Loved fireplace , heater worked like charm as well, so warm and cozy!!Bed so luxurious and comfortable!! Gardens so beautiful, loved the sound of the birds and the wildlife in the morning when you get up and have your coffee. Breakfast offered was wonderful!! All was great!!

• MELISSA (8/5): Overall a beautiful stay and will return - We had a really nice time and would love to return. The grounds were pretty, very private and conveniently located. We saw a deer near the back of the property which was unexpected. The room was bigger than expected, the pics don’t do it justice! We loved the indoor spa and fireplace. The decor, lighting and room ambience were beautiful. My only negative would be that I found the bed a bit hard (I prefer a plush style) and I think they need to upgrade to a king for the rates being charged. Larger and softer bed

• Jacqui (10/5): Perfection amongst the trees - This property has the absolute wow factor. It’s faultless. Privacy, space, ambience and everything has been considered. If you love nature and watching/listening to the birdlife and kookaburras it’s the place for you. The heating is exceptional, very high end and cosy. Excellent communication from Justin the host. It’s perfect there’s nothing to not like.

The location was quiet and peaceful but close enough to restaurants. The decking/balcony views of greenery were just stunning. Loved the extra touch of leaving some port and chocolates. Great bathroom amenities. Bed was super comfy. We were unlucky to have the central heating not working properly. It would keep turning off all the time. Have let management know and hopefully it is fixed for the next guests. The breakfast was ok, great size juice, milk and yoghurts but they only gave strawberry jam, a mixed selection of spreads would have been great. Great coffee machine. They provided black tea only, a peppermint or chamomile would be a great addition. The gas fire place was lovely but really loud.

Superb location with beautifully crafted interior. Thoughtful aesthetic touches and quality furnishings to create a feeling of luxury and tranquility. Perfect hosts, very easy to communicate with and quick to accommodate any requests. Absolutely loved the forest views all day and night (we could even see the stars from our bed). Loved the spa bath too. Good size for two.

• Anja (10/5): I give this a 12/10 - The hosts are the most lovely people I have ever spoken to. The location is a dream, it is so quiet but within 5 minutes you find tons of shops, restaurants and cafes. The accomodation is spotless and has everything you could want. We had such a comfortable stay and honestly I need to know where they got their robes from and how they wash them, because they were sooooo soft! 10/10 Couldn't fault a single thing!

Great location with an amazing bakery a short walk away. Very clean room surrounded by a lovely garden. We had a problem with internet connection and host fixed it asap. Nice touches offering homemade bread, port and chocolates. Suggest to the host to collaborate with other local businesses to better showcase to visitors what is on offer in the area. Suggest homemade jams, local croissants (to match the French theme), local soaps, etc. Also, there were quite a lot of mosquitos when sitting outside following recent rain. Bring your own repellent or bug spray.
