.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Absolutely Disappointed,Poor service, Dirty, And when we get there to check-in the room wasn’t ready, there was a guy working inside the rooms fixing the lock.
- Venkatesh M (2/5): Shady hotel - It was total Shady Hotel. I will not prefer anybody to stay there
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Has bedbigs, dirty, and in a bad location. I recommend somewhere else
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Didnt even stay, pulled into the parking lot and there were multiple gang members and prostitutes hanging out in the parking lot. Turned around and drove away.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - For what it is and the price, it’s the best option in Vegas. Bring your own sheets and a fan.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - This place is an absolute dump. Orbitz should be ashame to sent people here!
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Had a dispute with manager.
- Claudio (2/5): - no restroom inside room
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Hotel was so nasty I didn't even stay there. I got a refund.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - The walls seemed to be paper thin, you could hear everything going on outside of the door.
- Verified traveler (4/5): Poor Comfort for the Price - To expensive for this poor comfort. Loud outside noisy inside at night.
- Natalie (8/5): Meh - I would come here again (solo) just for the low prices but if I’m coming with my kids definitely not.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - It was the worsiest experience in our life! Noisy, keys don't work, uncomfortable, one restroom in a floor! Very, very bad!!!!!!
- Verified traveler (10/5): - The place was very nice and welcoming. I definitely recommend it for people on a budget.
- Verified traveler (4/5): Go some where else!! - Mix up in reservation and endedup with no hotel. Rates for available rooms were HIGH! Ended up getting a room here. Next time I will plan better!!! Leaking ceilings from rain, sketchy people hanging near hotel, dirty linolium floors, HARD beds, dirty towels, and what ever you would expect from strung out street walker minute pad!!!
- Annie (2/5): Worst - Didnt even check into hotel because looked like a roach motel it is next to a burned down hotel horrible
- Junyrhine (8/5): - Fair
- Verified traveler (6/5): - The only thing are the bathrooms you don't want to share with everyone you need a little pricey
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Area not too bad, check in was fast and simple. Too warm in the room due to heater or the restaurant located downstairs. Facility super clean!
- jorge (6/5): Good for last minute - Would have to say it was a good stay. Need 24 hr Front desk attendance.
- Tomas (6/5): Clean, comfortable, sketchy area and expensive. - Very clean room, comfortable bed. Neighborhood is sketchy at night but it is close to L.V. art district and between downtown and the strip. The breakfast isn't much of one - you'll be hungry afterwords. Friendly staff available only between 8:00 am and 11:00. It's expensive on Friday pm but then again it is Las Vegas!
- Mario Galvan Duque (10/5): My next trip includes it - I was amazed by the good service of the hotel. I'm never staying on luxury hotels. These guys made me feel comfortable
- Luis (10/5): Cheap and clean hotel, good restaurants around it - I felt comfortable and safety, we enjoy break fast. Good attention from manager and personal
- Richard (4/5): - The pictures they displayed are out dated. The property was run down and had a weird smell in the hallway and the area was pretty sketchy.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Nice place bare-bones - bare-bones bathroom down the hall with the shower not in the room but for the price it was good
- Verified traveler (8/5): Nice Hostile - Better than I expected even though the neighborhood was cautioned by others.
The staff and reception were very nice. Overall a good experience for a Hostile
- Bui (2/5): I paid too much for a Hostel - The only nice thing I can say about this place are the ladies who helps run the business are customer friendly and its kept clean. I booked too fast & thought this place was a hotel and didn't read anything else. Come to find out too late that its a Hostel. I was not comfortable knowing I had to share shower, toilet & sink with other people. Definitely not recommend for those who travel with little ones. The room I stay in face LV BLVD so its very car noisy. The internet keeps dropping signal. During my shower, the water temperature change to cold when someone flush the toilet. Last the room heating & air condition can't be control because it shared. I paid almost $100.00 for one night. Not worth my money.
