• Alyshia (6/5): Disappointing stay - On arrival to the 3 bedroom apartment only two of the bedrooms were actually made up. One of the bedrooms the bed had not been made no sheets or duvet or anything on it. Had to try and make this ourselves with what we could find in the cupboards. There was only three of us but had paid extra for 3 bedrooms so we could all have our own room. The place itself was clean and tidy and not too far from the centre. Heater in one of the rooms didn’t work at all so was really cold. Brilliant WiFi and easy access to apartment on arrival, beds very uncomfortable like sleeping on wooden lats we all struggled to sleep every night. This was made worse by the constant noise and parties others were having in the block. Advise choose some where quieter to stay if you want sleep. On the Thursday night at 4am we had over two hours of the apartment next door screaming and shouting and trying to kick the door down to get into their apartment. This was also a holiday apartment by the same company ( thanks Tom and jack for that). I’d avoid this place if you don’t plan on partying all night!!!

• Anne (10/5): - Hinta laatusuhde kohdillaan. Tämä huone oli kadun puolelle, joten liikenteen äänet kyllä kuuluivat hyvin selkeästi. Kylpyhuone siisti,pyyhekoukut vain puuttuivat.
• Verified traveler (10/5): - Property was situated within walking distance to the main market square. It was quiet and roomy with all amenities, loved having the washer, would have packed lighter! We felt very secure and would definitely recommend it and stay here again.
• Elin (8/5): Fin leilighet i nærhet av gamlebyen. - Bra utstyrt leilighet kun 10 min fra gamlebyen. God seng. Helt stille på natta selv om det er midt i byen . Flott bad. Bra renhold. Var også vakthold ved porten. Bestilte transport fra flyplassen og den kom som avtalt. Det var litt kaldt i leiligheten, så varslet om det. Morgenen etter kom det en mann med varmeovn. Bestilte guidet tur til Auschwitz gjennom leiligheten. Veldig proft ordnet. Raskt til å svare på henvendelser.
• Maria (6/5): Romslig leilighet, men for harde senger - Det var en stor, fin og romslig leilighet med tre soverom. Det var kjøleskap og oppvaskmaskin, supert! Beliggenheten var bra. Det som var skuffende var at det var supertynne madrasser, så alle vi voksne kjente sengebunnen. Det manglet en liten sofa i leiligheten, men det var en kjøkkengruppe å sitte ved. Minus med den kjøkkengruppa var at to av stolene nesten datt fra hverandre, så det var kun barna som kunne skifte på de. Hadde det vært gode madrasser hadde vi reist tilbake.

• Patricia (8/5): - Está muy cerca de todo. Es un buen apartamento. La dueña está por todo lo que necesites y te atiende por telf. O email super rapido. Si volviera, repetiría. Lo que hay que tener en cuenta es q si tienes algun impedimento físico, el baño no está adaptado (la añera es muy alta). Por lo demás todo estupendo.

Acomodação clara , ventilada , com garagem , o que nos facilitou , por estarmos com carro alugado . A localização nos permitiu conhecer os pontos turisticos caminhando. Tem um Carrefour na esquina , o que nos facilitou para compras . O porteiro foi espetacular, nos auxiliando no check-in. Com certeza , meu local de hospedagem , em um retorno à Cracóvia .

• IS.FRANC (6/5): - The apartment was very spacious, quiet and easy to access to any place in the centre on foot. I liked the room very much but I think I have to prepare some daily necessities in advance before I arrive there for the next time. What I was not very satisfied with was the lack of facilities. There were no bath mat, no kitchen paper, no dishwasher detergent, no knife for cooking provided. There were also only 2 towels (one each of large and small) and only 5 toilet rolls which were not enough and I had to buy several daily necessities on the spot. The room I stayed was on the ground floor and it was with nice small terrace but the garden was accessible from the public area in the apartments complex without any lock and I was a bit afraid of finding the big crack on the large window facing to the terrace. Hope the management company will repair it soon.

My only complaint is no air conditioning, this made it difficult to sleep and hard to stay in the apartment during the day as it was too hot.

• Magdalena (10/5): Až na několik nepříjemných náhod, perfektní! - Negativní: 1. nemohli jsme přijít na to, jak otevřít tu krabičku s klíčem. 2. Nějaký muž nám prostě vešel do pokoje s malířskými potřebami v rukou. 3. Při deštivé noci nám střešním oknem pršelo do pokoje. Pozitivní: Všechno ostatní bylo naprosto bez problému. Moderní a plně funkční vybavení, milý personál hotelu, lokace pět minut od historického centra města. Nedaleko nádraží. Vše na pokoji i v jeho okolí čisté a upravené. Děkujeme

• Lina (6/5): - The hotel was actually lokated 750m in ’wrong’ direction against the adress given at the booking site. Noicy from stairs and neighbours. Beds were not very comfortable. Not worth the price. Expensive price for transfer to AirPort.

We were pleasantly surprised, the apartment was super clean, it had everything we needed I.E towels, hairdryer, iron etc and was in the perfect location a 12 minute walk to the centre! The staff were very good through emails and were so polite and friendly, the relationship was good and we trusted them! The only fault was that the TV wasn’t working but that’s all! 10/10 amazing!
• Claire (8/5): Convenient apartment - Apartment was clean, good location however the bed and sofa bed were really uncomfortable. There was a high top table but only 2 chairs. The apartment would have been better suited for 2 people. If we were to go as a party of 3 again I would look to book a bigger apartment that was set up for 4 not 2.

