• dusankg (10/5): Nice suite - Location was good, 15 minutes walk from center. Clean and big apartment. Good value for the money. You have to leave deposit in their hotel nearby, and it was refunded to me one day after I left. A little noisy from traffic during the day, because my apartment 1A was next to the main street. However, the bedroom is additionally sound-insulated, so you can still sleep well.

• Sovtic (10/5): - I’ve traveled a lot in the last three years, and the majority of places I stayed were good to great. As a solo traveler, I was mostly sightseeing and exploring. This one really blew my mind; it had everything you need for a long stay, a very good location, and it was quiet. I didn't use 90% of the things provided, but it was superb.
• Nanami (3/5): - Price was reasonable Wifi didn’t work at all even thought It’s written wifi is 97mbps on the booking page it was less than 30mbps i couldn’t work online ( zoom didn’t Connected at all) and i try to message them to solve but they ignore the message And also water pressure in shower room is very weak sometimes not hot water coming out. No laundry soap or extra bin bag provided and staff was not helpful at all:(

• Penelope (10/5): - Beautiful apartment in a brilliant location. Walking distance from the Alhambra, brilliant bakery over the road, fabulous local restaurant just down the road. Having to go to the main hotel to pay the deposit. I don't understand why this wasn't offered on line. We checked in on line providing passport details then had to do this again at the hotel. It's a half a kilometre uphill walk from the hotel to the apartment. We did go the wrong way to the hotel to start with as got confused between hotel & apartment addresses so started going towards the apartment address first & almost reached it. This all felt like a long way with cases on a hot day after a long journey to Granada.

• Francisco j (8/5): - La habitación grande, cocina bien para hacer alguna comida, cama cómoda, ubicación cerca del centro, zona tranquila, se puede aparcar un poco más arriba fuera de zona azul. El baño, la mampara estaba rota la puerta y la habían sustituido por una cortina de baño y se hace algo pequeña, y estaba la silicona de la ducha negra. Si no fuera por esos detallitos pequeños sería perfecto para mí.

Que pidan fianza por si hay roturas y después sea un poco contradictoria con lo que exponen alli en sus instrucciones. La cama era muy incomoda y no habia ni un recambio. Televisiones antiguas. La limpieza de polvo escasa y las ventanas muy mal limpiadas. El patio interior de estar mejor cuidado seria de gran atracción.

• Kryštof (6/5): - Nedaleko od centra, v docházkové vzdálenosti. Koupelna i ložnice byly velmi čisté. Celý apartmán byl prostorný. Majitel byl velmi ochotný a vstřícný Co tedy rozhodně čisté nebylo byla kuchyně. Prkénko na krájení bylo plesnivé, některé nádobí vcelku ušmudlané. Je to vcelku škoda, protože v jiných prostorách apartmánu bylo vše uklizené. V celém ubytování bylo velké chladno, ale v letních měsících ti pro někoho může být i přínos

• blanco (6/5): Buen sitio pero con condiciones excesivas. - Apartamento amplio , cómodo , con bonito patio y funcional con todo lo necesario. Condiciones abusivas , pago por adelantado + fianza que te avisan con perder por mil motivos. Te piden tirar basura , airear habitación , apagar luces , apagar a/a , limpiar , etc ... Cosas normales que se dan por hechas pero que en este establecimiento solicitan como condicion para no perder la fianza . En cambio no se ofrece lo mismo , adjunto fotos. Precio excesivo dadas estás normas solicitadas.
• Eleazar (9/5): - Es un piso interior muy tranquilo, nada de ruido de la calle. Bien ubicado y accesible y muy cuidado. Es escasa la luz que entra del exterior, el piso es bastante oscuro. Y mejoraría el tema de la limpieza, se veía polvo u suciedad debajo de las camas y detrás de los muebles.

• Víctor (4/5): No está mal, pero menos mal que solo fui para 1 día y medio. - La ubicación y el espacio. Wifi prácticamente inservible (por mala señal). No te dejan gel de baño y te dicen que te laves con el de las manos (si tienes piel sensible, mal asunto). No hay horno. No hay aceite. Paredes de papel (se escucha mucho a los vecinos). Te cobran un adelanto por limpieza, y luego te mandan un mensaje anunciando que como dejes algo sucio o haya alguna mancha o no tires la basura, te lo quitan.

Umständlich wegen Kaution (wird nicht über Booking geregelt). Es fehlt eine Grundreinigung des Apartments (Backofen, Kühlschrank, Fensterbänke, Ecken und unter dem Bett war es dreckig)

• angelica (8/5): Poteva andare meglio: c'è bisogno di una pulizia più accurata. - L'appartamento è molto ampio e si trova vicino al centro, in una zona dove non è molto difficile parcheggiare sulle strisce blu (considerate che però a Granada è difficile trovare posto, in generale). L'appartamento si riscalda facilmente con i condizionatori durante l'inverno. La lavatrice è funzionante, ottima se si è in viaggio per tanti giorni. Mi dispiace, ma al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato le stoviglie tutte sporche di olio. Questo deriva dalla politica dell'host, secondo cui è il cliente a dover pulire la cucina prima del check out, altrimenti la caparra (€50) viene trattenuta. È una politica che comprendo e accetto, ma chi si occupa delle pulizie non può dare per scontato che le stoviglie siano davvero pulite o comunque non macchiate. Non è quindi giusto che sia il cliente nuovo a dover pulire quanto sporcato dai clienti precedenti. Tra l'altro, il rimborso della caparra non arriva entro 48 ore (ad oggi sono passati 5 giorni) nonostante abbia pulito tutta la cucina, anche le cose che non mi "spettavano" di pulire. Infine, aggiungerei delle posate in più in cucina..

• Simon (9/5): Large comfortable apartment with kitchen - Large well equipped apartment. Lots of character. Incredibly quiet with no noise from the outside. Good communication throughout. Love the courtyard area with outside seating. Deposit was promptly returned. Overall a very comfortable stay with the benefit of a kitchen and lounge. The shower was great very hot water on demand. Recommended especially for a longer stay. Good bakery opposite. A bit of a walk from the center. A smart TV with Netflix and the like would have been ideal.

Boite à clés donc très facile de rentrer dans le logement. Communication via SMS avec le loueur. Bus desservant l'ensemble de la ville à proximité immédiate. donner une caution ce qui n'était pas stipuler dans la réservation initiale. Par contre la rende à la fin par virement.
