- Isak Dinesen (8/5): Apartment with excellent location - Pros: Location very close to Oxford Circus Reliable staff Nice apartment, nicely furnished and clean Overall happy with stay and would use again Cons: Apartment needs a thorough maintenance check: 50% of roller blinds did not work Cabinet doors in master bedroom broken 30% of light bulbs need to be changed. Apartment needs a minor paint job Shower heads needs a descaling No amenities All issues that did not affect the overall positive impression of stay, however things that should have been fixed to qualify for a 4 star experience
- Belinda (6/5): Adequate accommodations in Central London - Although the facility was adequate and was centrally located, the amenities advertised were not provided. Specifically, there was no reliable internet access in the apartment. We were given a code to use around town to access internet but it was not sufficient for our needs. You n addition, the cot that was provided was broken. Although there was an attempt to repair it made, we had to use a belt to hold the bed up to keep it from collapsing.
