Tsimashenka (10/5): - Отличный отель. Номера чистые. Можно заезжать в позднее время, так как не нужно получать ключи от номера. Все приходит сообщением на телефон. Просто приезжаете и открываете дверь кодовым замком. Приятной неожиданностью для нас оказалось что можно поиграть в бильярд, дети остались довольны. За доп плату есть сауна. У нас был включен завтрак, и мы отлично позавтракали , так как это был шведский стол. В общем отличное место если решите поехать в Краков, так как на машине до Кракова 15 20 минут

Peter (9/5): - Veľká izba a fajn poloha hotela. Cca. 15 minút chôdze do centra Wieliczky, prípadne na vlakovú stanicu vo Wieliczke Balkón - so stolíkom a žiaľ iba jednou stoličkou :( Veľmi chutné raňajky s bohatým výberom, za ktorý by sa nehanbil ani väčší hotel. Check-in - používajú sa dvere s kódom, takže pohodlné aj keby ste prišli neskôr večer. Napriek negatívam, ktoré píšem nižšie, hodnotím hotel veľmi vysoko. Ale samozrejme priestor na zlepšenie tu je :) Matrace na posteli boli na náš vkus až príliš mäkké. Ale niekomu to môže vyhovovať. Sprchový kút bez dverí, iba presklené z polovice (tento koncept som stále nepochopil), takže človek sa nevie poriadne osprchovať bez toho, aby sa voda dostala aj mimo sprchový kút...a trochu slabší tlak vody, ale nič strašné. Chcelo by to venovať trochu viac pozornosti čistote koberca/podláh, keďže moje biele ponožky boli špinavé veľmi rýchlo... Parkovanie - v dvoch radách za sebou, takže sa hostia hotela vedia vyblokovať. Rieši sa to zanechaním lístka s telefónnym číslom, ale viem si predstaviť, že niekto môže takto zaparkovať, odísť skoro ráno do bane vo Wielickze a hosť, čo parkuje pred ním sa mu ani nedovolá a bude musieť čakať... Nám sa to našťastie nestalo, ale človek to mal stále v hlave, že musí dávať pozor, kde a ako zaparkuje, aby sa dostal preč...Ale stále lepšie mať parkovanie, ako ho hľadať v okolí..

Pokój był pięknie urządzony, czysty i pachnący. Łazienka przestronna i komfortowa. Na szczególne wyróżnienie zasługuje przemiła pani w recepcji– zawsze uśmiechnięta i pomocna 💜 Śniadanie przygotowane z dużą starannością i dbałością o szczegóły.Dużym atutem jest także możliwość skorzystania z sauny – idealnej na wieczorny relaks. Vanessa (8/5): - Amplitud y modernidad de la habitación. Habitación enmoquetada y muy limpia. Desayuno variado. Ubicación perfecta para visitar la mina de sal. Al llegar no funcionaba el lector de código para entrar al hotel y no había recepción. Por teléfono no atendían pero avisé por Booking chat y nos abrieron a distancia. Luego ya una vez en la habitación hay una tarjeta para entrar al hotel y a la habitación, y no se repite el problema de no poder acceder.

Dorota (8/5): - W hotelu było czysto! Pokój po remoncie, choć cały obiekt chyba w trakcie modernizacji. To jednak nie przeszkadzało w pobycie. Bardzo dobre i zróżnicowane śniadanie! W zasadzie tylko jedna rzecz. Drzwi do apartamentu po remoncie, były z szybą i zwykłe wewnętrzne domowe drzwi. Po mocnym kopnięciu można łatwo wejść do środka. I bardzo mało wygłuszały odgłosy z korytarza - dwa poranki i dwie bardzo wczesne pobudki całkiem niezaplanowane.

Thomas (7/5): Gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis - Zimmer und Bad sowie das Frühstück waren gut. Es gab keinen Zimmerservice. Zimmer wurde während des Aufenthalts nicht gereinigt und keine Handtücher gewechselt. Auch die Mülleimer wurden erst auf Nachfrage geleert.

Wojciech (10/5): Udany pobyt - Biorąc pod uwagę stosunek ceny do jakości obiekt wypada bardzo dobrze. Martwiłem się trochę o miejsce parkingowe, ale zaparkowaliśmy bez problemu. Pierwszy plus za formę wejścia do pokoju - przesłany w wiadomości SMS kod załatwia temat. Pokój bardzo ładny, elegancka łazienka. Byliśmy pozytywnie zaskoczeni śniadaniem - duży wybór, wszystko dobre i świeże. Miły personel. Polecam.

Anna (8/5): Pleasant stay, amazing breakfast! :) - Best breakfast I ever had long since - there was just everything one could wish for. The room was very small but it was just enough for a single person, but with a large balcony. Couldn't use it, unfortunately, because it rained - but a very nice feature. :) Will be happy to return, thank you for the stay! I missed a coat hook. But that's all. :)

Jose Carlos (9/5): - La habitación estaba muy bien, relación calidad-precio perfecta y el desayuno estaba muy bueno. La almohada es muy fina. Pese a que llegamos a las 9pm y en Booking dicen que el check-in es hasta las 11:00 p.m., nos encontramos con que al llegar no había parking para nosotros y al contactar con el personal por Booking y WhatsApp no obtuvimos respuesta hasta la mañana siguiente.

Justyna (8/5): - Świetny hotel, bardzo dobre śniadania, blisko do centrum i niedaleko trasy prowadzącej na Kraków. W naszym pokoju było cały czas słychać dźwięk klimatyzacji (pomimo, że była wyłączona). Pierwszą noc przez to nie spaliśmy przez pół nocy. Byłam tu kilkukrotnie i wydawało mi się, że pokoje wtedy były trochę lepiej utrzymane
Sandra (7/5): - Śniadania bardo duży wybór. Wygodne łóżka. Dźwięki przepływającej wody w innych pokojach. Brak gniazdek przy łóżku. Słabe ciśnienie wody pod prysznicem. Zatkana umywalka słabo odpływająca woda. Brak miejsca na odłożenie kosmetyków w łazience.
Ewa (6/5): - Śniadanie było ok. Parking obok hotelu. Czystość w łazience pozostawiała wiele do życzenia, problem z kontaktem z recepcja po godz. 20. Brak wieszaków w szafie (były tylko 2, na 4 kurtki). Pokój mały, pościel nie była przyszykowana dla wszystkich mimo rezerwacji pokoju dla 4 osób.
