• George (10/5): ROME away from home. - My stay at ECCE Roma was great! Good host, good location and lots of places to shop and eat. The Train Terminal was 4 blocks from the hotel. Fanini,'s downstairs had a great American breakfast and Caffe Latte. What else could one ask for? I have no complaints for this hotel.
• TAYFUN (7/5): - Location, it was clean and tidy even though its small, staff was good and friendly Walls too thin, there was a neighbor up or next door couldn’t be sure, and the tv was on 24 hours with loud noise, literally all day even at 3 am 5 am doesn’t matter, and it could be heard even with ear plugs

• Stefan (9/5): - kommunikarion hat reibungslos funktioniert, sehr freundlich, wir haben rechtzeitig vor anreise alle informationen für den checkin und zugang erhalten, ein zimmer war zzr straße ausgerichter, da kann der verkehr und due tram etwas lauter werden, hat uns aber überhaupt nicht gestört, es gibt auch in der nähe einige mini markets, cafés und restaurants, und die nähe zu roma termini war perfekt für unsere reise

• Dieter (8/5): Ideaal verblijf om het centrum van Rome als citytrip te ontdekken. - Ruime kamer en badkamer, goede bedden en vriendelijk personeel. Ideale ligging als uitvalsbasis voor een citytrip. Handdoeken werden dagelijks vervangen. We wisten op voorhand dat er mogelijks geluidsoverlast zou zijn door de tram in de straat. We hoorden het wel maar door de vermoeidheid van het vele stappen sliepen we door het geluid heen.

• Pérez Oyarzabal (1/5): Ruidoso e insoportable - La limpieza es correcta. La cama es cómoda. Siempre tienen un teléfono de whatsapp donde atenderte. ATENCIÓN! Pasan dos tranvías por al rededor del "Hotel" que suenan y hacen temblar todo el edificio. No estoy exagerando. En cuanto vimos que el "Hotel" te dejaba tapones para los oídos el primer día encima de la cama nos temimos lo peor. No íbamos a poder dormir... Y efectivamente, a partir de las 5:30 AM, pasa cada 5 minutos y es imposible dormir. Es insoportable. El horario de estos trenes que rodean el edificio es de 5:30 a 23:59.

The accommodation provides ear plugs but it does not help…..sad but won’t stay here again

• Lilian (1/5): I will not stay at this hotel again! - The girl at the front desk was very rude and showed no consideration that we had just come from a 12-hour flight. She treated us disrespectfully and charged me an extra 20 euros in taxes even though I had already paid everything. Besides that, the place is horrible. The cleaning lady was the only one who was kind.
• G (7/5): Satisfying stay at Ecce roma - Very convenient to places of interest. Easy walk to Termini. Noise. In March, unable to turn on Aircon. Need to open window but noisy as tram car directly below runs late.

• Yuen (7/5): - Fabulous location as it closes to the main train station and staffs is very helpful in team of direct property location and access to room Room is quite hot and unable to adjusted temperature. However, Our room windows is faced restaurant garbage disposal area which bring unpleasants smell into the room.

Although there were reviews about the Tram noise, we actually don't mind it and the bed is comfortable. The room is small for 3 of us, dont have a proper space to open up our 2 luggages.
• Lidia (2/5): Pésima - La ubicación. Hay que enumerar la cantidad de cosas por las que no salimos contentos. 1. No es para nada como en las fotos, la estancia está que se cae en pedazos de vieja, el baño desconchado y las paredes sucias. 2. Las paredes son de papel y solo se oyen portazos y gente sin respeto hablando en la misma puerta de la habitación. Entendimos rápido porqué nos dejaban unos tapones en las mesitas de noche. 3. En ningún momento de nuestros 4 días de estancia vimos a nadie en la recepción. 4. Mi pareja cogió una contractura en el cuello por la almohada tan dura que tienen las camas. Tuvo que dormir con una toalla enrollada. 5. La luz led del cabecero de la cama no se puede ni encender porque hace un ruido insoportable que parece que va a explotar en cualquier momento. 6. Mejor llévate tu propio secador, porque el que tienen se sobre calienta al minuto y tienes que ir parando. Por no hablar del olor a quemado que desprende. 7. No hay perchero para colgar las toallas de baño.

• Anna (10/5): Super consigliato! - Ho soggiornato 2 notti a Ecce Roma. Staff molto disponibile. Posizione ottima, a 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione di Roma Termini. Stanza molto accogliente, spaziosa e soprattutto molto pulita! Ci tornerei sicuramente se dovessi tornare a Roma! Lo super consiglio

• Andrew (5/5): Good for location but for what you pay, you can find much better. - The location is great, close to heaps of restaurants and the train station. If you catch a hop on/off buss, the stop is about 2 blocks away. The room is much smaller than photos. It was a little dirty, reception is never there, the shower floor is very unstable and there was a bug in the soap dispenser. There’s no dead lock on the door, it felt a little unsafe - there are other rooms very close by and can get quite noisy.

