After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to collect keys, will be emailed to you. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Tramontana in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests will receive a rental agreement, which must be signed and returned directly to the property prior to arrival. Tina (9/5): Beautiful home, great accommodations, but if you are allergic to pets, be aware.... - The property is very accommodating for 3 couples and 3 children and a toddler. It's nice that each bedroom has it's own bathroom. The private patio with a hot tub is also a plus. The dishwasher doesn't clean well. That should be fixed or replaced. We noticed dog dishes under the kitchen sink, so someone (the owners?) had dogs there recently. Both my husband and myself were allergic during our stay. I don't know if pets are allowed on the property, but it should be noted somewhere that pets ARE on the property (even if guests can't bring them.) We enjoyed that property and it was our third time staying there, but due to the pet situation, we won't be able to stay there again.
Jocelyn (10/5): Exceptional - The place was absolutely gorgeous we will definitely stay there again. The only issue was we got there 15 minutes early and we were not allowed in the facility.
Lloyd (7/5): not worth the cost. facilities were average - close to mountain village terrible cost of fees this property is not worth the cost is $3200.00 per night I will not recommend VACSA or BOOKING.COM for not being clear fees of over $4000.00 for 5 nights. also full payment on date of reservations not as usual with staggered payments not a satisfactory stay
