The staff was amazing! We particularly enjoyed Rose. She helped us book additional tours and everything was well organized and good quality. The staff was so accommodating to any question that we had. The hotel has a wonderful restaurant and a rooftop bar with amazing views of the village. It was absolutely a highlight of our travels staying at the Artemis cave suites. We also had a treatment in the spa. It was the most amazing experience we’ve ever had at a spa facility. We highly recommend it. The whole experience was a 10! It was all perfect!

Ofrecen traslado gratuito a la terminal y de pago razonable in/out al aeropuerto En lo particular no nos gustó la habitacion que nos toco y repetimos las quejas de otros huéspedes. Tiene muy poca iluminación, incluso en el baño y el colchón es malisimo. Se hunde en el medio, como dijo una huésped mas arriba Esta muy poco aislado y los ruidos son bestiales. Se escucha todo a punto de discutir con un vecino que estaba a los gritos a las 7 am y elevar una queja a la recepción por la plataforma que nunca contestaron Por ulrimo siendo huéspedes del hotel, en ninguna de las 2 noches pudimos tomar algo en la terraza porque, a pesar que se dice lo contrario, no dan prioridad a los alojados y esta lleno de gente de afuera Una pena porque el hotel es muy bonito pero dado el precio estas cosas no deberían suceder.

• sema (10/5): Amazing views and great staff, would definitely stay here again 👌🏻 - The hotel was amazing, very welcoming, helpful and friendly staff, breakfast was nice and varied choice, has a wonderful roof top bar where you can enjoy relaxing music, rooms are comfortable with under floor heating. The hotel is located in a great spot where you can see the whole of Goreme. Overall nothing I disliked but for people who struggle to walk it has a bit of a slope to walking up to the hotel.

Hotel so very well located than you don't need to leave it to see a perfect sunset or sunrise, although that is even better in the globe tour/ excursion. Spectacular the live music on the sunset, in the roof tops with friendly and fast hotel employees. Perfect!! Everything, at least very good. No complaints at all!

She provided us with all the information we needed and was very helpful and kind. We went on a hot air balloon ride with Butterfly company – true professionals. The breakfast was delicious, the service was great, and the rooms were clean. The cave rooms were spacious, warm, and amazing. A dream come true. Cappadocia, we love you – you are wonderful.

The breakfast was phenomenal, with a large selection of buffet to choose from. Would recommend! Having to enter your passport number every time you logged onto wifi - but this is a very small issue.

• Giorgio (8/5): Very recommended - The stay at the Cave was great, beautiful design and very clean! The staff was really nice and helpful. We also received a breakfast box for an early leaving. The rooftop Kaira was great and the breakfast was really good. This is mainly regarding the spa: I wish that at least the sauna and the steam room were included, so the price would have been justified if so. We also had a massage and it wasn’t great.

• Hao (9/5): - The location is super good. The views in the bar and on the terrace are amazing! We had enjoyable cocktail experience while watching sunset. The breakfast is the best I ever had in all hotels. The heating system is too good. In the first night the default temperature setting was too hot that I couldn't fall asleep. I turned the thermostat down to 15 degree, which was the lowest it can reach but I still felt heat convection at some corners so the real room temperature was still high. I had to leave the window open. The next morning a cat sneaked on my bed and woke me up when I inadvertently kicked it! Very interesting experience!

Detaylı bir otel araştırması yapmış biri olarak gönül rahatlığıyla söyleyebilirim ki; otelin konumu bölgedeki diğer alternatiflerden çok daha iyi. Çalışanlar son derece yardımsever ve ilgiliydi. Otel, hem genel alanlar hem de oda temizliği açısından oldukça başarılıydı. Barın atmosferi ve özellikle manzarası büyüleyiciydi; ancak bar dışındaki açık ortak alanlarda vakit geçirmekten de büyük keyif aldık. Ayrıca hamam kısmını şiddetle öneriyorum; buraya gelmişken mutlaka denenmesi gereken bir bölüm, biz çok memnun kaldık. Konaklamayı düşünen herkese tavsiye ediyorum, kesinlikle pişman olmayacağınıza eminim. Kahvaltı çeşitliliği maalesef biraz yetersizdi, özellikle sıcak ürünlerin sayısı artırılabilir ve kahvaltı saati en azından saat 11.00’e kadar uzatılabilir. Ayrıca odamız aşırı sıcaktı; her akşam klima açmamıza rağmen sıcakla başa çıkmakta biraz zorlandık. Ancak bunlar geliştirilebilecek detaylar; otelin geneli çok iyi olduğu için biz bu durumları pek sorun etmedik.

