I needed to pay a $ 5 internet booking fee when I arrived. I'm sure this is in the small print somewhere, and it's not a big deal, but I was still not aware of this. Since the hotel's minimum credit card charge is $ 10, I either needed to pay $ 10 on my credit card or pay the $ 5 in cash. If you stay here, bring along an extra $ 5 in cash.
• Scott (6/5): The stay all in all was very pleasant, I just feel as if I might have made them feel disrespected and I had no intention - Property was nice but I think they took offense of the fact that I didn’t want anyone in the room unless we were in the room. We would’ve stayed outside while they did their work, I just didn’t want anyone in the room with us not being in there as I have had a bad experience with that situation. It was not meant to be an insult towards the personnel but more for my own safety. I’m sorry if I offended them as that was not my intent. Nothing,the property was kept up very well. I just think that it was taken the wrong way when I asked them not to have anyone in my room unless one of us was there. I meant no disrespect whatsoever towards anyone working there and I apologize if they felt that I did.
• Jeffrey (10/5): - Rooms were a little small but clean and updated. No tub in the bathroom but the shower was roomy and super clean. There was a small sitting area with table and chairs. The property was in a busy road but noise was minimal. The attendants were nice and answered all my questions upon arrival. Checkout/checkin was quick as I had booked online. I would highly recommend this facility. N/A but I am not a picky person. I look for cleanliness and value. I was satisfied with the quality.

• Hayden (8/5): Very clean and comfortable. Rooms are small and simple, but nicely organized. - The standing showers are nice, they have a somewhat unique style of sliding door. I bring my own coffee maker when I stay here because the rooms don't have them. Outlets can also be limited.

Reimbursed the difference when I checked out and brought up the issue. Female clerk still tried to say it was a surcharge. Male owner got involved and reimbursed the difference after I said I will no longer stay there. Had no washcloth. Had to ask for one.

• Kerry (10/5): Simple, clean, comfortable, hospitable and convenient - This is a family owned and operated motel. The couple that run it were so welcoming and accommodating. Everything was so clean, which is most important to me. Though not a fancy hotel, it was perfect for the weekend. We traveled from Long Island for a baby shower. Simple, clean and comfortable. We had a breakfast planned each morning but were able to grab a coffee and a banana or a danish on the way out. I will definitely return when the baby is born. Thank you!

• Rajesh (3/5): Good folks, below-average rooms, poorly run and operated establishment - Good location, neighborhood, comfortable beds and pillows, clean towels and frustration-free parking. But that's about it! Advance booking did not help us; we still got a bad room with issues despite an advertised vacancy on the night of arrival, that, too, during a busy Fall Foliage season (an initial red flag for us). We informed the owner of a broken TV, front entrance, and bathroom doors that wouldn't shut, get stuck if they did, and wouldn't open even if you tried hard, and the heating system on a night with temperatures dropping below 45. The beds were comfortable, with plenty of pillows and clean towels, but the rug on the floor looked like it had seen better days, perhaps a decade ago. Good location, plenty of parking, safe neighborhood, and the folks who ran the show were mostly nice. Yet, I came home to see my credit card had been charged an extra $50 over a third-party booking for no reason. Called the owner and am still trying to get it straightened out. Was he upset I complained about the poor state of the room? Moral of the story? Check your invoice or CC statement after you check out, and verify the billing. Do not assume that advance booking will get you a better room. Do your due diligence before you book. This was a last resort for us due to last-minute planning, and nothing better was available in the vicinity.

• Ann (9/5): It worked out very well for the convenience, comfort for both my husband and I and our dogs. - So so breakfast. Great area behind the facility for walking our dogs. The fee for dogs is on the high side. We have 3 dogs and at $30 each that's quite a bit extra. Our dogs are clean and well-behaved, all you have to do is vacuum the rug after our stay and that takes care of their impact on the room. It doesn't take $90.00 worth of work to restore the room and we brought their beds as well.

The morning coffee and food selection was fine. The price was appropriate and good value for the facility.
