A damage deposit of AUD 500 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.

Indulge Apartments and Homes reserves the right to process an authorisation on the credit card on file to be held as a bond to cover any incidental charges. All bookings for Friday and Saturday nights, New Year’s Eve or other peak period dates will have a $500-$1000 ($1000 for local and Broken Hill guests) bond authorisation on credit card provided by registered guest (for bookings 4 nights or more the bond will be processed as a sale and will incur a non-refundable credit card surcharge and the balance refunded as per the below terms). If funds are not available for bond authorisation, self-check in access instructions for accommodation will not be provided. Bond authorisations are processed two days prior to arrival, or where booked within two days of arrival, it will be processed on booking.
Parking at some Indulge Apartments properties is very limited, please contact the property to discuss your parking requirements if this is important to you. Please contact the Indulge Apartments during reception hours only (Monday to Friday 9am to 8pm and Weekends and Public Holidays 9am to 7.30 pm (at your earliest convenience) prior arrival to request your self-access check in instructions and access codes (as there is no onsite reception), in line with the hotel terms of stay. After hours access will not be given to guests that have not confirmed their booking with the hotel directly via phone during reception hours and provided all identification and other details that are required to confirm the guests booking; And no cancellation will be accepted in this event. No refunds will be issued. Guests who want to split the king bed into two single beds must request at least 24 hours prior to arrival and a $20 AUD fee will be charged to the guest by the hotel. The Hotel will charge the guest direct a cleaning fee of $130 per week for any bookings longer than 7 nights, the first clean is included in your booking payment.

- Jessica (7/5): We loved our stay overall; just a few things that could have improved our stay - Loved the location and the comfy couches, kitchen facilities great. Reception ladies were very helpful when we couldn’t get the tv to work. We really didn’t like the no fitted sheets on the bed! Very uncomfortable as the top sheet was put on the bottom and obviouslu doesn’t stay on with no elastic! no doona covers wasn’t great either. We would have brought our own doona covers and fitted sheets if we had known there wouldn’t be any! Laundry was also really dangerous with the lino lifting up! Laundry door didn’t open with the Lino lifting which was frustrating!

In addition to Booking.com, the total amount is different during booking at Booking.com, and they charge me extra for cleaning. That cleaning charge is not a small amount; it is around $200.

- Matthew (7/5): A neat, spacious, family holiday house perfect for parking the car and walking to local food, activities and entertainme - Excellent location and spacious rooms for an adult family. The kitchen was really functional and well equipped. The staff were really helpful leading up to our stay as well. The property was well kept. Nothing in particular. I did have to buy new pegs as the old ones were brittle and kept snapping but that is it.

- Travis (6/5): A neat and tidy three bedroom house within a short walk from the town centre. - It was neat and tidy. The location wasn’t anything spectacular so not sure about the value for money.

As there were 4 of us staying there we felt there should have been 2 bathmats provided or at least a large thick one, also a couple more hand towels. There was also nothing to handwash the dishes with ie a wettex or dishcloth.
- Jo (2/5): Good location but overpriced for what you get - Was disappointed when we arrived to find the photos on the websites do not match the reality. Front gate did not shut properly and as we only booked this house as it was pet friendly and we could leave our dog in the yard it became redundant. The open shed in the back yard was also a problem in this regard. The TV only tuned into one channel which was sketchy with lots of interference. The general condition of the property was let down by the old mail strewn around the yard and all the dead plants (still in pots ) around the house. Upon entry there was an irrigation hose pulled up from the garden laying across the front yard. We cooked a meal in the house on our first night but had to wash all the cutlery and crockery first as dry food was stuck to everything. Considering you pay a $90 cleaning fee when you leave you would expect everything to be clean. After our meal we wanted to empty the bin in the kitchen to avoid any food smells. Not only are there no instructions at all in the house as to how things work, despite looking everywhere we could not find any bin liners. The cleaners cupboard had inadvertently been left unlocked so we looked in there but there were none in there either. There was only one bathroom for potentially 6 + adults and the door did not lock and we were supplied with 1 small bar of soap. Most of these issues are minor but for the price ($350.00/night + cleaning fee) we expected more.
