- Samuel (10/5): - We had a great stay. Family of 4 staying mid to end of September. The hotel was kept clean all of the time, room was lovely and also cleaned each day. Facilities at the time we went were good. Water slides and pool options for the kids were great and clean. Sunbeds readily available, as with most hotels it’s first come first served for the spot you get. The food and drink choices I would describe as Ok all inclusive food and drink, nothing spectacular, nothing massively tasty but all acceptable and topped up regularly. The pool snack bar is open all day so snacks between meal times were always available. Good choice on the Cocktail menu but they all tasted average. Animation and entertainment was Ok, I’ve been to hotels that have done a lot better with this… But it was there and the kids enjoyed it. The beach, shops and market stalls and beach are all within a 5-10min walk. If the price is right we will definitely be returning next year, that probably the best compliment I can give it.

Drept pt care se intra cu cina si se iese cu micul dejun!daca ajungeai la masa la sfarsitul intervalului personalul incepea sa curete si sa stranga desi tu inca serveai masa.Gustarile erau imbibate in ulei,necomestibile!Miros in camera provenit de la canalizarea din baie;faptul ca locul de joaca din poze era contra cost,toate jocurile din lobby erau contra cost,aveau o singura camera de joaca pt copiii pe care o închideau frecvent pt a face activitati afara,contra cost bineinteles!programul la piscina foarte scurt,se formau cozi mari la tobogane.mancarea repetitiva si nediversificata;ce ramanea din ziua anterioară se gatea in alte combinatii a doua zi.putin spatiu pt șezlonguri era nevoie de mult noroc sa gasesti loc.

- דניאל (9/5): מקום מושלם. - הצוות אדיב ומטפל בבקשות במהירות. נמצא ממש על הטיילת. החדרים נקיים מאוד. המתקנים בבריכה מעולים ותואמים את כל הגילאים, כל היום יש אוכל חטיפים ואלכהול יש מבחר ענק בחדר אוכל יש חדר אוכל נוסף ללא גלוטן. יש הפעלות בבריכה במהלך כל היום ממש נחמד. 2 מעליות, חדר משחקים לילדים ללא תשלום ויש עוד חדר משחקים לילדים בתשלום של 20 לב לשעה אם אני לא טועה. יש גם משחקים למבוגרים יותר בתשלום שזה סנוקר ושולחן הוקי אוויר וגם סוג של פלייסטיישן. בצק אין הכניסו אותנו קצת לפני הזמן ונתנו לנו להשתמש בכל מתקני המלון מלבד החדר שעוד לא היה מוכן. הרבה פעמים האוכל לא חם, ויש שם הרבה דברים עם חזיר וערב אחד עם מאכלי ים אז אנחנו קצת נגעלנו אבל זה רק אנחנו 🤷🏻♀️
- George (8/5): - Mâncarea bună ( nu neapărat cea mai buna calitate) si diversificata. Toboganele pentru copii sunt extraordinare si ii tin ocupați oferind timp de relaxare părinților. Am facut rezervare din ianuarie pentru 2 camere una lângă alta si în septembrie mi au spus ca e o perioada aglenarata si nu au cum sa pună 2 camere alăturate. Am cerut un singur pat sau măcar 2 lipite cu un topar. Evident ca am primit 2 paturi separate. Parcarea scumpa din punctul meu de vedere. 325 RON pentru 5 nopți.

- Guest (6/5): Sub așteptări - Piscinele și toboganele au fost ok(doar ca sunt prea puține șezlonguri pentru capacitatea hotelului și dacă nu ieși la ora 9:00 să ocupi nu mai apuci; spun 9:00 pentru ca dacă îl ocupi dinainte și pleci poate sa te dea oricine la o parte pe motiv ca piscina se deschide la 9:00 și ai ocupat înainte șezlong fara sa stai permanent pe el). Am apreciat personalul de la recepție, care au fost amabili cand am solicitat sa ni se schimbe camera, și am sa detaliez mai jos acest aspect. Salteaua patului foarte comodă și camera mare. 1. Faptul ca locul de joaca care este prezentat aici pe booking ca fiind parte din facilitățile hotelului este conta cost, indiferent ca ai pachet all inclusive sau nu. Iar prețul este exagerat, 50 lei pentru o oră. 2. Gălăgia - fiind familie cu copil mic care doarme la prânz, zgomotul era, și nu exagerez, infernal după amiaza în intervalul 14-17. Am solicitat să ne schimbe camera pentru ca nu se putea odihni copilul ziua. Au fost amabili, ne-au schimbat-o imediat a doua zi, dar în noua cameră, deși nu se mai auzea gălăgia din timpul zilei, se auzea seara până la ora 23 muzica de la spectacolele organizate seara. La fel, extrem, dar extrem de tare. Copilul nu adormea în condițiile în care foloseam boxa cu zgomote albe. Deci atenție la părinții care merg să facă solicitare clară în acest sens. 3. Mâncarea slabă. Cam în fiecare seară aceleași feluri, gusturile mm, aici depinde de fiecare, dar nimic ieșit din comun. Am mâncat în general cartofi prăjiți, salate și brânză. 4. Per ansamblu hotelul nu mi se pare de 4 stele. Am mai fost in altele tot de 4 stele, iar diferențele erau semnificative față de acesta. 5. Nu ne-a plăcut faptul ca toboganele se închid la 17:00. Copilul uneori dormea mai mult și pentru ca se trezea târziu nu mai apuca tobogane, deși soarele strălucea sus pe cer. 6. Apa rece gheață în piscina de copii dar încălzită ușor în cea de adulți.

Мясо они готовить не умеют но всегда было что есть. В номере кровать для ребенка была ужастная, из душа последний день капала вода и сейф открывался с 5 раза.

