- Marco (2/5): - Very poor experience. We made our reservation two months in advance and it was already paid, but upon arrival, it was not in the hotel’s system. After waiting over 20 minutes while they tried to locate it, they finally gave us a room key — but it turned out to be an occupied room. When we returned to the front desk, they offered us another room, but it was much smaller than the one we had booked, and they said it was the only one available. We had to change hotels that same night and lost our paid reservation. Fortunately, Hotels.com handled the situation professionally and issued a full refund, but the hotel’s poor organization and lack of accountability made the experience very stressful. I would not recommend this hotel.

- Katrien (6/5): - Goed gelegen hotel, maar alles is een beetje versleten tot versleten. Er is geen lift, en bagage opslag is de zithoek van de lobby. Deftige kamer met frigo, behalve dat je die niet in het stopcontact kon steken. Badkamer met douche in het bad.

- viktoriya (6/5): - The location is great. Parking is right on premise. Good breakfast. The only issue we had that I asked for a double bed and our room had 2 singe beds. I asked front desk person to change the room and the answer was “Things happen, this is how it will be”. He did not give us a different room. I can’t recommend this hotel because of this receptionist.
- ??? (8/5): - 朝食込、夕食はチェックイン時に追加できチェックアウト時に支払った。チェックアウト後も荷物を預かってくれバスターミナルまでのタクシーも呼んでくれた。周辺施設への行き方を尋ねると丁寧に教えてくれスタッフの対応が良かった。大きい額の紙幣を両替したかったがそれはできなかった。古いかわいらしい外観で部屋から聖ヴィート教会が見え雰囲気は良かったが夜中もずっと15分おきに教会の鐘が鳴るので寝る時に気になったのと小さい窓だがカーテンはなかった。部屋のテーブルにベタベタしたコップの跡があり清掃状態が甘かった。

- Susann (8/5): Gute Lage - - Das Hotel liegt vor den Toren der Altstadt. Alles ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt um die Altstadt zu erkunden. Es gibt ein Hotel eigenen Parkplatz mit Gebühr. Das Frühstück ist gut und reichhaltig. Die Zimmer sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen, z.Bsp. war die Sitzfläche vom Stuhl schon durchgewetzt, die Matratzen waren sehr weich. Dennoch hatten wir einen tollen Aufenthalt.

- Peter (10/5): An address to keep in mind for our next trip - Well located for visiting the center, with (paid) parking spaces for guests. Rooms vary, the large one on 2nd floor we got was nice, with river views. Breakfast was fine.

- Irene (8/5): gemütliche, zentrale Unterkunft - Das Hotel liegt nur 5 Gehminuten vom Zentrum entfernt, praktisch ist der hauseigene Parkplatz. Das angebotene Restaurant ist derzeit nicht geöffnet, auch nicht die Bar. Das Frühstück war sehr umfangreich und gut. Wir werden beim nächsten Besuch sicher wieder hier wohnen.

- Jari (8/5): Kiva hotelli hyvällä paikalla. - Hotelli oli siisti, pieni hotelli juuri sopivan matkan päässä kylän keskustasta, joen rannalla. Aamupala hyvä ja palvelu ystävällistä ja tehokasta. Miinuksina ilmastoinnin puute - laitteet olivat sisäpihalla laatikossa, joten voi korjaantua pian. Lisäksi kattoa maalattiin, josta tuli hieman höyryjä huoneeseen. Wifi ei ollut aivan huippua. Hyvinkin voisin mennä uudelleem.

Beautiful! The hotel was clean and staff pleasant. The bathroom was good, there was plenty of space but the beds desperately needed renewing. As is normal in this part of the world, breakfast was basic but the restaurant serves authentic Czech food.

- Verified traveler (8/5): - Wir waren nicht das 1. Mal dort und haben uns wieder sehr wohl gefühlt. Es sind nette Lokale in der Nähe, man ist gleich im Zentrum und der Parkplatz beim Hotel ist gratis. Wir hatten bis jetzt geräumige Zimmer mit King Size Betten!

