• Leonie (6/5): Für den Preis findet man in der gleichen Gegend schönere Unterkünfte. - Die Lage ist gut, rundherum gibt es nette Beach Bars und Restaurants, sowie 7/11. Das Zimmer war groß und man konnte vom Balkon den Sonnenuntergang bestaunen. Die gesamte Anlage ist in die Jahre gekommen. Die Möbel teils zerschlissen, Vorhänge, Kissen und Handtücher fleckig, das Bad hatte alte Armaturen und hat nach alten Rohren gemüffelt. Der Pool auch etwas abgerockt mit zerschlissenen Liegen und defekten Fliesen. Kein direkter Zugang ins Meer.

The beds are big, the staff can’t do enough for you, especially San Oo and Hugo who looked after me and my husband so well. Any issue we had was addressed straight away, with complimentary cocktails for a minor issue. Towels were refreshed every day. No issue with getting fresh pool towels. Pool was lovely, some lovely places to eat nearby and the hotel restaurant food is delicious. Would 100% come back here and thank you so much for looking after us!

Durante a nossa estadia, tivemos algumas situações na receção que consideramos importantes referir. Logo no momento do check-in, um dos colaboradores da receção apresentou um valor de mais de 10.000 bath. A diferença era significativa e só foi corrigida porque verificámos atentamente no momento. Adicionalmente, no primeiro dia, ocorreu um pequeno incidente em que o dispensador de shampoo caiu acidentalmente. Informámos imediatamente a receção, de forma transparente, para que tivessem conhecimento do sucedido e para esclarecer eventuais custos. No momento do check-out, foi-nos inicialmente cobrado um valor de 700 baht pelo frasco, apesar de o preçário indicar claramente um custo de 400 baht. Após chamarmos a atenção para essa discrepância, o colaborador confirmou que tínhamos razão e procedeu à correção. Consideramos que estas situações demonstram falta de rigor nos valores apresentados ao cliente, o que pode gerar desconforto e desconfiança. Recomendamos uma maior atenção e consistência por parte da equipa na comunicação de custos. Podiam ainda indicar, on-line, por exemplo, que o hotel cobra 3% de taxa para pagar com multibanco.

The food is simply exquisite — the cuisine is of an excellent standard, and the staff are exceptionally friendly. The spa is beautifully designed, and you can enjoy fantastic massages. The pool is also very inviting for a swim. The rooms are clean and are thoroughly serviced every day. Highly recommended. We will definitely come back!

She fell off the platform and suffered from severe pain for two full days. It was only on the third day that her condition began to improve, which significantly affected our stay and our ability to enjoy the trip. ​I believe this platform is a tripping hazard and should be clearly marked or modified to prevent future guests from getting injured. ​I look forward to hearing your thoughts on how you intend to address this issue. ​Best regards, ​ selictar marcel

Mit Motorrad muss man wirklich aufpassen das man nicht fällt. Es ist nicht schwierig wenn man alle 100 Schlaglöcher mit Sand füllt. Dann Ware das Resort sogar 5 Sterne ⭐️

• Luisa Sophie (7/5): Trotz ein paar Mängeln waren wir zufrieden und würden wieder kommen. - Das Personal war immer sehr freundlich. Das Frühstücksbuffet hat jeden Tag etwas variiert, was mir gut gefallen hat. Das Abendessen im Restaurant haben wir zwei mal genutzt. Dort hat es uns wirklich sehr gut geschmeckt. Die Location/Räumlichkeiten zum Essen sieht sehr besonders und schön aus. Die Kellner geben sich sehr viel Mühe. Am Pool waren immer liegen frei. Der Taxi Service hat sehr zuverlässig und einfach funktioniert. Das Hotel hat das Ausleihen des Motorbikes organisiert, was dadurch sehr einfach und angenehm war. Die Zimmer waren sehr groß und die gesamte Hotelanlage ist sehr schön gestaltet. Das Frühstücksbuffet finde ich Qualitativ leider nicht sehr gut. Die Auswahl hätte auch größer sein können. Die Hotelzimmer sind leider sehr hellhörig. Man hört alles von den Nachbarn nebenan sowie darüber. Die gesamte Hotel Anlage ist renovierungsbedürftig. In unserem Zimmer hat sich teilweise die Tapete schon abgelöst. Die Liegen am Pool waren teilweise beschädigt. Die Handtücher für den Pool sowie die Bettwäsche waren leider teilweise kaputt und hatten Flecken, die schon älter aussahen. Wir hatten zudem leider etwas Pech, da zu dem Zeitpunkt unseres Aufenthalts direkt gegenüber unseres Zimmers der SPA renoviert/neu gebaut wird. Das war leider nicht angenehm, da der Lärm bereits um 8 Uhr los ging. Wir wollten eigentlich den Laundry Service in Anspruch nehmen, allerdings zahlt man hier für jedes Teil was man hat. Wir wären somit auf knapp 750 Baht gekommen. Haben dann einfach ein paar Straßen weiter den Laundry Service genutzt, welcher uns nur 185 Baht gekostet hat.