• Verified traveler (6/5): - The property its self is wonderful. Very well laid out and 10mins walk from old town. The down fall for us was maybe bad timing. There was work going on below and outside and every morning at 0730hrs it was loud banging and machinery which was rather an inconvenience after a late night in Krakow. The other down fall was the heating. With temperatures very low, there was no thermostat to turn the heating up and the two radiators only luke warm, when i messaged they said there was no way to turn it up but by the last day when we was leaving the property was boiling. Shame it couldnt of been as warm for us as we was cold alot of the time. Property its self lovely though

• Verified traveler (10/5): - This apartment was excellent for what we wanted. Our flight landed and midnight and I was struggling to find accommodation that would even let us check in so late. We checked ourselves in (key in safe box) which was very convenient. I booked taxis and excursions through the reception team, and asked various questions like what bus would we need to get to Zakopane and the water park. The reception team were very friendly and quick at responding and answered all my questions. This service was excellent!!! Our flight home was at 8pm so we did not book a taxi from the apartment, we used an Uber which was half the price of the taxis at the taxi rank so i would recommend this!
• Emily (4/5): Smelly, Dirty, Loud - There were many apartments listed for Friendhouse on the Hotels.com website for Krakow. We were assigned to Juliusza Słowackiego 15A, Apartment no. 1, 31-159 Kraków. Negatives: Upon entering the 2nd door with a code (behind this door are 5 apts, ours was the closest to the entry door leading to all 5 apts), we smelled stale cigarette smoke. Upon entering our apartment (#1), the cigarette smoke smell was unbearable. We immediately opened the window, but were then bothered by the extremely busy & loud street. Our apartment was just slightly above street level as well, so we did not feel comfortable leaving it open when we were not there or at night. The cigarette smoke smell got trapped in all of our belongings, which we had to wash upon arrival at our next hotel in Vienna. In addition to the disgusting cigarette smell & noisy street, the apartment was not clean. On the kitchen wall (there was no backsplash), there were food/drink drips and splatters galore. I did not feel inclined to cook in a dirty kitchen. In the bathroom, there was a brown smear on the wall next to the toilet and 3 smears on the door. The bathroom floor was also very dirty. Would not recommend this room. Positives: Staff is very responsive when messaging through the Hotels.com message service. I messaged staff several times to get everything set up a parking spot 800m away from apt (that they advertise for 50 PLN per night). Decor of the apartment was modern and aesthetically pleasing.

• jj (6/5): 5 minute walk from the square - the 4 day stay was great, you need to stay longer to see everything, it’s a miniature London. you receive an email the day before for instructions on how to collect the keys, google takes you to the street and you find the number on the buildingwe had to find out from another resident that you press the bell type in the number then press the bell again to open. The flat is spacious and ikea type modern you get a small double sofa bed & large double bed, our oven was broken so we had to live on kfc, the lady sent round someone when we were out but only looked at the separate hob, we kept ring back but got ignored but we didn’t let it ruin the holiday this happened after we bought shopping, (small carrefour nearby, Lidl & Tesco 10 min drive

• JT (10/5): Very comfortable and convenient for Krakow centre - The apartment was extremely well equipped very comfortable and clean and also very warm .This meant it really was a joy to return to after a day out site seeing .The apartment block also was very quiet and felt very secure as a key code was required to gain access to the main entrance from the street .It was so just a short walk from the city centre and old town square .The apartment had everything we could possibly need for a short break an the complimentary beers water and biscuits was a lovely touch !

Area was secure as two different sets of codes were needed to get to our building. Area was also very quiet and there were no disturbances. Only down side was there were no blinds or curtains which woke us every morning at 6.30 am.
• I.K (4/5): Small apartment near centre of Krakow - Booked the apartment for family of four,including 6 and 7y. old children. Location superb, easy to find, instructions given via email how to get the keys very clear. Disappointed with the size and cleanliness of the room. After making up bed for children-stained sofa bed, no room to walk through. Bathroom very good size but in need of updating and a lots of mould around the bath. No blackout curtains or blinds, very bright at night..overall wouldn't recommend for family with children.

• Sheenagh (10/5): A great find quiet and comfortable - IF you want a quiet location this is the place it's in a courtyard so no traffic noise at all, also the bed was super comfortable if booking the one bedroom apartment, secure entry and doorman so very safe, a great find and the flat was well equiped and comfortable. ONly the wifi access was an issue which only worked the first night. NO blackout blind so bring eye mask if light is a problem for sleeping as the courtyard outside is well lit all night.
• Natalie (8/5): Family friendly Apartment close to the old town - We booked this apartment as we have a small baby and thought the space and kitchen facilities would be useful. The location is about 10 mins walk from the old town. The apartment was on the first floor but there was a lift. The outside space we expected was in the ground floor just a large courtyard with benches. Room was modern and well decorated. Only thing missing was microwave for sterilising and also the washer/dryer advertised was just a washing machine. But there was a heatwave when we were there so we were able to dry clothes the clothes horse beside the window. Tv only had polish channels. We found a music channel and that was on most of the week. The wifi was good so we could catch up on news etc. Sheets & towels (1 each) were provided but you need to wash and dry them yourself if you want to change. Overall I would recommend and go back.
• Elizabeth (10/5): - We loved it here! Having our own flat was a nice break from the hotel to hotel living from the prior week. It gave us an opportunity to relax wand chill out in comfort. The bed was ok but the second night I could feel the futon frame underneath my hip. The bedding was nice and the apartment had everything we needed for utensils and cooking pans ect. We would definately recommend this place to others as we enjoyed our time there and felt very safe with the 24 hour doorman who also helped us get a cab!
