Guest Reviews
- Tim (6/5): - It worked. Not the cleanest. Our room was next to the smoking area of a bar next to the hotel.
- Derek (8/5): - Nice clean, updated rooms. Did find it to be a bit cool even with the heater cranked but still tolerable. Good place to stay if you just need a place to sleep
- sara (10/5): - Such an awesome little spot. Super clean. Super friendly. Central to hot spots. Would definitely recommend to anyone.
- Allan (6/5): - Walking distance to places to eat
- joe (6/5): - No bath mat. Taking a shower was scary.
- Walter (8/5): - Good rstes
- Julianne (10/5): - Second time staying there this year.
Excellent customer service.
Rooms are clean and the bed is comfy.
Next door to the pub and restaurant.
Great for overnite travelling.
- Walter (6/5): - Great for the price and near the pub but the heat didn’t work last night and it was -5
- Walter (6/5): - Good for the price
- troy (6/5): - The room was ok thine floors and walls
- Xander (6/5): - Clean and cheap, wifi almost doesn’t work though. Great for work stay
- Tanya (4/5): - Great price however property in rough condition. Not like the photos. Room was overpowered by smell of an air powerful air freshener.
- Scott (10/5): - Easy, convenience and friendly staff
- Chris (8/5): - It was close to everything that you need food fuel , alcohol etc
- Gary (10/5): - Great bed
- Jane (6/5): - There is problem withe water ..and I had to get water from the manager..who first tried to get me to pay for Water
- Bernard (4/5): - Rooms need better cleaning, dirty bathrooms, need upgrades, leaking shower, spraying everywhere
- Eldon (6/5): - Room was furnished with thrift store bargin finds. Quality of maintenance is shoddy at best. Bed was comfortable though. Don't expect to be impressed with the room.
- Susan (6/5): - We were unable to stay here. Friend we were to visit was hospitalized. Sorry we can't get our money back
- Kalee (2/5): - Reservation was not held. Front desk referred us to another hotel, which quoted us a $150 more for a room for the night. This caused us to have to drive over an hour to a more reasonable motel, in the dark. Seems like a scam between the motels to con people pit of more money. Very disappointed
- Peter (10/5): - We spent a night at this pleasant and convenient motel. It's fairly basic and modest but reasonably priced and answers most needs. The WiFi signal was a bit slow in our room.
- Trevor (10/5): - Great
- Terrace (2/5): - After booking the room. The manager phoned me to say that they had no rooms available after I had already paid for the room. I had to drive to the hotel to get my refund. Why did Expedia say that there were rooms available here? Not happy about this.
- Cathe (8/5): - Great customer service and 1 of our rooms was nicely redone and comfortable. Fridge didn’t work and air conditioner was directly beside the bed so it was disruptive for sleeping but as they seem to be continuing their upgrades we would stay again
- ken (10/5): - Stayed here 2x first time the hotel was over booked, the owner, Manny, went above and beyond to get us booked in at a competitors place. Top notch costumer service we will definitely stay here again!!! Great place to sit out and relax after a day on the road!
- Kinc (10/5): - Really friendly staff and really good stay. Place looks freshly renovated as well. Would stay again
- Kinchit (10/5): - Really good and clean property.
- Tara (6/5): - .
- liz (8/5): - Very comfortable bed. Towels were very small.
- Jem (10/5): - .
- Nina (4/5): - The staff was nice but the unit was not well built. The construction finishes were very poor.
- Joseph (10/5): - great location, downtown princeton. next door to billys restaurant for breakfast, which was great. They also have the main bar next door. Staff were great.
- Darlene (10/5): - Staff are super
- Grant (10/5): - Great
- EDWARD (10/5): - Great friendly staff.
- Bummoo (10/5): - Decent cleaness overalm good
- Bob (2/5): - I booked and then they cancelled saying it was double booked
- STEPHEN (8/5): - Close to restaurants. Clean
- Stephanie (2/5): - We booked and payed online to stay one night on our way from Victoria to Waterton to scatter my dad’s ashes. Our ferry was delayed and we had some issues getting there and arrived at 11:30 to lights out and a locked door and no way to get our room. We were exhausted but no rooms were available anywhere as it was the long weekend. We ended up having to keep driving through the night. We did finally see the fine print on our
booking that indicated there was a closing time for office hours. That’s not something I’ve ever encountered before so I did not even think to check. We paid for a room we were not able to access. I recognize I the information was there for me to read if I knew ahead of time where to look but I did not even realize there’d be an issue. That important information was not provided before I booked or I would not have booked it in the first place as we were not sure exactly what time we’d get in. No idea it would be a problem. Very disappointed
- kenneth (8/5): - Rooms were clean and renovated
- Kerry (8/5): - I’ve stayed hear a few times when we have gone on motorcycle trips. It’s clean it’s cozy it’s at the right place to take a rest off the motorcycles, there’s a pub next door and a family restraint on the other side! So we get to have a cold one, a good sleep and breakfast the next morning before we head out on the bikes again
- Patricia (10/5): - This hotel is not fancy but we really like it. Friendly and helpful staff, sits between a family restaurant and a pub. The TransCanada trail is just across the hwy. which is a great walk for humans and dogs. Coffee is available in the room and next door and at the gas station-all a short walk. It is right in town so you can walk almost everywhere. It is just what we wanted for our one night stay
- Lavonne (10/5): - Very clean and pleasant staff!
- Jessica (8/5): - This was a perfectly reasonable option for quick overnight in Princeton. The room was uniquely renovated, with some cut corners here and there, but perfectly serviceable. If you’re looking for a quiet spot, you might want to look for a newer building. Our neighbours could be heard pretty clearly having a wonderful time, but we were able to return the favour and had a laugh! If I was looking to get a deep restful sleep, I probably would have been pretty annoyed. At the end of the day, I would book again.
- Norman (10/5): - Nice
- Brandon (2/5): So bad! - That might have been the dirtiest hotel I have stayed in. And that’s saying a lot. Stains all over the wall and bedding I wouldn’t let touch my skin. Just have to wash all my clothes because that is what I slept in.
- Linda (8/5): - It was a great spot that allows dogs. Nice staff, clean rooms. Thanks
- Courtney (10/5): - Excellent!
- Ron (4/5): - This property did not have room lighting, only three lamps with very low wattage bulbs. No phones in room, no radio or clock, card table and fold up chairs. Very dark. On the plus side, bed was clean and comfortable.
- Perry (6/5): - Ok , clean enough. Kitchenette is not well equipped. Not even a can opener. Kitchen cupboards need a good cleaning inside