- Sonni (8/5): - Das Hotel liegt sehr ruhig und nur wenige Minuten von der Altstadt entfernt. Das Personal ist freundlich und bemüht, alles zur Zufriedenheit der Gäste zu tun. Beim Frühstücksbuffet, das man auch auch der großen Terrasse einnehmen kann, ist für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Die Zimmer entsprechen den Abbildungen und Beschreibungen. Die Matratze war für meinen Geschmack sehr hart und gewöhnungsbedürftig. Leider gab es im Badezimmer in unserem Standartdoppelzimmer nur eine Badewanne ohne Duschvorhang oder Duschkabine. Wir bekamen die Erlaubnis, unser Auto auf dem hoteleigenen Parkplatz bis 14.00 Uhr stehen zu lassen. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden und kommen bestimmt wieder in dieses Hotel.

On a dû demander au personnel de revenir nettoyer la salle des bains en arrivant. Petit-déjeuner ok mais tables sales et non débarrassées. Repas au restaurant le soir décevant.

Illalla kun saavuimme, oli vastaanottovirkailija valmis kantamaan vaimoni pienen matkalaukun huoneeseemme kolmanteen kerrokseen. Huone saunalla oli suomaliselle yllätys. Sauna lämpeni ja antoi hyvät löylyt, kuten saunan kuuluu antaa. Parkkipaikka hotellin vieressä lisäsi pisteitä

Sehr ruhig gelegen an einer Sackgasse, daher kein Durchgangsverkehr. Handtücher, Fön und Duschutensillien vorhanden und sauber. Sehr reichliches Frühstücksangebot bei sehr guter Qualität. Jederzeit gerne wieder.

- Jeff (4/5): Too many issues - There was no Wi-Fi service despite the hotel's claims of otherwise. The hot water was yellow. The tub drained extremely slow. There were only two towels provided and they were very small for use after shower so because of the yellow water and the small towels we skipped taking shower the day we stayed there. Hotel personnel though was friendly.

Although the Hotel was full the Manager went out of his way to help us set up a reservation for Friday night at another hotel. The next morning (the day of our original reservation) he let us park our car in the Hotel lot so we could go site seeing. Very friendly staff and highly recommend.
- John (10/5): A great stay in Cesky Krumlov! - Hotel Gold is a very charming hotel located in the "must see" town of Cesky Krumlov. While it is an older building without an elevator, the staff, architecture, and location make it a great place to stay. Right on the Vltava river, as soon as you walk out the door the views are spectacular. Breakfast was fabulous and extensive. All in all a highly recommended hotel.

Parking (gated) and nice European breakfast were included. Our 3rd floor room had a Queen and twin bed so was plenty of room for 3. Was a bit noisy at night sleeping with the windows open as the park adjacent seems to be where local teens hang out. Would stay here again. Had an excellent meal in town as well.

The rooms are unique with period furniture that adds a certain vibe to the room. The reason I did not give a higher rating was due to the mini bar not working and travelling with two babies we needed this however luckily enough due to cold weather were able to leave food and milk and the window ledge. Although the hotel tried to fixed this they ended up knocking out all the power to the plugs so no TV or ability to charge computers or phones. Still although things happen it was still a nice few days in cesky.
- Heung Kwan (6/5): Moderate condition, location good - Room is big but the furniture is old. Not very clean (found hair in toilet)
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Location of the hotel was great. Breakfast was good as well. The only thing I wasn't thrilled with was having to go upstairs to get to the bed and the low ceilings in the room. Other than that, it was very comfortable and close to anything you needed to do in town.

- Theresa (8/5): Hotel Gold is a real gem! - Loved our stay here. Brilliant location on the river and a short walk into the old town and the castle. Polite staff and delicious breakfast and very reasonable!
- Tim (10/5): Spacious and gorgeous old hotel - Right across the bridge from the old city center, easily walkable city of Cesky Krumolov was a magical step back in time. The hotel was great, excellent breakfast, and the staff was very friendly and helpful to us - setting up a boat tour with a provider.
- Richard J (10/5): Great views and location - Great location, spectacular view of St. Vitus Church, walking distance to all attractions and hotel has park access to relax. Our room had its own sauna.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Little gem in the center of Cesky Krumlov - HOtel Gold is an excellent hotel , very central , cozy and very accommodating staff.
- Swee Kok (10/5): Great Hotel - The hotel is reasonably priced and the staff are friendly. The room is comfortable and it is located closed to the old town where all the tourist attractions can be found.
- Rebecca (8/5): Nice quaint hotel, good location - Lovely hotel, very pretty and nice location. Rooms very ornate and pleasant. Bed was a little uncomfortable - quite hard mattress and very thin pillow. Also very little breakfast. We went once at 7am and once at 9am and both times the hot food seemed to have run out!