• Steve (10/5): Lovely Hotel in ideal location for a visit to Goreme Cappadocia - What a marvellous hotel, situated just perfectly beneath the rim of the Gerome Valley it's a perfect place to view the sunset.The Staff were excellent and we were thoroughly impressed with the receptionists (especially Rosie), chamber maids and the Hotel Manager. (Ayse Gunal).Our Suite was clean and delightful with an excellent ensuite and balcony facing towards the setting sun. Breakfast was fine, car parking was tight however reception often valet parked our hire car. Easy to walk into town that's full of shops and restaurants.I would highly recommend. nothing

• HOOSEUNG (10/5): - The accommodation was a cave hotel and was pretty and spacious. I enjoyed my breakfast too. Reception manager Rose brightly and kindly recommended balloon tours and mix tours, so I enjoyed a lot. It was nice to see the balloon rising at the hotel.

• Eleanor (9/5): Fantastic stay thank you! - Our room was spacious, the bed was comfortable and big. The restaurant attached to the hotel had fantastic views across Goreme. Very easy to see the balloons in the morning. The staff were very helpful and kind. Rose gave me some extra herbal teas and was very accommodating to our needs as guests. As were the other staff members! The music in the evening is very loud, luckily our room was on the ground floor.

The best thing I experienced is that the staff here is nice. I lost my purse in the room, and they helped me to find it. Also, you can see cute kitties everywhere, and one of the kitties followed us to our room and had a very wonderful sleep with us. That was so wonderful!! The view is also great. Near a very famous viewpoint. Reaching the hotel requires climbing a hill, so if you're pulling a suitcase and encountering heavy snow, that is hard. Just the way to the hotel, and there's no elevator, only stairs. But it makes sense, as this is a cave hotel.

Lo staff è gentile e sempre disponibile -soprattutto Rose, che è stata carina con noi fin dal primo incontro dandoci tutti i consigli utili e procurandoci altresì uno shuttle per l’aeroporto. Il ristorante è ottimo con prezzi un pó da rivedere ma in linea con quanto visto in Turchia. Insomma, tutto perfetto! Super Consigliato.

• Hua (10/5): - Location is the best, walking distance to the observation deck to see hot air balloons, they are very well observed from my rooms own terrace. Very friendly staff that helped me arrange tours and taxi with great ease. Room is very spacious and clean!
• Wallace (10/5): Magical Cave stay, Highly recommend! - Beyond amazing, everything you could ask for and more. Staff are so friendly, go above and beyond. Rose & Kubra were especially great, nothing was too much trouble. Room is huge, being able to stay in a cave was sensational. Bathroom is also bigger than most hotel rooms, with a bath, which was awesome after a big day. Large range at breakfast buffet, food delicious and fresh. Hotel pets just made my stay completely perfect. There is nothing, not to like.

• Michelle (10/5): - We could not have chosen a more perfect hotel for our stay in Cappadocia! The rooms built in the caves are simply impressive. They were very cozy and very clean. There is also an AC and everything in the minibar is for free. The staff was always very friendly and helpful. They organized the green tour and the balloon flight for us as well as the airport shuttle. You could rely on everything and paying in € is also possible - generally you get a discount when you pay in cash (€/$ or Turkish Lira). Staff was always replying fast on WhatsApp when we had questions or asked for restaurant recommendations. The location is in walking distance to everything. The rooftop bar with live music every night is amazing and also prices are reasonable. And the turkish hamam spa was incredible, definitely a must! The rooftop bar is opened also to external people not staying in the hotel - therefore it can happen that you don't get a place anymore - we think it would be good to reserve a small area only for hotel guests.