Dil problemi yasamadik . Resepsiyondan otoparkina kadar tüm hotel calisanlarina sicak kanli yardimsever tavirlari icin tek tek tesekkkur ederiz . NEsebar da bundan sonraki adresimiz kesinlikle burasi 🤗 Otopark alanı kısitliydi. Ama rezervasyon yaptigimiz icin problem yaşamadik .

- Ivan (6/5): Догодина в чужбина - Чистота на стаите и аниматорите...поне по-голямата част...толкова Съотношение цена-качество, малък басейн, твърде много хора в басейните, не се спазват правилата, упоменати навсякъде. Кухнята не е никак разнообразна, качеството може да е по-добро. Няма един детски канал по телевизията, а там често отсядат семейства. Шумно вечер, особенно ако сте отседнали с поглед към аквапарка.

- Nurula (1/5): - Temizlik I had a terrible experience at your hotel. I have stayed at many hotels before, but I have never seen such a disappointment. The only positive thing I can say is that the rooms were clean. The kitchen, however, was a complete disaster. I strongly recommend that you replace the head chef immediately. Everything tasted the same – even the vegetables had no distinct flavor. Apart from pork, it was extremely difficult to find anything else to eat. At breakfast, if you wanted meat, the only option was pork. There were misleading labels claiming, for example, “turkey,” but when I asked the staff, they told me it might be mixed with something else – they didn’t know for sure. Upon arrival, I had to wait for half an hour with my small child because I was not allowed to park the car immediately. Even though I had already gotten out of the car, your employee prioritized another guest with a foreign license plate who arrived after me. The pools closed at 17:00, which is unacceptable for a supposed 4-star hotel and greatly reduces the enjoyment of the stay. The dining experience felt more like being in a school cafeteria. The so-called “variety” was simply the same food placed in 10 different dishes: tomatoes here, cucumbers there, cheese on another plate, tomatoes mixed with cheese elsewhere, cucumbers mixed with cheese, and so on. That is not variety. Value for money: zero – the price is far too high for what is offered.

- Chis (10/5): - Totul a fost excelent. Locația și toboganele minunate,copiii au fost încântați .Cu siguranță vom reveni.
- Bogdan Enache. (8/5): Great experience for families - The beds are very comfy. The place is very clean, and staff are always picking up litter and cleaning up. The slided are great and are plenty of inflatables and queues were small. (Note we were midweek). Lot's of food and plenty of variety. Drinks are local, but are good to enjoy some in the sun. We always found a sunbed available, though it can get busy. We stayed at the apartment, and is awesome. A/C and the windows are very good soundproof. The sweets, look great but are bit tasteless, mostly sugar. Limited car park, had to wait maybe 30 minutes, but a place was found eventually. I think the hotel expects guests mostly travelling plane/bus, not by car. Unrelated to the hotel, there are different type of guests/culture so expect to see some things, like skipping queues or jumping in pool, even if lifeguards tell them to not.
- Hagit (7/5): מלון יפה, מתקנים סבבה, שירות לא משהו - חדר יפה, נתנו לנו חדר בקומה 8 עם נוף לים, מתקני המלון אחלה, חדר אוכל טוב, משחקים לילדים בלובי, ברים פתוחים עד 11. השירות של הקבלה ממש לא משהו, עושים טובה שנותנים שירות או מענה, הדלת של המקלחון נפלה על הבת שלי, לא התייחסו בכלל, סבון חסר בדיספנסר, טלפון מלוכלך, שכחתי את המפתח בחדר לא רצו לתת לי חדש, נתנו לי לחכות 10-15 דקות בלובי עד שמישהו ייקח אותי לחדר, המצילים לא נחמדים, הזמנתי מונית של המלון לשדה, בקבלה אמרו לי מחיר, נהג המונית דרש בהגעה לשדה כפול ואיים לקחת את התיקים אם לא נשלם לו, הפחיד את הבת שלי. בחדר אוכל לא יודעים לענות לשאלות מה יש באוכל. האוכל בסנק זה שאריות מארוחת צהריים.

- Irina (10/5): - Соответвует 4 звезды. Не прям супер но и не плохо. Еды много но дети кроме пиццы ничего не смогли есть, я и родители тоже с трудом нашли что то нормальное. Подушки очень не удобные.

- Abel (10/5): - Absolut totul, atentie la detalii, zona de joaca pentru copii frumoasa si supravegheata. Curatenie impecabila, facuta zilnic. Mancare variata - cu multe optiuni si pentru vegetarieni. Snack-uri de langa piscina - meniu variat, totul proaspat si gustos. Sucuri, ceai/cafea, inghetata - toate erau peste asteptari. La sigur ne-am mai intoarce. Hotelul merita nota 20 din 10. Locuri prea puține în parcarea hotelului, însă și asta a rezolvat hotelul, oferindu-ne un loc într-o parcare alăturată la același preț.

- Andrei (8/5): - Nice rooms,very good food, nice aqua park for kids and adults. Very bad parking. If you arrive before checkin time they try to extra charge you and cops will immediately fine you for parking in front of the hotel. We literally left the car for 2 minutes so i can go inside and talk to the receptionist and they blocked our wheels and asked us for 23 euro.

- Nikolay Botov (7/5): Добър хотел за почивка - Много добър хотел. Изхранването е на база ол инклузив, въпреки това храната беше добра с добро разнообразие. Стаите са видимо вече на възраст и имат нужда от обновяване, но пък бяха чисти и подредени. Басейните са добри както и пързалките. Водата беше леко хладна. Голяма част от персонала не говори български и е с лимитиран английски. Захабените стаи.
