Not many fruits and breads looked a bit sad. I have been to some hotels in Thailand with noodle bars but the Hotel once did not have that either.

- Vanessa (8/5): Anywhere with my favourite person! - The staff was very kind and professional throughout the entire stay. The room was spacious and minimal, exactly what we were looking for. The location of the hotel was not too far from the BTS station and accessible to taxis as well. Some things in the room weren't quite functional such as the taps to turn on/off the hot/cold water (they were a little confusing). And, the bathtub had some pieces falling apart. The big window curtain would bump against the window when the wind was strong making it a loud noise during the night to sleep. The bedroom door was quite heavy and it would bang hardly if we would just let go of it while entering/exiting. Even though we brought our own bath bomb, we feel that it should be a courtesy from the hotel to offer 1 bath bomb, since the costumer had already paid for a special jacuzzi room. Appreciate you hearing our feedback.

Smell of sewage . The window blinds being on the outside made the windy nights extremely loud

La habitación era amplia, limpia y muy cómoda, perfecta para descansar después de un día explorando. Además, las instalaciones estaban muy bien cuidadas, y el ambiente en general era tranquilo y acogedor. La ubicación también fue un punto fuerte, ya que nos permitió movernos con facilidad y disfrutar de los alrededores sin complicaciones. Y qué decir del desayuno… variado, delicioso y con opciones para todos los gustos. Sin duda, ha sido una experiencia muy positiva y volveríamos a elegir este hotel sin pensarlo. ¡Totalmente recomendado!

We did like the little pool in front of the hotel for cooling down. The room was a little bit worn here and there. The breakfast was pretty standard.

- Goran (10/5): Lyxig vibe i rymliga rum - Vi gillade egentligen allt med hotellet. Rummet var stort som en lägenhet och badrummet var otroligt. Verkligen en lyxig känsla i vistelsen. Trots att hotellet endast var 8 våningar högt hade man en jättefin utsikt från takterassen över skyskrapor och floden. Frukosten var mycket bra och du kunde välja fritt från en bred meny av lagad mat. Stadsdelen Old Town har en lite lugnare vibe och med lägre bebyggelse - lite mer av vardags-bangkok. Nära till floden är helt klart ett plus - en tur på den är en upplevelse. Det enda som var lite av ett minus var att poolen låg lite utanför, vid sidan av hotell-entrén. Men det funkade fint ändå.

We were greeted with complimentary welcome cookies as well as a little cake to celebrate our honeymoon. The room was very nice and breakfast was amazing. - M.G.R.D (9/5): Nettes Hotel naehe Asiatique - Das Personal war sehr nett. Das Bett war sehr bequem und die Whirlwanne ein Highlight. Das Fruehstueck war ok.. Das Asiatique war zu Fuss in ca,10min erreichbar. Die Rooftop Bar war ganz nett. Die Tueren fallen ziemlich laut ins Schloss und es gab keinerlei Stauraum obwohl mehr als genug Platz da waere, so das wir umstaendlich aus dem Koffer am Boden lebten. Das mag fuer juengere kein Problem sein, aber uns stoerte es.

Le personnel est très sympa et serviable. Le manque d’insonorisation car notre chambre disposé d’une petit porte en bois qui donnait sur le balcon mais du coup pas du tout insonorisée. Il y a avait comme un bruit de moteur constant. Je trouve ça un peu dommage pour un 4 étoiles.

- Kevin (9/5): Wir können es empfehlen. Schönes Hotel - Das komplette Personal ist super freundlich und lieb. Egal ob bei der Rezeption, die Reinigungskraft oder das Personal beim Frühstück. Das Hotel, der Dachbereich und der Außenbereich beim Pool sind sauber und gepflegt. Es liegen Poolhandtücher bereit. Die Rezeption ist 24/7 besetzt und wir konnten unser Gepäck noch wenige Stunden nach Check-Out dort sicher aufbewahren. Der Safe ist inkl. (wie so oft in Thailand) - top! Unser Zimmer war sauber und zum Check-In fertig. In unserem Zimmer gab es wirklich genug Platz für zwei Personen und Gepäck. Die Lage ist etwas außerhalb vom Zentrum, aber mit Bus, Boot, TukTuk, Taxi,.. sehr gut zu erreichen. Einen Busstop gibt es quasi vor dem Hotel. Das Frühstück bot eine kleine aber feine Auswahl vom Buffet und etwas aus der Karte. Soweit stimmte die Qualität auch. Leider gab es keine sichtbare Steckdose im Badezimmer. Meine Freundin musste sich so umständlich im Bereich des Whirlpools die Haare föhnen. Ein Mülleimer im Bad mit Deckel wäre wünschenswert. Im Bad gibt es wenig Ablagemöglichkeiten und 1-2 Handtuchhalter/haken wären noch klasse. Das Wasser im Whirlpool läuft eher langsam ein (plant Zeit ein). Der Pool ist schön, steht aber wirklich ebenerdig. Er wird aber durch Grünpflanzen weitestgehend von der Straße blickdicht versteckt. Den Bereich hat das Hotel schon schön gestaltet, ebenso wie den Dachbereich. Im Restaurant könnte es etwas weniger kalt sein. Die Klimageräte sind sehr kalt gestellt. Leider kann man das Fenster im Zimmer nicht öffnen. Leider war die Minibar nicht inkl. und die Preise eher schon teuer.

