- Kai-Helin (10/5): Home away from home - Konrad apartments are in the heart of downtown Tartu, nearby restaurants, museums and shopping. We stayed at a one bedroom apartment with a toddler and infant. The apartments arranged a crib at no extra cost. I would recommend Konrad to both solo travelers and families alike. The apartments have a kitchenette, WiFi, cable, washing machine and even laundry detergent is provided. There’s a parking lot 5 minute walk away, only please note that it might be difficult to find a spot there on weekends when parking is free of charge.

- Verified traveler (6/5): Good choice, but no AC - Location was great, apartment had everything we needed. But unfortunately it was 30 degrees Celsius, and there was no air conditioning. In addition, there was only one window in the entire apartment that opened, so it was very warm at night. We were given a fan, but that was noisy.

Isoimman plussan se saa kuitenkin kovien helteiden aikaan toimineesta tehokkaasta ilmastoinnista! Meitä yöpyi kolme aikuista yhden mh:n asunnossa ja mahduimme hyvin. Illalla oli mukava käydä kattoterassilla istumassa ja katsomassa auringonlaskua.

Y las ventanas dan a las maquinas de aire de bares muy ruidosas. No puedes terner la ventana abierta por el ruido..El apartamento es muy nuevo y en general muy bien y está en el centro. Salvo el acceso y la ubicación de interior al patio trasero de almacén.
- Stephen (10/5): Ideally located for the old town. - Great spot, you are right in the middle of things here, with 5 of the top 10 eats in Tartu within 50 metres but for us at least very quiet.
- Mela (10/5): Beautiful hotel in the middle of Old Tartu - Tartu is a lovely town with a friendly vibe and beautiful parks, buildings, museums to explore around every corner. It's a real treat that balances the busyness of the Baltic capitals. The Konrad Old Town apartments is a very convenient place to stay because it's located off the main pedestrian thoroughfare in Old Town. We were able to walk there from the main bus station. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The apartments are quite modern and new--a tucked away contrast with the surrounding Old Town neighborhood. (Don't be put off by the entrance through a gated driveway.) They have an arrangement with the nearby Werner Cafe, so you can get a breakfast buffet for a small additional charge. Pleasant place to stay for your Tartu visit.

- Alistair (8/5): Comfortable central location - Arrived shortly after a huge storm to find the alarm systems had been triggered and wouldn't switch off ! The young lady in charge showed tremendous initiative in sorting things out and manually disconnecting things. Our apartment was on the second floor and we hadn't realised there was no elevator - in fact the young lady was again to the rescue and carried our baggage up for us !! The furnishings are simple but stylish and everything was in very good condition. This was an ideal base for a short visit to see the sights. On our departure we had similar help with the luggage - we really couldn't praise the staff enough.

Huoneistossa oli kaikki tarvittavat asiat, mitä me matkallamme tarvitsimme. Jos jotain huonoa oli, niin kuumuus. Vaikka ulkolämpötilla oli alle 20 niin huone oli kuin sauna. Etsinnöistä huolimatta, emme löytäneet kytkintä ilmastoinnille. Huoneessa oli vain tuuletin, joka oli paljon päällä. Ikkunoita ei uskaltanut ainakaan yöllä pitää auki,koska olimme ensimmäisessä kerroksessa.