• DOREL SARA (10/5): מושלם! נחזור שוב! - פעם שניה שלי במלון. הוא רבע שעה מההדרין, קצת רחוק מכל ההמולה (בקטע טוב). האוכל טוב, אין הרבה מבחר אבל עדין סבבה לגמרי. הצוות של המלון מדהימים, מרגיש כמו משפחה קטנה. הבריכה נדירה, חדרים מרווחים מאוד. היה יום שביקשנו בלילה עוד שמיכה ואמרו לנו שאי אפשר בשעה כזאת, שזה קצת מוזר, אבל חוץ מזה הכל מעולה.

Вокруг отеля ничего нет, пешком никуда не дойти, передвижение только на машине или байке. Море есть, но на него можно только смотреть.У моря есть только скамейки, лежаков нет. На территории отеля купаться можно только в бассейне, который находится внутри отеля, не на море. Жуткая дорога к отелю.
• Lukas (10/5): Excellent stay, warm and friendly environment and staff, beautiful location - The spacey and well taken care of rooms, cozy and quiet, beautiful pool/garden area, lots of plants, lush and green. Beach easy to access and swim during low tide, extremely friendly and helpful staff, tasty breakfast, particularly the freshly prepared eggs. Yes, the access road may be flooded during high tide, HOWEVER, the hotel provides pickup at the street for no cost during those times. The street is next to a protected mangrove and managed by the government, hence, the hotel is legally not allowed to do any improvents on the road. -

• Andrew (8/5): Almost perfect.... - If you could pick this hotel up and move it to a location with a beach it would score 10/10. Staff are very polite and go the extra yard to help. The reception staff are excellent. A shout out to Sharif... 5 stars! Our room was massive with decent furnishings. The on site restaurant served amazing food. The hotel has no beach except at low tide. It's located next to a mangrove forest so make sure you smother yourself in bug spray. The rooms are huge but the bed is a standard sized double? Surely a king or queen sized bed would be nicer and add more comfort. These are smallish issues which didn't spoil our time at the hotel... but the hotel management need to control the amount of non residents with their kids using the pool.... On Sunday there were screaming kids everywhere. One of the dads said as long as we buy food they don't care who comes in.

• Annette (4/5): Man benötigt auf jeden Fall eine Roller o.ä. um etwas zu unternehmen. - Die Zimmer waren mehr als großzügig mit einem großen Balkon. Wenn auch ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen. Für die Moskitos gab es in der Steckdose Antimückenschutz. Badezimmer sehr geräumig. Wir waren am Mae Haad Beach zum Schnorcheln und am Abend am Strand wo die Moon Shine Partys stattfinden. Das Frühstück hat unserer Erwartungen nicht erfüllt. Es wurde kaum nachgefüllt wenn etwas es leer war. Selbst dann wenn es noch lange Frühstückszeit war. Viele Produkte wie in der Art von Art Käse Sandwich und Arme Ritter wurden nicht frisch gemacht und waren entsprechend trocken. Wir waren zum Glück nicht so lange vor Ort, sonst wäre es mehr als eintönig geworden. Strand gab es nicht, nur einen Zugang zum Wasser über eine Treppe. Es gab eine kleine Rasenfläche zum sitzen mit sehr unbequemen Stühlen ohne Auflage und keine Liegen. Diese Stühle waren auch für den Abend gedacht wenn man draußen sitzen wollte und die Strandbar schon geschlossen hatte. Strandfeeling zum entspannen sieht anders aus. Der Pina Colada war furchtbar. Wir mussten leider auch länger bei der Ankunft auf unser Zimmer warten.

The restaurant menu had plenty of choice, the breakfast buffet too. The rooms are huge with plenty of space for two small kids. Wifi was more than suitable to stream for a meeting I had. This is the second time we have stayed here in the last few years, I'm sure it's a place we will choose again.

The hotel is a great choice if you're going to Full Moon Party, it's 15 -20 mins away by car and is secluded from the noise at Haad Rin beach. None we found everything great.