Notre chambre studio était très grande, le lit hyper confortable et la salle de bain sublime. Je recommande cet hôtel Rien, tout était très bien. J’aurais aimé en profiter davantage mais je ne suis restée qu’une seule nuit.
- Stephen (5/5): Once Is Enough! - Not much. Not the greatest location for getting about and the rooms have external blinds which bang on the frames all night long. There is no real pool, it's more of a pond and the rooftop bar isn't really worth a visit. It also closes early. On arrival The toilet roll holder fell off the wall and the towel rail also fell off as neither had screws in them. One of the bedside plugs didn't work either which was very frustrating. It was more like a hostel really.

Our room was ready when we arrived at 1 PM and the reception is 24/7, so we didn’t have any issues with checking out at 5 AM to make it for early flight. The room didn’t have a real window. The bathroom was a little outdated and the rooftop bar is overpriced.

- Clare (9/5): Fabulous Hotel - Brilliant room with a little kitchen if required. Bed was comfy and the bathroom was absolutely amazing 👏. Had a surround system that you could connect your phone to. Great location. We took a walk down a side street through a quirky little market down to the riverside. We had a fabulous massage down the same little street and also went down a street rammed with street food. These were all to the left at end of hotel little road. To the right is Asiatique at night from 5pm. Worth a walk around and cool by the river. We have paid a LOT more for hotels which weren't as good. We would stay again and highly recommend. The staff were so helpful too! Finally there was a 7-11 about 30 steps away 🙌 Nothing to not like.

- Josef (9/5): Charmantes Wohlfühlhotel mit persönlicher Note - Ein -für Bangkok - eher kleineres Hotel, etwas zurückversetzt vom "Ramada Plaza Menam Riverside" in einer kleinen Seitenstraße in Flussnähe gelegen. Die Endhaltestelle der Expressboote ist in 10 Minuten erreicht, auch das am Fluss gelegene "Asiatique"- Einkaufszentrum ist noch gut fußläufig zu erreichen. Besonders gut hat uns der "persönliche" Charakter des Hotels gefallen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Schon beim Betreten der Lobby stellt sich ein Wohlgefühl ein, das durch das -selbst für thailändische Verhältnisse- außergewöhnlich freundliche Rezeptionspersonal verstärkt wird. Hier wird übrigens auch, was keineswegs selbstverständlich ist, gutes Englisch gesprochen. Wir bewohnten ein blitzsauberes, sehr stylisches, Zimmer mit integriertem Jacuzzi. Eine Besonderheit, die wir ausgiebig genutzt haben:). Es gibt auf Lobbyebene auch einen (kleinen) Pool, der aber durch den Ausblick auf die benachbarten Wohnblöcke nicht sehr einladend wirkt. Umso einladender ist hingegen das Frühstück, das im obersten Stockwerk eingenommen wird. Auch hier eine wohltuende Ruhe, welch ein Unterschied zu den uns bekannten großen Luxushotels. Auch hier trifft man auf ein sehr freundliches, liebenswertes Personal. Das Frühstück bietet sowohl Buffet als auch zusätzliche A la Carte-Optionen, alles sehr gut in Qualität und Präsentation. Direkt über dem Frühstücksrestaurant liegt die wunderschöne Dachterrasse, auf der man am Abend bei einem angenehmen Lüftchen und mit prächtigem Ausblick auf den Fluss sein Abendessen einnehmen oder auch nur etwas trinken kann. Das Essen war erstaunlich authentisch und für ein gehobenes Hotel auch preislich moderat. Die Cocktails waren leider weniger gut und recht "lieblos" präsentiert. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis des "Once" ist insgesamt hervorragend. Wir hätten zwei Verbesserungsvorschläge: Die Raumtemperatur beim Frühstück nicht so kalt einstellen, dass es ohne Pullover unangenehm kalt ist und bei der Zubereitung der Cocktails etwas von der "Liebe" walten lassen, die man der Präsentation des Frühstücks schenkt.
- Aljona (9/5): Ilus ja hubane hotell jõe ääres - Väga ilus ja hubane hotell. Personaal oli väga sõbralik ja abivalmis. Toad olid suured ja puhtad.Asukoht on samuti hea, jõgi kohe kõrval ja saab ka jõetranspordi liikumiseks kasutada. Katusel on mõnus baar ilusa linnavaatega.
