John (4/5): Probably would not recommend this place to friends. - Very disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. I am allergic to pet hair. When I laid down with my CPAP I immediately was unable to sleep due to the my sinuses plugging from the pet hair. I went on the back patio and it was better so i spent the night on an uncomfortable chair. Cleanliness of the room. Breakfast was served late and just seemed like it was thrown together. It was partially burnt and not very good. Lack of choices. 3 day old bananas was our only choice of fruit.

Kendall (10/5): We had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend. - The property is extremely charming and a lot of wonderful things to do for kids. The breakfast was really good. The only slight issue there was, was the fact that there was hair all over our bathroom when we arrived.
Diane (6/5): - It was a nice place and comfort but people kept slamming doors we was across from the workers and they kept opening and slamming things and the room was nice loved the patio but the shower had someone's bar of soap in it and hair on it that was gross. The noise in the hallway and doors slamming and kids running the hallways with no super vision and people up above us stomping and kids running around.

But other than that everything else was fine. The grounds outside were well kept just the building seems like it needs some updating. Overall not a bad place to stay.

The bathroom door was very strange-slid closed—an no fan working so it did not feel private. The soap was the worst—very slimy and you couldn’t seem to rinse it all off. This is the only complaint tho. We liked the location and grounds. Very close to a fun day in Berlin.

The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, making it easy to relax after a long day. One of the highlights was the peaceful atmosphere—perfect for a quiet getaway. The amenities were excellent, and everything was well thought out to ensure guests have a pleasant experience. I especially appreciated the attention to detail and the overall cleanliness of the entire property. The location is also fantastic, close to local attractions while still offering a calm and relaxing environment. Whether you're visiting for a weekend escape or a longer stay, I highly recommend Berlin Resort. I’ll definitely be coming back!

That there were no lights marking thr stairs in the theater area it made it hard foe my handicap mom to see where to go. We would recommend either turning lights on before and after the movie or lighting the stairs.

We ordered pizza and when it arrived, I didn't have enough hands. The front desk associate (I can't remember her name, but she works most Sundays) helped me all the way to my room. The grounds were a suprise treat as well. We will be back! N/A...we loved it all!

Fire alarm went off three times between 2am-5am. No real explanation on what was happening. Wasn’t told if there was a real fire or not. Alarm just continued to blare repeatedly. Not conducive for good nights rest.

Not what I expected from an Amish community facility. There were 3 types of breakfast casseroles {3?} and no other protein options except for sugar sweetened yogurt. No eggs or meat. Mostly carbohydrates; pastries, cold sugared cereals, pancakes/syrup, instant oatmeal and grits. There was a fruit basket with apples and green bananas. The next morning there was bacon and powdered eggs offered.

We love the elegance of the room and it's amenities. Always clean, and the staff is always accommodating. Thanks for another enjoyable experience.

Scott (10/5): Loved the pace of life,it was wonderful to slow down. - The cleanliness, excercise facilities , coffee/tea dispenser and the home style breakfast. Close the doors between the lobby and and the room hallway between 6am-9am, the conversations in the lobby travel. If you have a room near the lobby you wake up to the noise.
