Tamina (4/5): Nicht die Lage wert - Gute Lage, sehr nettes und hilfreiches Personal. Bett war bequem und sauber. Wir haben uns leider überhaupt nicht wohl gefühlt. Das Zimmer war kaum den Bildern entsprechend. Es wirkte abgerockt und billig eingerichtet. Der TV hing schief, Fleck an den Vorhängen, Kabel an der Decke hängend, Kaffeemaschine und Wasserkocher vorhanden, aber keine Steckdose in der Nähe. Am schlimmsten war das Bad: es stank durchgehend muffig und schimmelig, das Waschbecken hängt bereits leicht von der Wand, in der ritze ist Schimmel zu sehen, Duschkopf hat ebenfalls dunkle Flecken.

Das Frühstück besteht aus einem Gutschein für 1 Kaffee und 1 Croissant bei einer Bar ganz in der Nähe der Unterkunft. Das Zimmer war relativ klein und definitiv kein Luxury Room. Das Fenster war auf einen Hinterhof ausgerichtet, der von Gebäuden umkreist war. Das Badezimmer war okay, allerdings ohne Fenster. Die Betten waren nicht allzu gemütlich.

Dipika (7/5): Overall, it was a good stay with great service and facilities, but improving the breakfast experience would make it even - I recently stayed at this hotel in Rome for a few nights and overall had a very pleasant experience. The location was excellent, making it easy to explore the city and visit major attractions. The rooms were lovely, well-maintained, and very clean. I was especially impressed with the bathrooms—they were spotless and always smelled fresh. The hotel is also very child-friendly, which made our stay much more comfortable as a family. The staff provided amazing hospitality throughout our visit and were always helpful and welcoming. However, the breakfast arrangement was disappointing. It was served at a different restaurant, which was inconvenient, and the options were very limited—only coffee and a croissant. This was particularly unsuitable for children, as there were no alternative options available for them.

La camera non era pulitissima e la tv non funzionava. Inoltre, in fase di prenotazione mi ha contattato il proprietario confermandomi che il pagamento sarebbe avvenuto direttamente in struttura il giorno dell’arrivo. In realtà il giorno precedente al mio arrivo, mi hanno chiesto la carta di credito a garanzia del pagamento, scalandomi i soldi subito. Francamente non lo trovo corretto, preferirei che le policy di pagamento siano chiare e definite in fase di prenotazione.

Неудобная кровать.. Красный светодиодный свет по всему потолку, так и не разобрались, как его выключить, пульт не работал.

Maria (1/5): Grande delusione - Solo la posizione Sul sito c e scritto compreso colazione e quando arrivi non c e reception e una ragazza ti dice di andare giù al bar a fare colazione dove puoi prendere solo una bevanda calda e una brioche.In camera due luci su tre non vanno,in bagno c e puzza di fogna e il box doccia rotto quindi bisogna stare attenti a farsi la doccia altrimenti allaghi il bagno .
giuliani (3/5): - Partiamo subito male... il tipo di pagamento era "in struttura ' e per ben due volte hanno fatto come volevano, la prima volta mi hanno addebitato l'importo qualche giorno prima senza autorizzazione (poi stornato dopo chiamata a booking), la seconda con un messaggio mentre eravamo in viaggio verso Roma.... a quel punto ho lasciato stare Colazione... é indicata colazione inclusa e ti aspetti una sala colazione come tanti b&b hanno, invece la colazione é in un bar piccolo (con bagno sporco) dove puoi scegliere una bevanda calda e brioche, il resto te lo paghi... Diciamo che l'unica nota a favore é la posizione!

Eléna (9/5): Dolce vita - Idéalement situé et plutôt calme. Plein de restaurants sympa et de pâtisseries. En plus en face de l’AS ROMA. Une bonne surprise. On peut tout visiter à pieds La qualité phonique entre les chambres sans que ce soit une gêne.

Alexandra (8/5): - L emplacement était parfait pour nous Le Petit déjeuner qui est inclus se prend dans un établissement à côté de l hôtel , je ne l avais pas vu noté dans l annonce , tout dépend de votre heure de départ , la brasserie n est pas ouverte , car elle ouvre à 8h , du coup vous ne pouvez pas prendre de petit déjeuner , dommage , c’est le seul point négatif .
Mª SOLEDAD (7/5): Urna situación si vas al Vaticano - Bien Situado para mí. Cerca del Vaticano. Cama incómoda ( colchó vencido) mal olor en la habitación a cañerías. Huele muy mal.
Dana (10/5): Amazing apartment with beautiful interior and kind personnel - Very quiet place with pleasant interior. The bed was really comfortable and in our apartment we had plenty of blankets and towels. The coffee machine in one of our rooms didn’t work, and it spilled water on the table, but for us it wasn’t a big deal, we just cleaned it afterwards.😅 Personnel were very kind and helpful, even told us about the city a bit, which was a very kind of them. Personally I liked the quietness and accessibility of the apartment the most — very good restaurants and shops right at the corner of the building, Vatican, of course, and good internet inside the apartment. I will definitely book this place again when visiting Rome! A bit hard to navigate through the levels of building through stairs, as there are no markings on the corridors on which level you are, but there are signs everywhere that guide to your booked apartment, so it wasn’t a big deal.
