- oktay (4/5): - çalışanlar hep güleryüzlü ve yardımseverdi. biraz sıkıntılı bir üç gündü benim için. 1- ön ödeme olarak tüm ücreti benden rezervasyon sırasınfa aldıklarında sorunsuzluk beklerdim. 2- klima merkezi sistem olduğu için kış sezonuna geçtikleri için sıcaktı ama hava da sıcaktı. ve klima 5dk sonra kendini kapatıyordu. bu yüzden havalandırma yoktu. otoban ve iş merkezi yakınında olduğu için lokasyon, tek hava egzos ve sigara dumanı olarak cam açılınca geliyordu. tuvaletin havalandırması ise hiç çalışmıyordu, bu yüzden duvarlar rutubetten harap haldeydi, süpürgelikler düşmüştü. kötü görünüyordu. 3- yatak ortaya doğru çöküktü. sabahları bel ağrısıyla uyandık. 4- abajurlar çalışmıyordu. 5- temizlik talep etmek için odanın kapısına bildirim kağıdı asmamıza rağmen odamız temizlenmemişti. sonra vazgeçtik 6- ilk gecenin sabahı kapımız yumruklanarak uyandık. başka bir otel sakininin yakınını uyandırmak için bizim kapımız çaldı. onlara birisi bizim oda numaramızı söylemiş. kim hatalı burda emin değilim, durum buydu. 7- otelin çalışanları güleryüzlü olmasına rağmen lokasyon ve fotoğraflar yanıltıcıydı. daha az sorun olmasını beklerdim. özellikle klima ve yatak sorunu çok göze battı. havasızlık yüzünden başka bir odaya aldırmamıza rağmen diğer oda da aynıydı.

Das zweite Zimmer was sie uns geben wollten war defekt, das dritte musste erst noch gereinigt werden in 10 Minuten. In der Zeit in der wir in der Lobby warten mussten, konnten wir sehen was für Gäste um die Uhrzeit ins Hotel eintrafen und waren erschreckt. Das mehrere separate Junge Damen innerhalb von 20 Minuten zu Besuch auftauchen und die Lobby das schon ohne zu hinterfragen durchlässt hat uns sehr abgeschreckt. Keine Decken, schlechtes Internet und eine katastrophale Nacht. Nicht zu empfehlen!

İlk odamızın değiştirilmesini istedik yardımcı oldular ancak ikinci oda da diğerine göre iyi olmasına rağmen sigara kokan bir odaydı. Hatta yorgan ve masa gibi eşyalarda yanıklar mevcuttu. Banyo ve oda temizliği ortalama.

- Verified traveler (10/5): wondeful stay - Well in Turkey one of the biggest problems is the lack of English speakers. Orkun at the front desk was our eyes and ears. One gentleman at the restaurant who we only met once also spoke English. Without these two fine guys, we would have been a little lost because of lack of communication. The hotel was great, restaurant was below average. Overall stay was great and everyone was friendly. Orkun accommodated us with room picking and anything that we asked him for. He really made our stay better. I recommend that the hotel invests in teaching his employees more English for a More successful operation. Thank you plus hotel for the hospitality.

- Güven (8/5): - Standart oda aldık ama standart odalara göre bayağı bir küçüktü oda. Odalar yan yana olduğu için bütün sesleri duyduk ve en rahatsız olduğumuz durum buydu. Temizlik gayet iyi, konum olarak iyi bir yerde. Onun dışında pek bir espirisi olmayan orta halli bir hotel.

- Verified traveler (4/5): - Oda çok dardı ama temizliği iyiydi. Duşlarda şampuan koyacak yer yok daha önce de bildirmiştim ama bu kalışımda da aynıydı. Kahvaltının ücretli olup olmadığını tutarken iyice kontrol etmek lazım kahvaltı sırasında sizin kahvaltınız dahil değil diye uyarmıyorlar ve çıkışta istiyorlar. 3 ayrı seferde burda kalan biri olarak bir daha tercih etmeyeceğim. Fiyatının ucuz olduğunu düşünüyorsanız kalabilirsiniz ama daha iyi alternatifler var Kadıköy tarafında.

- Verified traveler (8/5): Yönetim Müşterini Dinle !!! ve gereğini yap - Eleştiri olarak yazacağım bu notlar diğer misafirler tarafından otel yönetimine bildirilmesine rağmen dikkate alınmamış ve düzeltilmemiş bu eksikler **Havlular eski,, rengi beyaz değil ve bayağı SERT,,,, **Banyoya girince elinizdeki sabun şampuan,tarak vs şeyleri koyacağınız bir raf,bir askı ,bir aparat yok saçınıza şampuan döktünüz eğilip yere koymak zorundasınız şampuan şişenizi !!!!!!!......yine eğilip tekrar alacaksınız **Restoranda veya oda servisinde ödemeleri Kredi Kartıyla yapabiliyorsunuz..ancak sabah kahvaltısında Türk kahvesi içtiniz ise ödemeyi NAKİT istiyor yanınızda çanta olmadığı için odaya çıkıp para getirmek zorundasınız o kahveyi Otel hesabına eklemiyorlar GARİP bir durum.... **YATAKLAR inanılmaz RAHAT çok iyi kaliteli uyunuyor,,,temizlik personel hizmet kalitesine diyecek yok TEKRAR konaklayacak ve yukardaki eleştiirilerimi takip edeceğim

- Verified traveler (10/5): Gayet yeterli - Eşimle beraber Avrupa yakasındaki rezervasyonumuzu arap turist kalabalığı sebebiyle iptal edip bu otele geldik,iyi ki gelmişiz, konumu,temizliği, karşılaması ile çok memnun kaldık,bağdat caddesine ve ataşehire 10 dakika mesafede,metrobüs ile avrupa yakasi 20 dakika,sadece odalar biraz küçük fakat turistik gezi veya iş içinse yeterliherşey icin cok teşekkür ederiz
