• Elena (10/5): Все прекрасно. Спасибо за отдых - Райское место. Расположен удобно, в пяти минутах от порта и ресторанов. По дороге есть Спар. Мы жили в флигеле. Отдельный вход. Большой номер. Огромная ванная и душевая. Все чистое, свежее. Есть кондиционер, отдыхали в конце сентября- включали его на обогрев. Есть холодильник. Чайник. Посуда. Завтраки не брали, питались в городе. Территория отеля и все внутри- прекрасное. Получили эстетическое наслаждение. Все соответствует фотографиям. Парковка есть на территории. Очень удобно. Рекомендуем это прекрасное место. Спасибо персоналу.

• H-LU (9/5): Charmant hotel op een uitstekende locatie - Het hotel was heel charmant en mooi ingericht. We werden heel vriendelijk ontvangen. De kamer was ruim en proper, net als de badkamer. De ligging was perfect. Het hotel ligt op wandelafstand van het centrum. De parking was op het domein van het hotel, ideaal dus :) geen opmerkingen

• Jaroslaw (9/5): - Friendly staff. A boutique hotel full of antique (but fully usable) furniture, old paintings,various antiques, very different in style from the modern hotels. Our suite was spacious and well equipped, but at the same reminding of the XIXth century. On site outdoor parking with sufficient spaces. Excellent location in quiet neighbourhood, yet less than 15 minutes easy walk to the harbour. Nothing I can think of.

• David (8/5): - Hotel is in a great location with easy access to Honfleur harbour on foot and on site parking readily available. The hotel is built around an old French mansion and retains a lot of character and charm and it a good place to stay however the room furnishings are poor quality and let the place down.

Mycket trevlig personal, framförallt vid frukostserveringen. Mysigt rum med tidstypiska möbler som förhöjde intrycket. Fint poolområde som vi tyvärr inte kunde utnyttja på grund av vädret. • Mark (7/5): Fantastic location, clean comfortable room but need to be updated. - We stayed at the Hôtel L'Ecrin for one night. The hotel is a historical building, and the lobby is like walking into a museum. We understand that we booked a historical property, but the room/bathroom needs to be updated. The room they gave us was not like any of the photos on booking.com. It had a bit of a musty old building smell to it. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. There is no elevator in this hotel so you will have to carry your suitcases up the stairs. The staff did not offer any assistance with our bags, and we found them to be kinda rude. The desk manager was speaking to other guests in French and was very friendly to them but when we started our check in, he became very quiet, and it was clear he didn’t want to speak with us. I asked him how old some of the furniture was in the office and he just laughed stating " I don’t know, its all old". The onsite parking was great and the location was fantastic to walk the town. We would not stay here again. Staff could be friendlier more welcoming to English speaking guests.
• Ekaterina Kireeva (6/5): - Convenient location, nice backyard for breakfast, free private parking 2 rooms we booked (standard and suite) had nothing to do with photos on booking. Interior was old, tacky and outdated. In addition, you can be put in annex building that again looks very different from lovely mansion on their photos. Since we chose the place mostly because of the photos, it was a big disappointment

Staff were extremely helpful in recommending some good value/quality restaurants within walking distance. We were a family party of 8 and were allocated the separate dining room for breakfast for our stay. Everyone was very friendly and went out of their way to be helpful.

Only downside for people of mature years - steep staircase to top floor bedrooms. Would definitely stay at L'Ecrin again but would request a room on a lower floor!

• June (7/5): Pleasant stay in a beautiful period house. - Quaint. Comfortable rooms. Thai guy was very helpful and so pleasant. He helped us by taking our luggage up to the second floor and was very accommodating when serving breakfast. Happy with free secure parking. We hadn’t realised there would be so many stairs to our rooms. This should be highlighted when booking, especially for those who have mobility issues. We really would have liked a dinner option in the hotel.
• Nora (8/5): A lively area to stay for two nights. - The Hotel is in a fab location. Walkable distance to many restaurants and the harbour. Plenty places to eat and drink. We parked in the hotels car park which if you don’t get a space may be limited to park elsewhere. We were in the room adjacent to the car park whilst clean and comfortable, the bathroom was very outdated. Plus no ventilation. We did not opt for the breakfast as many places nearby. Wifi was very hit and miss you had to go into the main house to get a signal but that was not a major issue.

We liked the historical setting of the house and the nice outdoor space where we enjoyed breakfast in the sun. There is a limited amount of parking space, but staff move the cars around and make them all fit inside the guarded area. Only a few minutes walk to the busy town center. Quiet during the night. Because of the historical setting there is no elevator which would helped carrying our suitcase to the second floor.
