- Kate (10/5): Peaceful property, soft bed, warm bath. Would come back! - The bathtub of my dreams 🤯🤯. Magnificent after getting cold and wet watching the penguins. This place was really cute and sweet. My only objection is I could hear EVERYTHING the family said next door when they arrived home. It seems once they were inside it wasn’t too bad but when they arrived home I could hear every word. It was a little concerning because I was there alone and I thought at one point they were inside because the voices were so loud and clear.

- coughlan (8/5): - Great base for taking in all that Phillip Island has to offer. We loved the peaceful vibe at this accommodation. My kids and I had a very restful sleep both nights that we stayed. It was also super helpful that Banksia Park Estate were able to accommodate my request for a late check out which we didn't need to avail of. I would stay here again although I might camp there instead. I noticed some maintenance needing attention. I guess our visit was at a time post a super busy period and Id imagine there has got to be some maintenance tasks that need to go on the list of chores to be be done during the quieter periods.

- Franziska (7/5): Clean apartment for fair price - Huge property with lots of lawn and cute geese, we even saw 2 wallabies around sunset time. No outside seating for our apartment, which was a pity because the backyard looked so nice. The plumbing made noises when showering, which can be quite noisy when neighbours coming home and having a late shower at night, especially when some of the guided tours at Pinguine parade finish quite late after 10:30pm.

- bita (9/5): Lucky to see the amazing sky - The cleanliness was very good. The sky was beautiful at night. The good air conditioner made the room warm enough. There were no insects at all, though, in the middle of nature. There were just a couple of ants near the kitchen. I like everything. If they can add BBQ in the big garden, that would be great. The location was good and close to Cape Woolamai Beacon and a good restaurant ( San Remo Fishermans Co-Op), but it has 20 min to the penguin parade and 10-15 min to the cowes' neighbourhood.

W apartamencie znaleźliśmy trochę owadów. Pomimo zamykania wszystkich okien. Natomiast zdajemy sobie sprawę że takie uroki na wsi i nie wpływa to na naszą ocenę obiektu.

There were only two towels which was not enough given there was a lovely spa bath. Some aspects were quite old such as the grout in the shower and the overall facility.

The shower is open so you have to stand on an angle so the water doesn’t land on the floor.

It is the place to go if you want peace and quiet and to commune with nature, without other people annoying you in the process. The facility is off the main road, and there are no traffic sounds to break the silence. It was so nice to see native animals & birds instead of people while staying there.

The staff was amazing and the studio where we stayed super clean and spacious with everything, what you may need for great holiday. Seeing the smallest Pinguins in the world ,was experience what we will never forget. Strongly recommend this beautiful place.And not to forget the Chocolate factory next door.We left Philip Island with bags of chocolates 😋 and souvenirs. N/A

With distant views to the water, bush behind the foreground field (with grazing kangaroos, geese, and water hens), it's a very relaxing stay on the beautiful Phillip Island. With some shops nearby in Newhaven & San Remo, and only ¼ hour to Cowes for bigger shops, or the GP circuit, it's well located. Very roomy and clean, with a nice bathroom and good water pressure. Also, very comfy beds. We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 nights here.

The accommodation was really clean and a few complimentary breakfast items were provided by the hosts. Hosts were very responsive to any questions we had. Minor criticism was there was not enough shower gel etc provided. However, I imagine if we had asked for extra it wouldn't have been an issue. Another minor thing was the TV was not a smart TV.

Super quiet and peaceful spot with a large yard area to have a picnic while watching wallabies. The room is really big and the kitchen has some breakfast items on arrival (cereal and milk). That was a nice touch. I have been here before and will come again. Small feedback was that I personally didn't like having a slip mat on the bottom of the shower