• HK (1/5): 추가금을 과도하게 요구한 B&B 숙소 - 테르미니 역에서 가까움 이탈리아의 여행의 기억을 나쁘게 한 숙소였습니다. 무슨 이유에서인지 설정이 잘못되어 프리미엄 쿼드러플 룸이 아이 둘의 나이가 0, 0세로 예약이 되었습니다.(다른 숙소 두 곳에서는 발생하지 않았던 문제였습니다.) 실제 나이가 4, 8세였기 때문에 추가금을 지불할 수 있다고 생각하나 저희가 느끼기엔 그 요금이 과했습니다. 숙박 6개월 전 예약 당시 결제한 숙박료가 5박에 €793.14였는데 추가로 €317을 지불해야 했습니다. (도시세 €50는 별도 지불했음) 트램이 숙소 바로 옆으로 지나가기 때문에 새벽 6시 이전부터 밤 12시까지 기차가 바로 옆으로 지나가는 큰 소음이 있습니다. 욕실엔 곰팡이가 남아 있었습니다. 5일의 숙박동안 침구교체가 한번도 없었습니다. B&B 숙소의 특성 상 숙소에 직원이 상주하지 않습니다. 이탈리아 거주자가 아니어서 전화로 연락하기가 어려워 왓츠앱을 통해 연락을 취했으나 오후 3시 45분쯤 문의한 내역에 대한 대답을 다음 날 아침 9시가 넘어서 들을 수 있었습니다. 우리의 4세 아이는 이곳에서 숙박한 후 피부에 간지러움을 동반한 두드러기가 생겨 약을 먹어야 했습니다. 체크아웃은 10시입니다.

• Nadia (9/5): Visita a Roma - Ottima posizione! Vicina alla stazione Termini e comoda per visitare a piedi la città. Personale molto disponibile e gentile. Camera pulita. A noi non ha dato fastidio, ma sotto le finestre passa il tram e, ai più sensibili, può sembrare troppo rumoroso. La struttura mette a disposizione i tappi per le orecchie, che noi non abbiamo utilizzato. C'è da dire che di notte il tram non passa

• Νίκος (9/5): - Ωραίο ξενοδοχειο δίπλα στον σταθμό των τρένων άνετη πρόσβαση σε όλα τα αξιοθέατα ! Πολύ καθαρό ( κάθε μέρα κάνουν καθαριότητα ) ! Ο θόρυβος του τραμ εμάς προσωπικά δεν μας ενόχλησε. Το προσωπικό ήταν ευγενέστατο και μας άφησε να αφήσουμε τα πράγματα μας για κάποιες ώρες μετά το check out ! Λίγο παραπάνω συντήρηση χρειάζεται το μπάνιο γιατι πλημμύριζε.
• Andres (8/5): Bien con observaciones. - Sala de Star con café y aromáticas gratis, la ubicación también está bien. Al lado del cuarto pasa el tranvía, por lo tanto, el ruido que produce hace casi imposible dormir y descansar, incluso el hotel da tapones para los oídos, el problema es que cuando se hace la reserva en ninguna parte hacen mención a este ruido.

• Rita Sita (4/5): Not a good experience, hopefully it would be improved - The hotel located not far from the main station. I traveled with my daughter. I think the hotel area is not comfortable (noisy) and not safe for female travelers, especially at night. We stayed 2 nights at this hotel. On the last day , our flight back was at night while check-out time was 9-10 am. So we decided to leave our luggages in the councierge room after checking out until the time to go to the airport at about evening. The hotel staff's response was surprising: We could leave our suitcases in the concierge but there was no guarantee of the safety, although there was CCTV there (I assumed no hotel staff would be on duty at that day because it was a holiday). He/she texted that if we want to be safe, they suggested keeping our luggages somewhere else that is guarded 24 hours. It should also be noted that there is no enough space for guests to wait near the reception . We then decided leaving the hotel asap without keeping the luggages there.
• Leonie (9/5): Enjoyable stay only 5 mins walk to Roma Termini train station. - Great location, close to the train station. Walking distance to a lot of the tourist attractions, cafes and restaurants. Would definitely stay there again.
• Ohashi (8/5): 窓を防音にしてほしい - テルミニ駅のすぐそばで どこに行くにもとにかく便利。 レストランやスーパーマーケットも 徒歩圏内に数多あり11連泊した私たちにような観光者には安くてありがたい ホテルだった。 部屋も広く清潔で快適だった。 駅から近いぶん車両の往来が多いためかなり 騒々しい。周りにレストランも多く、朝からごみ収集車が瓶を収集する音がかなり気になる。 すぐそばに警察署もあるので 緊急車両も頻繁に通る。 私たちが宿泊した時は路面電車が工事で 運行していなかったが、運行していたら さらに騒々しいと思う。

I was pickpocketed while walking nearby. Very inconvenient. Of course that is no reflection on ECCE ROMA. The fact that I was pickpocketed while walking in the area.

• Axel (7/5): Ein zentraler schöner Aufenthalt in Rom - Die Lage war super zentral, 4 Minuten von Termini, 2 Minuten von der Santa Maria Maggiore, Restaurants direkt vor der Haustür Das man nur mit einem Türcode die Tür öffnen konnte! Es war schon sehr laut, aber wir konnten mit geschlossenen Fenster schlafen, außerdem lagen Ohrstoepsel da.

• Joanne (8/5): - The hotel was in a good location being near Roma Termini a bit of riff raff about, although was ok for the purpose. The beds were uncomfortable and leaking shower, overall it served its purpose but will not stay again.

• Reed (5/5): - Such a great location from the train station, close to all the attractions. Never had so much hair left on the bed / sheets at a hotel. Floors left so much stuff on our feet, definitely didn’t seem to have been mopped.
• Joseph (10/5): 6 days in Rome - Close to everything and easy to access, its on the first floor and very easy to get into the room and buildings because they all use codes so no need to bring keys everywhere. Situated close to the train station. The immediate area isnt too good for food but with a bit of a walk you escape the tourist traps and can find great restaurants. The location is great though very easy to go everything with bus and train station a few minutes away. The immediate surroundings have scummy looking people drinking or smoking till late at night and there looks like its not a very authentic Italian area as there was a lot of different foreign stalls or shops there.
