Eddy (2/5): Huge, aging hotel with tired features and unhelpful reception staff. - Large room and the hotel felt safe. When I arrived I was told the hotel’s system doesn’t work with booking.com and they had no record of my booking. They eventually admitted this wasn’t the case, but would not use the card that I had reserved the room with to take payment. I spent much of the rest of my stay trying to arrange payment. Additionally, I was initially given the key to a room that was already occupied. Luckily the porter noticed this before we got to the room. Once I got a room, there was one light that would not turn off, a fridge that make loud noises all night and the key cards to enter the room failed to work on almost every occasion I that I used them. All in all, a stressful stay from start to finish.

It is overpriced and the customer service is horrendous!!!!!!! - The building reflects an attractive 1980s design, but it now lacks functionality for its current use and is in urgent need of renovation. The facilities are severely outdated and fall short of modern standards. The level of service is unsatisfactory. Response times are consistently slow—for instance, requesting a wheelchair can take 15–20 minutes, causing significant inconvenience. Furthermore, staff appear unresponsive and require repeated prompting before providing assistance, which falls well below expected service standards.

Shehreyar (6/5): - The overall ambiance of the hotel We reserved deluxe king room from booking.com but we got standard king room at the same price at which the booking was done. The standard room was not as good as the deluxe king room that i booked online.

Mirza Ather (2/5): Very disappointing experience - Our stay was extremely frustrating due to multiple issues with the rooms. In the first room, the safe was not working, so we requested a room change. The second room we were given was not properly cleaned, and again the safe was not functioning. When we were moved to a third room, the condition was still not acceptable. The bathroom lock was faulty, and at one point I actually got locked inside the bathroom because the lock was not working properly. I reported these issues to the staff, but unfortunately they did not seem concerned and made no real effort to resolve the situation. Instead, they wasted a lot of my time moving between rooms and dealing with problems that should have been addressed beforehand. Because of all this, I ended up missing a very important meeting, which made the experience even more disappointing. Overall, the lack of maintenance and poor response from staff made the stay very unpleasant. Our stay was extremely frustrating due to multiple issues with the rooms. Muhammad (6/5): - Our experience at this hotel was unfortunately below expectations. Check‑in took far longer than it should have, especially considering there were only two guests ahead of us. When we finally reached the desk, we were told our room wasn’t ready but that we had been “upgraded.” However, the room we received was prepared for only one person, which immediately contradicted the idea of an upgrade. We informed hotel services about the missing items, and although they acknowledged the issue, no one followed up or resolved it. By around 10pm, before going to sleep, I ended up walking to housekeeping myself to request towels and toiletries. The staff there were helpful, but this is something that should have been handled without us having to chase it. Overall, the lack of communication and attention to detail made the stay less comfortable than expected. With better coordination and more responsive service, the experience could have been much improved.
