• christian (7/5): - L'emplacement, la vue, la literie, le surclassement spontané. 2 fuites d'eau dans la chambre à cause de la climatisation (malgré une première intervention des techniciens). Petit déjeuner: beaucoup de choix mais de qualité moyenne. Le personnel qui fait la chambre ne vérifie visiblement pas s'il reste savon, shampooing ou papier dans la salle de bain; il faut donc réclamer.

• Zayed (9/5): - The stay was good in this hotel… good services and great location.. except that the person in the billiard hall was rude and inappropriate… it was 10 pm and he said that there is no time and it will close after an hour… I told him that we only want half an hour and when we asked him to play his response was that you are in our country and you must respect us in a strange and foolish way and we were wondering why this person is hostile and what is the reason and this reflects the impression of this respectable hotel

• TAN (8/5): - It is a 4 star hotel with shopping mall next to it. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Room and facilities are old and cracks everywhere which not being properly maintained. Bath towel, bed sheet, booster sheets are old and looked dirty. Breakfast is not continental, traditional Indonesian foods with lots of fried items, not delicious!
