The hotel is in a very convenient location with easy access to everything around the city. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and professional throughout my stay, which made the experience even better. The overall atmosphere, cleanliness, and comfort were all excellent. The only area that could be improved is the breakfast. While the food quality was good, the selection was mostly local Indonesian dishes with limited international options. Adding more variety would make the experience even better for international guests. Overall, a very enjoyable stay and I would definitely recommend this hotel. Breakfast: there aren’t many international foods.

Her attitude towards guests was completely unacceptable. She was not only impolite but spoke in a tone that was rude and disrespectful. As a paying guest, I expect to be treated with basic courtesy, which was entirely lacking in her interaction. Management needs to seriously evaluate this staff member. Her behavior reflects poorly on the hotel's reputation. I hope immediate action is taken to ensure she receives proper training on how to speak to guests.

The food is great and the staff is very helpful (specially when I booked more room & wanted to extend my stay, they help me right away). The hotel is only 15 minutes walking distance to the POINS shopping mall where we can eat and shop there. The mall has connection bridge to Lebak Bulus MRT station, the Jakarta MRT main station & Lebak Bulus bus station. From Sorkarno Hatta International Airport to the hotel takes about 1,5 hours. And only takes 15 minutes by taxi to Pondok Indah Mall. Recommended places to stay.

From checking in until checking out, everything was perfect. From the security to the reception to the waiters and housekeepers, they all friendly people. Honestly I wasn't quite sure about making reservation in this hotel. But because the location was perfect for my visit so I just took it. And the price very reasonable. But I was very impressed with the whole experience I had. That's why I choose to stay again for the second time. From now on, if I ever go to Jakarta again, I definitely not gonna stay in other hotel. This hotel is my fave to stay in Jakarta.
